“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

The plastic is to thick on the ends of the vents no 3m tape to hold the ends. Window getting stuck when you roll up. Looking out of the vents all distort ed. Thats what you get when you look for the least expensive. Rubbish should have bought Lund quality is better but cost more. Dont buy but it's up to you. Throwing mine in the trash.

Don't buy avs poor quality buy Lund brand.

Ordered wheels and tires on 6/26 still haven't got my order. Was told would ship on July 7 then July 14 got fed c tracking # on715 destination Orlando FL. I live in Illinois called them 25 mins on hold justin gets on phone tells yea that's where they end them to be mounted. 3 to 5 working days for that then 3 to 5 days for ups to ship. NNever will I do business with this company again. Filed report with BBB and credit card fraud division. They need to lock the doors

I was looking to order front seat covers for my vehicle but the site would only let me order front and back. I contacted customer service through the their chat system. The person helping me, her name was Kristy was able to complete the order for me to just order the front seat covers. She was kind, patient and efficient. Got my order through without a hassle.

I ordered on December 16,2014 and the confirmation stated that the estimated ship date was December 19,2014.
On December 29, I check the status of my shipment only to find out that they now state that my order has an estimated ship date of January 9,2015. Order # *******

They however satisfied me to where my experience wound up better than i expected.

We apologize if any confusing information was provided to you regarding the refund. The product you have ordered was on back-order and we offered you to cancel the order or wait for a 10% discount. You agreed to wait and we have issued $6.05 on 06/29/17.

On 09/08/17 we have issued another 10% discount in the amount of $5.44 since you again agreed to wait for the order.

On 02/12/18 one more 10% discount in the amount of $4.90 was issued for your waiting.

We have been sending notifications about your order continuously informing you that the part is still out of stock. However, there was no reply from you and it was your decision to wait for the item.

On 07/02/18 you have requested the cancellation and on 07/05/2018 we have sent a refund via check since the initial transaction was older than 180 days. The refund amount is $49.54. However, initially you paid $60.49 and we have already refunded $16.39 to you for all discounts provided. Therefore, the refund amount should be $44.10. It means that we refunded more than you paid to us. Please check this information. I have also sent you an email with the transaction ID for each refund which was issued to you.

I filed a refund as i never recieved my package. After almost 2 months of waiting and calling i was told my refund would only take 3 days. Months pass by then i am told i am not getting a refund and there's nothing they can do about it. Wtf kind of customer service is this?

A few weeks ago I ordered 2 pairs of Led headlights for my car. 3-4 days later I received one pair but not the second. I chatted online with support and was told they sent a request to the warehouse to update where the second pair were and that it would be a few days. A few days later I chat online with customer support and was told there was "some" error with shipping. Asked what error and was again told "some" error. Asked to RMA the set I had and was told I'd have to pay shipping back and a restock fee even though I paid for two sets of headlights and only received one set. Chat support is very deceptive with responses. Called and the support was much better but still very frustrating. I would never in my lifetime order from there again. Should have ordered from Summit.

I have an 97 Acura integra. Ordered the VIS Ballistix body kit. Came scraped scratched and the fiberglass torn. I don't know what car this fit but it's not mine. Front turn signals don't fit. Wrong size hole no support. The rear bumper doesn't fit. Had to cut off exhaust. Probably have to get a new one. Sides do not line up with clips. I'm having to Frankenstein my car to make this fit. If someone came into my shop with this mess is charge $4000 minimum. Not sure if it's Carid or VIS racing but it doesn't even deserve 1star

This is my second buy from here my first time the rep got ahold of a company in cal. And they pulled the molds and made my window wind deflectors that were not to be found anywhere real happy i called this time and order same type of product for my new ford edge and they are going to arrive this friday 3 days early wow! I have picked out mats and a cargo area protector that covers back of rear seats up or down for my dog. I am happy thank you car id and jason! Dave k.

I Purchased floor mats that did not provide much coverage in my tundra. Customer service just refused to give me a refund of an unsatisfied customer. I would suggest you look elsewhere for products because once they get you money they will not accommodate you If you are not satisfied with their product. Their policy is their satisfaction is your satisfaction not the other way around, so be-Where!

From what I see, the product you purchased is an aftermarket replacement and fits as it is. In order to make it fit, the mats currently installed in your vehicle should be removed. Also, the product is custom-made for each client and, therefore, are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable, that is why the regular return is not possible.

Wrote a review for another site and ran across this one. The large amount of -ve feedback makes me think I am lucky or they changed their customer service approach.
I recently ordered/recieved and installed some aftermarket window shades for my 2001 Durango. The website had some ridiculous shipping to Alaska. I called the customer service # and spoke to Carlos Guiterrez (*******@carid.com). He was excellent, worked with me on the pricing and shipping to make the overall price a bit more reasonable (understanding that shipping to Alaska is more expensive than lower 48).

If you are considering CarID ask for Carlos (if he is still around?)

Ordered a grill for a VW Jetta. It was the cheapest piece of junk! The body shop refused to install it. There was no access for the hood release. Because of the time involved to get an appointment with the body shop, I was 2 days past the 30 return policy and Carid refused to take the product back. I tried twice to deal with customer service and now I'm stuck with a POS. They told me to put it on ebay! Who would I want to stick with it? STAY AWAY from this company.

It is not often I will be excited about my dealing with a company's customer service group. However, Sonia of CarID proved to be so helpful in assisting my order that I had to make sure her supervisor knew about my experience.

Beyound being very diligent in assisting me she really seemed to enjoy helping me.

My order was finshed quickly. I did not feel like a number but as a truly vauled person.

I received my tracking information shortly after my call.

I look forward forward to my next purchase. I expect a similar level of attention due to the great impression Sonia made. It is great to be more than a faceless customer!

I purchased a window regulator 3 times defective then they lose package then they said they would send me check in 7 business days that was in September were in October I called they said that cardi refund will take long and they would send when they can I would never buy from them again refund amount 206.46

I wrote a review in August about a hood my son purchased for his Mustang, that didn't fit and won't close. Chester, from CARid, responded and we exchanged a few emails. His solution to the POS hood they sent was for me to remove the new hood we bought from Cervinis, that actually fit, and reinstall the piece of sh*t hood and take more pics. After I refused to do this he graciously offered me a $40 credit to buy more crappy products from them. I declined. Beware of this company. The parts are below subpar, invest a little more money and buy a better quality product from another company.

I purchased 4 tires from them. 3 of the 4 are bad as i had to pay to prove. Website says they will provide prepaid shipping to return for warranty claims and they now say tires are excluded. Im out alot of money and have tires i cant use.

Tip for consumers:
Dont buy tires from them. If there is a problem, it will cost you more to prove the problem then the tires are worth

100% satified, They refunded the first purchase to make up for the none ordered second one. As they couldn't refund the duties and fees collected by ups. At the end we both lost, So that's about as fair as it gets.

Hello Millie, What a joke. So, no Confirmation of your refund form I take it. How is this not a carid error? And no reply since.
Even shows double shipping numbers for different days/years

Just buy direct, as they don't take responsibility for anything. They charged $40 usd shipping then another $144 at the door for a $50 item. and say it is the companies fault not theirs

Order a hood on January 5. It is now March 30th. I have got a email every month delaying shipping to the following month. They give you a estimated ship date. Then that date passes. No follow up or update. You have to follow up (do their job for them) then get a update saying it's delayed to the next month. I finally called after two delays last week. For a rep over the phone to tell me. It's being shipped. They are just waiting on a tracking number. I give them a few days. Request a update online. Get a email saying it's on back order still. They will ship it in April.

Aint no $#*!ing way is something on back order 4 four $#*!ing months. They sure take your payment right away. No back order on that $#*!. But want to take quarter of a year or more to ship your order. 4 months of back order. I could learned and made the hood my dam self. Absolutely do not order Jack $#*! from carid.

Bought a spoiler for a 2014 passat. The only thing they got right was the color. Installation kit was the wrong one, not even close. Instructions have you drilling through the tailights, rendering them inop. The light in the spoiler doesn't work. Overall total disaster, and dealing with customer service is worse than dealing with IRS. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from this inept com

The associate I dealt with was kind, but I was disappointed that she took the side of the manufacturer instead of the customer who is actually dealing with the product. I bought chrome mirror covers and they clearly did not fit. I ended up scratching the paint on my car and the mirror popped right off, but the manufacturer insisted it was my error. Did anyone ever think that parts could have been mislabled and wrongfully packaged? And instead of backing me up, despite pictures I sent showing that the mirrors didn't fit, the customer service associate took the word of the manufacturer. My faith is a little shaken.

They do not stand behind there shipment terms at all, Originally my order was supposed to shipped to me on 10/3. After waiting a week I get a email that the estimated ship date for (2) items is a week later 10/9 and (1) item 10/5. Which I needed these items in a timely manner. When I called customer service they couldn't provide me with a update on reasons why later that day I received a email that the (2) small items have shipped but the one that was supposed to ship 10/5 information was unavailable. As of 10/8 the item that was supposed to ship still hasn't shipped and I ended up just canceling the order. Now I have to was 3-5 business days for a cancellation request then maybe I can receive my money back. Customer service was no help and I left the manger a voicemail to call me which I never received.
