“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I purchased a grille for my durango MONTHS ago. When it arrived I pulled it out of the box and found that it was covered in dings and scratches! I contacted to have it replaces and after about 2 months of waiting I finally got a reply. They declined my replacement because of "every day use"... how is it "every day use" on a part that never got installed on the vehicle!?... I tried xo tacting them again but I probably won't hear from them for another 2 months

On June 13th I purchased two strut assemblies from you, both of which were in stock. After you took my payment I was informed that one of the assemblies was back ordered after the one had shipped. I waited a month to find out that I would not be able to get the part until the 28th of August. These were not up grades for my car I needed both of them because my coil springs snapped and my car was not safe to drive. I have been without my car for a month and half now. To anyone reading this, do not depend on this company.

Ordered 5,000 customs wheel they been delayed 3 times my rep wont take my call they won't give me a refund since it's a special order my car is stuck at a shop in Florida this is a nightmare I will never do business with them again customer service turn on you once they get your money sad sad people what work here DO NOT USE! CROOKS!
They dog their customers out!

I purchased a 3 cross member rack for my ford transit back in feb 28,2022, all the packaged was tossed and turned poorly packaged. So everything in it was scuffed and dammaged. I immediately took pictures and sent it to them. I received promptly message from CARID, back with the option of returning all of the items back to them for a new one, at this moment. I sent it all with UPS, back. To later receive another package, and received less than half of the rack.! I then again sent this half a package back to them. And to this day I've only recieved Half of my money back. Please don't buy here you will regret it. ITS BEEN, 3 MONTHS.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy. unless you have money to throw away.

I'll attach photos of what the website showed vs what I received. Total ripoff. I paid over $50 for two flimsy wires bent into the shape of my side fender. This cheap garbage could be bent by the wind. I paid over $40 for the product and $10 for shipping. I weighed the product on my food scale, it weighed 19 grams. HA! The entire package weighed less than 1/4 of a pound and I PAID $10 FOR SHIPPING. I am returning it and they told me I wouldn't get refunded for the shipping and there is a $5 "return fee". I tried to go to the website and leave a review, conveniently there was no option to leave a review. I had to open a web chat with an employee and they sent me a link to submit a review. After I submitted my review I got an email saying the review was posted on the website for the public to see, but I can't see it on the website anywhere. SCAMMERS.

I wish would had have more careful before purchase. Overall a nice replica but with many imperfections. The bumper came in very protected, however there is no way to have it installed because the missing clips to hold it with the original upper section. Also, it doesn't came up with lower grill as the original, there are no supports for the fog lights, so definitely is required the assistance of an expertise to make things work out, in my case, 4 months now since I bought it and still unable to find a qualify place to fix it, plus the extra labor I'll have to pay for detailing and painting... I paid almost $450 total to import it to my country. I prefer to stay away from this website before get the rear one. ORDER #*******. They don't even allow my review to show up at their site.

*** On April 6th they reply back they have received a confirmation from the manufacturer that this product does not come with the clips and since this is an aftermarket product, it lacks some of the OEM features. They offered a $40 "compensation applicable in my next purchase", however I declined it as I'll never buy anything there***.

It's up to you.

Also, the product you purchased is considered to be "raw", and there will always be minor sanding, shaving, cutting, and/or filling prior to installing these parts.

My experience with the staff at carid concerning my order of two different trends flow2 mufflers. Was a great and non stressful experience not like you experience when using other on line companies. In fact my order arrived in 24 hours just as I was promised by tge customer service person. This was not my first order with carid and it won't be my last.

I ordered rims on May 27th and it was supposed to ship between that day or today, June 3rd. I call them today and find out the items are not shipping until June 9th. Like I don't think it takes 2 weeks to process a order if you can take money off my card immediately agter a purchase.

The process has been a MONTh long and I still have not received my correct set of wheels had I not liked the wheels I would have asked for a refund but I actually like the wheels. The incorrect set I sent back has been there for 6 days and I still have not been informed of when my wheels will be sent to me. I'm extremely frustrated with this company and disappointed and don't recommend them to anybody.

Wrong set of wheels

I ordered a set of wheels THEY sent me the wrongs color wheels this process has taken a MONTH I sent the incorrect ones back and its been 6 days since the received them and I still have not been informed of when my correct set of wheels will be sent to be and mind you this process has taken a month very frustrated with this company.

I wish I could give them no stars. Well it's my fault for placing the order and not pricematching elsewhere. Placed an order for Motegi MR107 wheels for my car and two days later tried to cancel after I found them so much cheaper somewhere else. Most sites don't charge shipping, this site does, over $100 for something they don't have in stock and comes from the manufacturer. They're skimming hundereds of dollars off the top. I could have saved over $300 for one set of wheels if I knew better. And they will tell you it's special order so you are stuck with the purchase and they won't price match wheels and tires. STAY AWAY

Company will not stand by their cancellation policy when I canceled part of the order the same day it was place. Still shipped the product 2 days later and now they wont refund the shipping cost or pay to have it returned. Customer service is rude and unwilling to stand by their own published policy. I would give them Zero stars but this site wont allow it. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered the first set of seat covers from CarID and had to send them back because they didn't fit my vehicle even though I ordered them to fit my specific vehicle. I ordered the 2nd pair and was sent an email with a shipping date but no tracking number. The date came and went and no email stating they had shipped. I called CarID and spoke to three different people and got the run around. They didn't know when they were going to ship, couldn't find a tracking number on them. I asked to speak to a manager but one was not available. Very poor customer service. I ended up cancelling my order. Who know when I'll get my money back. I will never use CarID again.

LIARS AND THIEVES
If there was an option for less stars I would give it. Absolute worst customer service experience of my life, I bought headlights from them they were faulty so I returned them under warranty and bought the same pair again in the meantime so I could have lights to drive. I was only refunded 400 dollars when I was told repeatedly I would be refunded the full price of 587. I literally have voicemails and emails with customer representatives telling me I would be receiving that refund, contacted them about they told me I would only receive the 400 and that was it. I talked to a manager they were no help at all. This place is full of a bunch of crooks they are only in it for the almighty dollar I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

Bought $600 worth of Tundra LED tail lights. All mounts broke after 3 months. Would not offer any warranty, said they were properly installed. DO NOT BUY FROM CARID. WILL NOT HONOUR WARRANTY. INFERIOR PRODUCT..

So i had called and ordered my sensor for my car they told me they had it in stock and that it would ship in 2-3 days and it would take 3-4 days to arrive. I called the next day for a tracking number and found out that the part was not only not in stock but that it was on back order and it would be shipped for over a month. I asked why they didnt even bother calling to inform me and they said they didnt know. They didnt offer any discounts or compinsation till i asked and they said they would give me a 3.00 discount and a 15.00 gift card. No actually refund. The shipping was 10.00 so it didnt eben cover shipping. Horrible business. All the customer service reps were great though. Im not gonna blame them for a $#*!ty company. Im never order from them again.

I have sent the REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TWICE ALREADY!
This is the absolute Worst customer service I've encountered by far. It's consistent with most reviews and now you don't even properly research before submitting a response. What a disappointment! See attached correspondence on the last supervisor I corresponded with. I've reached out several times after with no response.

I ordered the part online and CARID sent the incorrect part. I called customer service and they are overseas with heavy accents and terrible communication skills. The rep
I spoke with was condescending and incompetent. My husband then called and apparently they were going to generate a return label and issue the refund as soon as the carrier receives the package.
I then receive an email from customer service as if it were a new complaint and I wrote back explaining that our return was processed and we were waiting for the return label! LONG AND BEHOLD, the other incompetent staff member had not even processed the return.
In the email correspondence the new rep stated that I will pay for the return shipping Fee! I
Was in awe that due to their error, now I have to pay for an item I was Not able to
Use.
Pay a little more or you're going to be Praying a lot more to get good customer service because they are one of the worst I've encountered. Never again!

Tip for consumers:
Just save your money and go somewhere reputable with US reps that can assist you should something go wrong. You will regret dealing with them.

I had a very confusing issue and I myself was being rather confusing also because I am not the best at explaining. Nonetheless, he had the patience to let me be able to explain the problem and then find an answer and solution to fix it! This was my first time purchasing from CARiD and after this acceptional service, it will not be my last time purchasing from CARiD!

I ordered a set of (4) Argus Advanta HPZ-01 tires from CARiD.com a year ago. After 1 year and less than 5,000 miles, all four of the tires have little to no tread left. Same wear pattern across the entire width of the tire, same wear on all four tires. They were mounted and balanced by a reputable automotive customizing shop that specializes in high-end wheels, tires, and vehicle builds. I rotate them regularly and maintain proper tire pressure, the factory tps, tire pressure sensors, were installed when the tires were mounted and balanced.
I've reached out to CARiD.com about this issue with the tires. We've communicated back and forth for several weeks. Ultimately, they told me to contact Argus. I've found no way to contact Argus. I keep getting sent into loops. I cannot locate a way to email them, any way to file a warranty claim, nor any phone number. The number CARiD finally gave me I cannot get intouch with anyone on the number nor get a call back.

Tip for consumers:
When they say they will process warranty claims this is false.

I ordered headlights and they sent the wrong ones they said they would send the correct ones a month later I called and they told me they wouldn't be back in stock for another month. Total waste of time and I got tickets for having a light out. After telling customer service they told me they couldn't do anything about it so I requested a refund and will never buy from them again.

I love the service, but the shipping was scetchy. I ordered parts over the phone and didnt get them like tracking number said. Then one part was on back order, thank God I figured out it was the wrong part. It was a breeze to exchange it over the phone and they had it in stock. Until I later received a email that said the part is out of stock. Now I am trying to contact someone to see how fast the company will get it cause it's very important I get this part asap

I ordered a product was left in the dark about the order and then I moved put in the change of address and when it got shipped it went to the old place and no way getting the package and then when I sent in the complaint they sent me a thank you email won't even make it right I would love to put a 0 star so you might want to do your shopping at a different place

I love the personal interaction with the salesperson and the promptness by which i receive my parts. The few times that I have had to return something has been made easy and most of the time I just ask them to credit my account because the parts are ever changing to where I order from their site alot. Most parts i order i do not see on cars and makes my truck standout. I get a lot of compliments!
