“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I got great service when i bought coil springs for my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee the other day. Then, I needed to discuss some other part choices this morning and I was able to use the CariD Chat. I talked with Dylan, he was most helpful and did not try to sell me something I did not need. But, I WAS able to get what I needed. It's refreshing in this day and age to get one on one customer service~~but that is exactly what I got. Thanks to Dylan and CariD for helping me with my purchase!

Purchased my 2nd set of wheels from this site, first transaction was ok.
This Purchase was a lesson in BS and forget you policy. Site guaranteed fit
For all 2017 A6 models ALL! Marquee Luxury M3259.
Wheel hits front caliper so it doesn't fit and I don't have an S. OK the
Facts is I had ceramic coated wheels and my mechanic did mount prior
To testing, but the guarantee states it fits all Models of the 17 A6, ALL.
GUARANTEED! So just what are they guaranteeing, the wheels are round?
So now I'm stuck with a set of wheels I don't know what they will fit and I won't
Stick it to anyone else as I feel it's been stuck to me.
Moral don't buy wheels and tire package that's guaranteed to fit as they belong
To you even if they don't. Maybe you should buy 1 wheel verify fitment and
Be prepared to send one back vs four if a problem exist. They may not stand
By their guarantee but I will stand by mine, to never buy from again.

My 16-year-old son with his own money but headlights they arrived broken the box was fine the outside casing in the headlights was fine but the inside piece in the headlights was broke. Per CARID Request I emailed them 15 pictures of the box and the contents they won't let me talk to a supervisor, they told me FedEx would be contacting me to pick up the defective parts FedEx has not called me this is been going on for weeks. Their customer service is the worst I've ever ever experienced!

I was shopping around for a full set of oxygen sensors for my E39, and found the best prices on CARiD. Several users on the forums suggested Amazon, but they actually came out about $20 more for the same exact Bosch sensors (even with "free" shipping). This was my first order with CARiD, and I saved about 10%. I will definitely be checking it out the next time I need some car parts.

I have contacted the customer service department for the second time about my order and when it will be shipped. Again they told me for the second time to give them 24 to 48 hours to research it as they cannot get ahold of the manufacturer. It took them one day to charge my account, but they have no clue as to the where my order is. I'm reporting them to the BBB and the State Attorney General if I don't get a positive response by 3/15/16. I don't recommend anyone use Carid.com.

Accidently ordered wrong color of Weathertech mats through CARiD and when I returned them they said I had installed and used them--which was not true. Even provided pictures yet they would not let me return them for credit. Will never use CARiD products or Weathertech again and suggest you do the same.

This company has no idea what they are doing. I ordered a part & 2 weeks later it finally arrived and didn' fit the car. I contacted them and after 2 more weeks of back & forth I reordered a different part number that they recommended. After 3 more weeks they emailed me saying the order couldn't be shipped because the part number was discontinued. They gave me a list of part numbers that should fit and I ordered one of those. After 4 more weeks I got a part that wouldn't fit the car! The nightmare finally ended after 2 1/2 months I got a refund but still had to pay shipping. Never again.

I will never order a part from carid again
Wasn't shipped when supost to took 6 days to receive an alternator. Once received alter was bad Called them so they could tell me that I had to have charging system diagnosed by a professional do I did now I'm on the 5th day waiting on them to email return labels horrible parts horrible customer service I would suggest to scroll right by carid

I just ordered my weathertech matts today and have an estimated 9 days till they are shipped out? I will update this after I recieve my item. I decided to give them a chance because I dont think people take the time to write a good review as oppsed to a bad experience as well.

I ordered a DVD player from my Honda Pilot. It was shipped right away. I got my package in a timely manner. The DVD player doesnt work the lights will come on, but the screen will not come on. I spoke with someone at CARID they told me to take a video & pictures of the issue & email it to them. Today I received another email stating they need another email or a work order from the technician. Why do they make it so hard to return an item? Your return policy shouldnt be the difficult.

I ordered a bed liner from this company first the shipping was free then it was 85 bucks but they gave me a discount on product thought they where good. Then it began it was suppose to be deliverd in 5 days then I get an email saying there was a hold up on the manufactures end and shipping was delayed by 3 days even though they said they had it in stock. Day 3 still didn't ship called them and was told to call back tomorrow. Day 4 still didn't ship called and was told the manufacture was waiting on carid's authorization to ship... I paid what's the hold up. 2 hours later I get an email saying it's go in to ship in 2 days. Day 5 comes and still didn't get shipped I call and was told they want another 42 bucks for shipping. Needless to say I was pissed and wanted a refund and had to request one that could possibly be denied. However they did process the refund and inrecieved within 5 days. For a big company they suck I will never order from them again

Ordered 3 body parts for my 2003 Volvo and 2 of 3 were grossly inaccurate... one I was able to return but front grill would not allow for attaching diagonal Volvo emblem which did not need replacing... you will be on phone for average of 30 minutes ON HOLD... people with no technical expertise are whom you deal with... FORGETABOUTIT!

I ordered taillights that the website stated would fit my car. The lights did not fit my car. Sent them back for a refund and they stated they were damaged. These lights were not damaged, they were never used. The order was wrong and they were completely at fault. So they are thieves, stole my money! And customer service didn't know what they were doing.

I bought headlights for my Toyota Rav 4 and I was very disappointed with the quality of visability. I complained and I wanted to return them but the manager in charge wanted me to take pictures from inside of my Toyota so he could determined the problem. At that point I knew they weren't going to help me. I paid over 425.00 dollars for the headlights and 100 dollars on labor to install them.And they came with no bulbs after sales person had told me differently. No more products from Car ID for me.

Ordered a pair of brakes that I ended up not needing, returned them the next day & here we are exactly 34 days later & no refund! Everytime I call they give me the run around about waiting 3-5 business days, even after I wait the 5 day max I return the call & they once again say to wait 3-5 MORE business days, has happened to me now 3 different times! Will NEVER be shopping here again.

Worst online shopping experience i have ever had. Ordered seat covers in December somehow ended up changing to the wrong ones. Canceled reordered the correct ones not cheap 310 a pop. Credit card doesn't get credited check order looks like it is still go in to be shipped but was on back order cancelled it again. Go to check on the new order it's backordered but I still haven't been credited and it looks like the first order is still going to ship cancel it a third time lat week. I get a box today and it contains the order I have canceled 3 times. I get to wait up to three days to get a return label all the while they have 620 of my hard eared dollars and I don't have crap to show for it. Told them to cancel the second order but what do you bet I get it to.

Really sucky customer "service". Shipper lost my package. Three weeks later am still being told they are searchig for it. Instead of sending out a new shipment they choose to make it MY problem that it was lost. Meanwhile they are sitting on the money I paid and refusing to make it right. Customer "service" was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Refused to let me speak to manager. Told me that would get me nowhere... Buyer BEWARE!

I purchased a set of running boards from Carid after speaking to their specialist and asking specifically if they were made for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, I was assured they were. I ordered them and had them professionally installed only to find out that a set of 2X4's would look as good on my vehicle. I took them off and called customer service and was told by Gustovo that he would get back to me for the return. He did not so I called again and spoke to Anthony who told me he would contact Go Rhino and get back to me in 24 Hours. Well it has now been exactly one week since my first call and I have not been contacted yet. I am presently waiting on hold ( for the last ten minutes) to see what the next step will be. In short this has soured my taste for their company and I will NEVER order from them again.

I bought a set of wheels from carid with a bolt pattern of 5x120.65, they sent wheels with a5x120 bolt pattern. They won't fit and carid won't make it right.
They will take you money and send you whatever they want.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been nice to know they were going to send a different size. I wouldn't have ordered them.

I placed an order for spark plugs almost 2 weeks ago after 6 business days i called to find out where they were, i was told they wouldn't be shipped until Wednesday which my call was on a Monday morning so I told them I want to cancel the order and want my money back. They say 3-5 business days "OK" I said well I just called today because this was just last Monday so counting today that's just about 6 business days plus the weekend and I still have NO money back in my account. They say I'm putting in a request again for my money back and it'll be 3-5 business days... i almost lost it! ARE YOU KIDDING! I already waited 6 days now I have to wait another 3-5 more days so I asked to speak to a supervisor she tells me it'll be 24-48 hours for someone to call me back F... this place! Keep your money and spend it somewhere else! Trust me beware of Carid!

I realize covid19 is a problem, that said I work for a dealership and we are getting it done. I bought parts from summit racing more then a week and a half after ordering from car id. Got my parts from summit already. Car id sends no up to date info. Got on chat... sat there for 10 minutes no contact. On hold trying to call for the last 18 minutes. I would highly advise you NOT to buy anything from them. I ordered parts on the 22nd of last month they say on the site it wont ship until july 14th. Ridiculous in my opinion. I would say there is a 99.999 chance I will never buy anything from car id again.

Looked long & hard for a burlwood dash kit for my new 2016 Corvette Stingray. Had easily found one for my previous C6 vette, but none seemed available for the C7 models. Finally hooked up with Carid who sent me 4 samples for $5 so I could be sure of the match with my kalahai leather interior. Unfortunately they lacked even one pic of a completed C7 installation, however my live chat Carid associate assured me it would be perfect. So I took a chance and ordered the kit. It is a 45 piece kit and the professional installation took almost 4 hours - but it is drop-dead gorgeous. The fit is perfect and the tolerances are computer perfect. A show stopper that makes my car competitive at any vette show. Carid is the way to go - highest recommendation.
