“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I order wheels. I checked the status of order. After being ordered 2 weeks. I had someone call me after 1 week asking about the application, she told me the wheels were in Stock and they would be ship the following Monday. I gave it Wednesday no wheels yet. I called again customer service said the wheels had been discontinued. I feel that if the wheels had been discontinued that someone or somebody should have contacted me about it. I find it real hard to believe that the wheels had been discontinued. Considering that it was a new style wheel and that Butler tire in Austell, GA were able to order the wheels. I am A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and I Would suggest to everyone to not use Carid for nothing.

Ordered 2 rocker panels for supercab ford. They sent me 1 reg cab ford rocker and 1 reg cab dodge truck rocker. WTF! Ive tried calling multiple times to set up exchange or refund they just leave you on hold with an annoying voiceover. Been on hold twice over an hour and gave up, so attempted to do an online exchange. Got a generic confirmation email saying my request was submitted and thats been over a week ago. Still waiting to hear back.

I ordered 2 skyjacker shocks for my 2010 f150 placing the order went fine. Down a steep hill from there. I received the shocks and when I looked at them they did not have the bushings in them. There was a open plastic bag with one. The one shock looked as if it had been beaten with a hammer. I called customer support to get this taken care of. Was told the shocks don't come with the bushings ( I know this to be a lie) and that I would have to take pictures of the bad one wait 3 to 5 business days for them to look at it and figure out what to do. The other one would be a week before they looked at it. So now it's been 3 weeks and no return label for the one and no money back for the damaged one. Keep getting different stories. Long story short this is not the way customer service should go. I will never order from them again and I hope you think about it to before you order

I called over the phone to make sure I had the correct part and experienced amazing customer service. Not only did they find the correcr part for my car but offered free 3-day shupping and a discount because they noticed I was a returning customer. You cant beat that!

Well car ID has earned a perfect zero now. Still have not received replacement hub centric rings so I had to take care of my self. Still have not received my locking lug pkg. So had to take care of myself. Promised car id gift cards to use for my trouble, still havnt seen those. Not sure how this place stays in business. Dont spend your hard earned money here folks.

I ordered a Spyder halo, LED, projector headlamp pair for a 2007 Chevy Cobalt. Works great except that the halos are dim. The Spyder website notes that inverters are needed for the CCFLs. I communicated with Carid. And got no resopnse. Ended up ordering inverters from another site. Buyer beware. The products are OK, but Carid's attitude is blue sky with respect to technical problems.

The headlights look absolutely incredible on my 2008 Blue Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. I love how the CCFL is a clean clear color. Even though mine are tinted, it wasn't as dark as they show it on the picture when you buy it, which is awesome. Everything went great. Good installation help video. The only thing that was a problem was that it arrived a day late, but that's the fault of UPS, and in the end it didn't matter as soon as I got them on. Great website, will definitely order more things from there soon!

I ordered rims and tires around 16 Jun 20 and have yet to recieve them. I called customer service and the acknowledged they are not sure where my order is located. I track them to a location in Orlando to get mount and balanced. Why doesn't the customer service have contact with their stores. It is 1 Aug 20 and yet to review the order which was in stock when the order was placed. If I knew what I knew then I would have found a different vendor.

Call ahead to see if they had a part in stock told me they did process my order cashed me out for my order and then called me back about a week later to tell me the item is not in stock and that it's on backorder...

Looking for a wheel and tire package! I was able to call CARiD's customer service and they was able to set me up with the a diiferent size tires and rims that I wanted. Everything was right on point and was able to place my order within 5 min.

I ordered a front bumper for my car. And when I ordered the representative told me check the item at the time of delivery before signing. If i sign without checking then they are not responsible if any damage. So i was doing the same exact thing what i was told. But the delivery driver said I cant check it before i sign. So i dint know what to do. I refused to take the delivery. When i called carid customer service number they said they will get back to me. After few hours they called me said that i have to redelivery fees. And the after two days they said they will deliver without any fees. But it been two weeks after first attempt of delivery, they never contacted me again for delivery. Whenever i call them they say wait 24 hours and they will get back to me.

I love useing carid for my most important and expensive car parts because they know what they are selling and can answer or find the answers to the most specific questions the parts are guaranteed to fit and they still cost the same or less than the risky (contract the manufacturer for this info) ebay parts

Took 4 weeks to generate my order, said they can no longer supply, I instructed to cancel the order, purchased wheels from another company and 2 days later they sent me a message saying they have shipped my Wheels. Had to cancel second set of wheels, when shipment arrived they were the wrong Wheels with international shipping, at my expense they want me to return the wheels and now won't provide me an address unless I sign some waver, all I want was the address to acquire a quote, wish I read all these reviews before purchasing. Refunded me $2K, is not even enough to return the wheels shipping costs and now I am stuck with wheels I requested to cancel, I didn't even order, like or want. Thinking I should file a complaint with the FTC, this company needs to learn a few lesson's. This whole thing has cost me $6.5K and I only got $2K back.

Update: Sent my order number 2 weeks ago without a response still...

Purchased a set of LED lights first they sent me 9005 instead of 9007 and it was a hassle I had to take pictures of my bulbs vs the ones they sent me before they would exchange them when my vehicle calls for 9007 bulbs. Now fast forward 7 months I had a problem with my low beam on one side instead of sending me out a new set and I'll return the old ones they make me trouble shoot the problem and send pictures and they don't respond immediately meanwhile I have a vehicle that I can't drive at night without fears of receiving a ticket I'm so frustrated with these people that I will never buy from them let alone buy from the internet Thank God for brick and mortar stores F. I bought a 2000 mercedes E320 headlight wiring harness in www.carid.com, it was an excelent product, I put it in my car and everything works great. Very hard to put this harness because is necessary take off the front bumper. I give it five starts. I think the shipping was a little bit expensive.

I will totally think twice before buying from this company. They will send you defective products. And when you tried to return product to get your money back. They will keep you waiting telling you they will email you back in 24-48hr (meaning two weeks later). To then tell you that they cannot refund you nothing. I order some fuel injectors and were defective. Stil fighting for a refund, I spent more than $500.

Bought custom car mats from these crooks, they were pleasant enough on the phone for the initial purchase, but after I received the wrong color mats, it all went down hill, now they are completely uncooperative, I am going to end up filing a claim with my credit card company, when you buy something online now a days you expect a certain level of professionalism and must feel secure in knowing that problems will be taken care of, that is not the case with this company, I wish I would have read all the bad reviews prior to doing business with them.

I ordered wheels and tires and spent over 1100 dollars. I am missing a piece to take on and off the wheels. I asked customer service, since I spent over 1100 dollars with you guys in the past, if CarID could send the piece out free of charge to cater to a very satisfied past customer. (piece is an $8 tool... $8). Not only did customer service not assist me in getting the right piece, they wouldn't send me the piece without charging me, OR let me speak with any supervisor. The process took over 1.5 hours. Will NEVER do business with them again.

I placed an order with CarID for two off road bumpers. Both items reflected to be in-stock and even got a notice items shipped. Then a week later i got an email stating my order was canceled. After calling them and getting a customer rep in the Philippines, they said CarID cancelled the order because shipping cost increased. I had a contract with them for purchase which i have receipts. Even after a week my card is not been refunded. These people are crooks and unethical... Do not do business with them. Thank-God my credit card company is on my side... I will never ever do another purchase with these people. NEVER!

I placed an order for wheels on October 6th. They said it will be available to ship 7-10 days. Followed up on October 20th. They said it will be available to ship on NOVEMBER 23rd. NOVEMBER 23rd? Really? Called back today, got my thanksgiving gift, they told me the product is discontinued and I will not be getting my wheels. They made me wait 2 damn months and 0 calls/emails to update me! They can't even refund my money because it has to be transferred to a different department for refunds. F*ck www.Carid.com.

I bought a Curt Hitch from CARiD, after my purchase I received a note that the price was incorrect and that my order was canceled. They then offered a 10 dollar coupon for my troubles. Still waiting on CARiD to refund with Paypal. Quick to take your money and cancel your order, not so quick to make the refund or just make the transaction right. Friendly customer service as long as you pay for it.

After placing my wheel and tire order online and received my order confirmation. I was surpriced that the estimated ship date is February 14,2017. If I knew that they didn't have the wheel in stock, I would have purchase a wheel and tire at my local tire shop because my rear tire is badly worn out and need to be replace asap. I am now worried that I will not get my wheel and tire soon enough because most of the people that order wheel & Tire from CARID has bad experience. I am too anxious now to see if my wheel & tire will be ship at the estimated ship date. I really hope that I will not be another customer with a bad experience with them.

I talked to CARiD and ordered some new rims for my car. I mentionined to the rep that I am military and they worked with me in helping me save money wherever I can. The rep was kind and caring and did a lot to help me in ordering my new wheels for my car.
