The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
Absolutely pitiful. Ordered a push bar for my truck on September 31! Was told that the product was out of stock and it would be shipped November 7. In hindsight I should have cancelled my order but I appreciated the honesty and decided to wait. Well, November 7 came and went without a word. I began sending emails inquiring if they might be able to give me a ballpark as to when it might be shipped. Ignored. I continue to try to contact them until I finally receive a reply on DECEMBER 12! And what was the response? We regret to inform you that your part is not going to ship for another 4-6 weeks! Keep in mind that during this whole 3 month ordeal they had my money! Their way of "making it right" was to offer me $25 off of my NEXT order... Sorry folks, there isn't going to be a next order! Save yourselves the headache and shop elsewhere. Absolute joke of a company.
Ordered a pair of strut assemblies. Got online chat help in selecting which ones to buy, order received as promised, great price. Ended up needing a pair of sweat bar links to go with the struts. Again, excellent support via chat, great price. Monica even went so far as emailing the manufacturer to get my question answered. I picked this outfit because they had one of the highest ratings on ResellerRatings.com, and they completely lived up to that reputation. My first online stop for all auto parts needs from now on.
I placed 2 orders the same day. 1 that was a painted rear spoiler, turnaround time was amazingly quick, and looks great on my car. The second order, did not come as planned, it was on back order from the manufacturer, no fault of Carid. They handled my situation, as all places should so but don't. We resolved my issue in one phone call, and am very pleased with the outcome. Can't wait to place more orders in the future.

Had two representatives confirm the details of my order and then the item showed up as something different. Call center struggles to help and takes forever to get back to you. Put on hold multiple times during several calls.
Received a clutch one time with wear marks! Like others have indicated, pay more somewhere else. Just a high value crap distributor with a out of country call center.

I ordered headlights that should not even be on the market - the light is so bad I can not even drive at night. I've been back and forth with them over 2 months sending photos, adjusting the light and everything else. I'm so tired of dealing with them I finally gave up. When I ask to be able to leave a review on that particular product so someone else does not make the mistake of purchasing those lights they denied me. Basically, their custom service sucks & they could care less that some off the products they are selling are crap. I would definitely take your business elsewhere if your concerned with good customer service. I cant believe they do business like this..

Lousy fit hood! Bows upward on both sides & in front. They would not accept a return. Cool looking until you install it then WOW not even close. Poor construction in the front where the air induction is. So bad you can move it up & down with your index finger. Stay clear of this company!

Sent me a hood that was supposed to be "identical" to manufactures. Horrible quality. Even worse paint, on top of it, all dented up. Yes they say for you to check package before signing. But what they wont tell you is it doesnt matter who signed for it. Even after giving instructions amd a phone number to call so they can check it, they still just went to the first person on property to sign. Now they are saying fed ex is responsible for the condition and claim has to be with them. Too bad theres no "0" or negative rating.

Very lengthy process and multiple hoops to jump through, for what should be an easy return process, plus after all the headaches, it takes an additional 7 to 14 days to receive your return credits and verification on a bank statement.
Customer service is also absolutely rushed and challenging to work with. Their staff is members have zero patience and essentially answer your questions while still in mid sentence trying to get your full inquiry stated.

Well I am truly impressed with CARiD.com First impressions are what counts and boy they outdid themselves. I ordered Satin black rims with blue highlights. Once installed and in the light of day, they were purple and blue. They offered me $100 for my trouble not a refund or replacement. These babies are purple not black. "Nothing we can do since they were installed. Should have looked at them first." The lugs are black, the center caps are black... RIMS ARE PURPLE! I actually thought that this was a reputable company... I was wrong. They can keep the hundred bucks. That's a cheap price for a lesson. I will be telling everyone I know.

Bought a LED headlight kit from their site using the the vehicle application guide from the site. Received the kit and one lamp was bad. After a week of emails ( tried calling tech support they hung up after being on hold) and forced to submit videos I was told the kit was not compatible? I ask why does one lamp work? They said my system damaged it. Y son has same car with same kit number and his has been working fine for 4 years. I was forced to stop card payment and 3 weeks later I got a new lamp that works.

The customer service can only track orders, they cannot really assist if there is an issue. You cannot call in to tech support, they just place you on hold and than hang up. Even though you verify the fitment of the product through their site they tell you you vehicle damaged their part. Even though one lamp works fine and the other never lit up. Be prepared to do battle if you get a defective part because they try very hard not to honor there implied warranty.

Ordered tire and wheels package and rims came damaged, which likely happened during mounting that I paid them for. Spent over $2300 and they are refusing to issue refund or replace damaged product. Worst customer experience of my life. I've called multiple times, used their customer service chat over 8 times. No supervisors are ever "available."

This part does not fit any vehicle.
None of the bolt holes line up.The entire door handle mechanism moves freely side to side.
Even if you modify your tailgate by cutting and bending pieces which you should not have to do.
Then cross thread the bolts. It still will not work because the handle hits on the inside of the tailgate.
I was hoping that I could upload photos like you can on more honest websites.
I do not write bad reviews but I hope this helps others steer clear of this website.
Also if you do purchase this useless product with two day shipping it will take weeks to arrive.

Ordered a Premier Covercraft custom sun shade for my car on March 27 and the ordered was processed. Paid a total of $92.19. As of April 13, it still has not left their warehouse for shipping. Looks like a scam. Would never reorder anything from CARid again.

Overall I have never had a bad experience riding parts from this site! The help from there employees is always great! They are very knowledgeable about all car parts and will help you out with anything.
When one third of your reviews are negative you may have an issue!
In my case Carid did respond and with due respect I was over the 30 day warranty with an unused product.
On a $170.00 purchase I was offered a $15.00 credit on a future purchase!
As if I would do that!

Ordered a bra cover for my 2017 Honda HRV.
The lower fastening clips would not fasten properly so I decided not to continue.

I ordered new Grill for my car and their website ad and invoice clearly states it comes as a complete kit with both upper and lower grill. They shipped just one little piece and I've called them four times and talked to several customer service reps who agree I should have received both parts, but they don't know how to get me the balance of my order. They say they have to call the manufacturer? I'll come back with daily updates on how this plays out.

Pretty website but no integrity to deliver products as promised in their website product description. I don't know how much longer they can stay in business, only use American Express if your risk an order so you are protected and don't get ripped off. Buyer beware!!

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Literally, it's impossible.
They did replace my truck cover because it broke within a year, but two months later they want defective parts returned to them or else... joke!
