“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Me: While I have my entire interior on the garage floor and I am installing a Pioneer MVH-560BT head unit I thought it would be nice to use the existing steering wheel controls on my 1993 Dodge Stealth ES. Soooo, I need an interface.
What do you have that would work nicely?

Best prices and service cant believe other companies have not caught on. I will start by saying my customer service experience was great when I placed my order. However, my order was supposed to ship by December 11, then I was informed it was delayed until December 14. Then I heard nothing until I contacted customer service and a couple days later I get a call that the gift for my husband wont ship until possibly December 29th! Ive spent all I can so I have nothing but a crappy gift card for my husband to open Christmas morning. Im super disappointed! Michael J covered my questions on the differences between 2 auto covers for my Xterra. A email was then also sent to me with info we discussed and a link to order or contact him. I look forward to caring for my SUV with CARiD. Having a hometown feel to Internet ordering is rare to find.

I chose the Saddleman seat covers and had several issues. Not only was the product defective on several items, returning it was a poor experience. Not happy and would not order this product again and don't foresee using CARiD again either.

I was happy to have received my order, but I'm quite upset at the UPS Brokerage charges on top of the shipping charges that I had to pay. I was charged a ridiculous brokerage fee of $36.85 plus $1.85 GST for a total of $38.90. Add that onto the shipping and handling fees CARiD initially charged of $31.26US and the total cost to me for shipping is close to $80 Canadian for a very small package that contained a little fog light valued at $97.69.

Had CARiD shipped this very small fog light using the US postal service, I would have received it much faster with no brokerage fees charged on an item that does not trigger duty because of the NAFTA agreement between Canada and the United States.

I was purchasing seat covers for my car over the weekend. I saw that CARiD gives Veterans a discount. I did a LIVE CHAT with Laura at CARiD and asked about the discount. Once she verified I was a Veteran she, applied the discount, created the order and emailed it to me. All I had to do is click on a link, verify the order and pay. My order was placed and I got my discount all under 5 minutes! What great service. They also have a great web site with a ton of products, they will be my go to car parts and accessories company from now on.

I used this business several times, The Last time I will use them. They looked up the parts for my Maserati rear brakes. They sent the wrong pads with hardware and rotors. I send back the pads three weeks later got the same pads. Well I got the correct ones and the rotors were incorrect. Well now 30 days have passed and they will not take the rotors back, after very many phone calls. Turned out they don't carry the pad and rotors for the rear. I have new rotors here for a four piston Front brake system, The Rear I have the front makes a difference. So be carful if you use them.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure its correct, never exchange always get a full refund.

If you are buying all weather car mats and are hoping that they fit to your vehicle like manufacturer made, these are not the deal. 2015 Honda Civic, online said made to fit 2015, does not. If you want to return anything, they charge you fees to return and so you will lose both your shipping and additional invvestment

I was having difficulty finding the correct size front brakes for my 05 Legacy GT sedan. The first set I ordered from Amazon turned out to be incorrect even though their garage filter stated they would. The problem is that this model came with three different rotor sizes, 276mm, 293mm and the big 316mm. My car required the 316's and nobody had them except CARiD. With the help of Victor I was able to not only select the best style for my type of driving, he also helped me locate a matching pair of pads and a rear set for when the time comes. Victor's help didn't just close one sale it created a second sale in the future and for that I'll be doing my business with CARiD. Thanks guys!

On 12/18/2016, I needed help with picking out wheels for my 2012 Silverado. So many options I had to call for help. Ashley in the wheel department was able to answer all my questions and I bought the right wheels for my setup. Thanks Ashley.

I have never had to return any items purchased form CARiD. I always call before I buy to make sure I get the right items for my truck.

Previously ordered high end auto mats for an Escalade. I am gamy with the process. I again placed an order for my 2011 BMW X3 35i. I chose my model and chose one. No where did it say on that page they were not returnable. They sent mats for a sedan., not my trucjk. When I called Leah who said she was "as high as they go management wise" said there was nothing they could do. All I asked for was the correct mats for the truck. She became hostile, reminiscent of a high school mean girl. Her unprofessional attitude floored me. I asked several times to speak to someone higher, she told me she was it! Lol. I asked for a screen shot which is included here. Check out the small print. It was an honest mistake in the ordering process. And misleading information. I was a repeat client and will never again order. She told me would send a 30.00 gift card…that I declined.

Read the fine print.

I called 4 times to cancel my order because it was backorder and did not notify me. They promised me it would be sent out by a certain date and was not. Now after my 4th attempt to get my order canceled and refunded. Each person has given me an excuse. Im going on a month now. Wouldn't recommend this company because of the wasted of energy and frustration. Hoping I will get my refund otherwise have to go further with my complaint.

Anna Pruden is a sales person who provides false information in order to sell. Was promised 4 business days for shipping instead of 50 days of real delivery date. Was told they have several items in stock but reality is they have no items in stock and they have to take weeks to build it.

I had ordered a speedometer that would not work on my 77 camaro so I had to return it but there was a mix up with the tracking saying it hasn't even been shipped yet. Not allowing me to return the part. I called the number and the guy named Julian I think fixed everything and made it easy to return the part

I ordered a 100$ tire from them its been weeks I havent seen my tire or my money ive called them a few times and they say ill have to pay shipping back to them ugh no I dont even have the product its self to ship back they shipped through ups which is a great company and ive never ever had them loose one of my packages and one I look at the ups shipping information guess where it went to... Ill give ya a hint its to there main headquarters in Cranberry Ny these guys are a bunch of scammers ive seen other poeple getting there products in the reviews and im not the only one most people actually get something shipped to them tho while I didnt

I bought 2 dash mats 1 for my truck 1 for my car! It said I would receive it by 9/11 it came 9/14 and only 1 mat showed up I emailed them emediatly to let them know! They were very nice and asked if I would wait tell the 10th of next month because they were out of stock I said absolutely not! CARiD said they would give me a refund with in 48 hours they never did I called in carid where the lady personally said your refund will be in your bank for sure in 24 hours! It didn't get put back in my bank! They kept my money and never delivered the product! Thrives lies! I will never use CARiD ever again they never responded back to me about anything I'm a lost CARiD customer for life hope you enjoyed keeping my money!

Had the Best Experience, with Ed and his Team. Looking at wheels for my 18 Jeep Cherokee. Had found one that I liked, was informed that they would Not Work on my Jeep. Ed email me ones that I thought I might like. We both found ones I Love better than the First.

Ordered stereo for Chevy and when I tried to return it they wanted video and were horrible customer service.
Ordered headlights/taillights for Chevy. Supposed to ship July 17. When I checked with customer service they said they were out of stock. NO notification.
Customer service is horrible. Not worth your time.

This place is a scam. Ordered some wheels here for shipment next day. Asked for tracking the next day. Didn't have it said would be the next day. Next day rolled around still nothing. 3rd day, called still could not provide tracking. Asked to cancel since this legitimately appeared to be a scam.
Informed I couldn't cancel. Had to charge back on my CC.

Should have read the reviews first!

Long story short! They sent the wrong seat covers and expect me to authorize another order to get the correct ones here quicker! (another 3~4 weeks). Or they send RA to send wrong ones back, in hand before they place another order for the correct ones.! NO OTHER HELP! This translates to another 4~6 weeks that I have to wait plus the aggravation of the whole mess...
I do not recommend these #&*%'s! If you need to order seat covers, order them directly from the manufactures. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We called and spoke to a representative and they placed our for us stating all items were in stock. We received our order in a timely manner only to have one item missing from our order even though our order stated all items shipped. In calling the company, they checked into it and informed us that one of the items was discontinued and offered us a refund. Makes ya wonder what would have happened if we hadn't caught it if they would have credited us for the missing item as the order stated it was shipped.

They have NO IDEA what they are doing. I ordered a simple wiring harness for an after market radio. During a chat with the CARiD representative, they recommended a product. I ordered what was recommended and when installing found out it wasn't even close to the correct one. I contacted them and was required to send my VIN# and pictures of their product and my OEM and Aftermarket radio. They couldn't figure out that it wouldn't work although obvious since theirs had 1 connection but I needed 2 connections. They basically told me I was incorrect and that the product would work. After many turse words and telling them that they are incompetent they finally gave me a $10 gift card (no thanks) and today they are finally going to issue a full refund. Whew. Why would you order from such a crap company ever again. They just need to close down and give up!
