“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Paid $630 for tires. Was not home to sogn for package so they got shipped to UPS location. Went to UPS and they said they sent them back to sender. Carid would not resend them or provide a refund unless I paid $71 in shipping return fees lol.

I ordered a set of wheels and tires from this company for my mustang, the rear wheels stuck out past the fenders buy 3/4". They look and fit horrible, it took over 7 weeks to receive them. When i got them they sent out the wrong lug nuts and I didn't receive my security look lug nuts. THIS COMPANY is the WORST. Any where from 45min to an hour and 15 mins to talk to customer service. Three months later and I'm still without any answers.

Got a set of crome smoked led tail lights and there awesome got fast shipping arived early easy to install also got halo head lights gave my truck a hole new look also looking at mirrows for truck had a question on them and amanda got that info for me quickly would recamend carid

Purchased a set of wheels and tires from CARiD in May. After delays I received the set in late June. Was disappointed to find the front wheel weights rattling around in the front wheels not attached. There also was damage to one of the wheels and the tires pressure sensors would not connect to my car. Finally and most disturbing was that the rear tires that were delivered had a load rating of 98Y when my car calls for 102Y. I tried repeatedly to get CARiD to stand behind their sale here but in the end they did not. I am stuck with the rear tires that are not rated for my car, fronts that need to be rebalanced, sensors that do not work and damage to one wheel. They do not stand behind their product and will screw you at the first chance they get. Never doing business with them again.

My recent experience with CAR ID customer service representative Kristy was outstanding. Shopping on CARID in the world of Dorman replacement parts, which are very cost effective, can be challenging as to the specific vehicle application. Kristy took my vehicle info., took time to research and made a clear and prompt determination that the part I was viewing was the correct application for my ride.
I have purchased from CARID several times previously and have always had outstanding customer service, prompt delivery and correct product applications for my vehicle. Kudos to both Kristy and CARID for your service. Cheers

Well I ordered a grille insert for my husbands jeep back in January for his birthday on the 27th. I received a grille insert for a Cadillac. I was asked if I wanted to exchange it... really!? So I have been patiently waiting for this birthday gift to arrive. Oh it did today Februaury 17th and it's another Cadillac insert. Apparently someone needs to be taught about parts! Really disappointing! I won't be using this site again

I called with what I thought was a simple question (turned out to be more complicated than expected). I was not planning on actually making the purchase that day but after David went above and beyond and found all of the information I was calling about I decided to go ahead and make the purchase while on the phone with him. He was very professional, informative and an all around nice guy. This was the first time I had ever used CARiD and because of the superb customer service from David I will definitely be using CARiD in the future. Plus CARiD offered the part I was wanting for a very good price and fast shipping.

I Must say that I had a favorable experience from Canada
Bought a spoiler it came the perfect color match and was really surprised at that! How ever I was promised a 15 dollar credit to my card for a sale Price they had on the item. My C Card was never Credited! Sent Colleen an email Has yet to get back to me At least not yet!
Brokerage fees are a fact of life not CarID's problem UPS takes on the broker role on this end and collects yet another bag of money For our government.
I Would give em another Try if I find I need something Not Offered in Canada!

I bought suspension parts May 5 2020 and told 100% they would fit. My order came and they didnt fit. My mechanic sent pictures( that were requested by caid) showing the issue and we never got a response. We requested a refund and this is june 18. They had to send 2 shipping labels and the one package has been accepted july 6 2020 The other package is sitting in florida since july 6 with a wrong address. Ive contacted carid over 20 times trying to get this fixed. All thats needed is carid to contact ups give an updated address. Keep in mind these shipping labels came from carid the address came from them. They are blaming UPS. No accountability from this company. I have chat sessions saying I will get 100% refund and wait 48hrs. Here I sit and no parts no refund. People steer clear of this company people. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Ordered part. They send email with delivery information. Then delivery is delayed get new delivery date. Then another delay with new date. Then out of blue I get email that says per your request we have cancelled your order. I didn't cancel. So I call and they said that they couldn't determine when part would be available so they canceled the order. I said but that's not what email said. They said well it's the way it is. Never doing business with this clown show.

I ordered Spyder led foglights for my 2006 Dodge Ram before Christmas and a week later called to check on the status of my order and they told me that they were on back order so I told them then I will need a refund especially since I had to call and find out they were on back order! Terrible company I will never do business with them again... also took 2 weeks to get my refund wow!

I usually look up reviews for any company or person I buy from online.. oops learned my lesson again.

CARID and I reached a settlement where I returned all the parts and they refunded the total of the order, including postage. This was to my satisfaction; Next time more diligence on my part will avoid a disaster like this.

In 2015 I used CARID to rebuild a late model Jeep while in living in British Virgin islands. The salesman was of immense help and the project was a success.

In 2022 I returned to car ID to salvage a truck from the junkyard. With a much different mission, the salesman did not assist me with the goals.
Heiner Valverde used lies and obfuscation to steal as much money for me as possible for this simple parts request.

In the end, I returned most of the parts, but was unable to cancel the entire order and Heiner was successful in stealing more than $100 from us.

I will never return to this unscrupulous company.

Tip for consumers:
Unscrupulous salesmen can use lies and obfuscation to sell you items you don't need, or charge you more than you intended to spend, even against their company policy. BE DILIGENT!

I returned the entire order.

I really enjoy this place I can get everything that I need for my Dodge Nitro and also my husband can get stuff he need for his Ram 1500. Dodge so keep up the good work and love you guys wish you had a little more promotions

Was told package would be shipped in 24 hours, but never told it would be received a week later, and on top of it customer service told me they couldn't help me, and also that if I wanted a refund I can't get the shipping fee back and there's a 3 dollar fee for each item they have to restock. #ShadyBusiness.#AllSet.

Placed an order 7/22/20 with expected ship date of 7/23/20. Item still has not shipped 8/24/20 and customer support refuses after multiple attempts to issue refund per the company's refund policy.

Do not buy from this company they don't give a crap about the customer I'm not gonna get Into my story because it's long but they do not honer there 30 day return policy I am out 400 dollars because of this company

I ordered tires and rims from CARID and they were back ordered twice. I requested to cancel the order and they refused sin the order was in process. My parts were back ordered but the order was in process?

Dealing with their customer service dept is a miserable experience. They are rude and lazy. I requested to speak with a CS manager multiple times during the process and was refused every time.

After my items finally shipped, I requested a delivery address change since I could not be home to sign. UPS approved this but CARID would not.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. DO NOT BUY FROM CARID! Check online, every review site shows the same thing. They show up as Onyx when you try to find their BBB rating.

THANK YOU to everyone before me who posted an honest review of your negative experience with CARiD. I didn't even have to finalize my order to have one. After reading reviews, I decided to find out of CARiD really had the 5 Holley Mid-Mount Accessory Drive Systems they claimed to have in stock. So I started a chat session and asked for confirmation. The answer was "We have 2 pcs in stock." Then I asked "you have it in your (CARiD) stock, and it will actually ship today if I order soon?" The answer was "We ship this from the manufacturer." So the first answer was a lie - CARiD *did not* have 2 pcs in stock. And neither did Holley - I checked.

Tip for consumers:
Don't trust the "in stock" number that they show. At the very least, have a chat or call and confirm.

I could not be more disappointed with CARID. I bought a set of Fog lights to replace the blanks in our Mazda6. The first set would not fit, they were shaped completely wrong for the space. So, we requested CARID to replace them. Well, they did, and even after charging me for shipping, which they shouldn't have, the second set wouldn't fit either. SO, I sent these back and requested a full refund. We'll NOW they say they refuse because the lens has a scratch on it. This is a complete lie as I never took the lens out of the package.

Tip for consumers:
Stay Away. If they don't send the right part, they won't make it right.

Products used:
Noe, I returned my products in perfect condition and they are stating the product is scratched. This is a complete fabrication.

Bought a couple thousands of dollars from this site, they respond to one email a day, started this process March 18, here I am April 11, still have wrong products, that don't fit (by the way the website said they would). Had to email them about 10 times before I finally called and they said my emails are just sitting there, never answered. Their counter for all this wait is a $25 gift card, I dont want a gift card, that means i have to buy more $#*! from this place, i just want my products. I have all invoices and live chats with awful customer service saved if you (carid) want to see them. The best thing this company can do now is give me my RIGHT product and as Gordon Ramsey says SHUT IT DOWN

Ok, so follow this. I was looking for a large tool box, and happened to follow a link on Google that had a picture of a large yellow toolbox. When I landed on CarID I saw this Lund *******Y Steel Job Site Storage Box/Chest that should have been between $700 - $1,100 was posted for $117.00. I figured it was a mistake, but couldn't help but order and see. In fact I ordered 6, and I got all 6 for the posted price. Even though I brought it to their attention they honored the pricing instead of arguing the issue. Of course they fixed the price on the website, but still gave me the posted price.
