“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

When I needed to replace a aftermarket headlight on my 2011 Dodge Challenger every one else wanted to sell me both sides not just the one I needed Aundra at carid.com called the manufacturer and made a special request order to oracle for them to make me what i needed and Reuben who helped when I called back for payment was very helpful in making sure I ordered the right thing thank you guys you earned my business from now on

I needed to know if the parts I selected were the correct ones. I wanted to avoid the hassle of buying the wrong parts ( not knowing Idid), waiting to recive them, discovering they are the wrong parts then having to ship them back and start all over again. I called CARiD to speak with someone to confirm that the parts I wanted to order were, in deed, correct for my vehicle. I called within a few minutes of their same day shipping deadline. The customer service rep was knowledgeable about the products selected and confirmed I selected the correct ones. By this time it was their same day shipping deadline. The customer service rep was able to include my order in the same day shipment. Also, I received my order within 2 business days.
I will definitely order more merchandise from CARiD, and I definitely recommend them to other friends and family.

I tried to cancel the order 1hr after making the order. I tried to tell them I live in Canada and under 10$ Canadian you don't pay tax. I orderd a light bulb that was 9.40cents they charged 24 dollars American which is why I tried to cancel. Ups came to my house and wanted 28 dollars for a total of 61.40cents. They agreed said the would refund me 27$ if I paid the 28$ to UPS. Next day they sent a email saying they won't refund anything but send a 15$ gift card.

I am exceptionally pleased with the customer service and the products available through CARiD. Haven't received the part yet but feel confident, if the customer service is an example of what I can expect, I'll be quite satisfied with the quality of the part ordered.

I ordered a part jan 20. They said it will ship out Jan 28th. On Jan 28th, no shipment or tracking number so I decided to give it a few days. On Feb 1st, I called them again, they said it will ship from the warehouse that day. Feb 4th, still nothing on shipment so I used live chat and they said the part is still with the manufacture. This is terrible. Especially when I'm paying almost 51 dollars for shipping. I understand the whole covid thing is messing up things but when I place a order on Jan 20 and haven't seen or heard anything on my part being shipped 15 days later is terrible.

UPDATE: received a email today stating that my part was shipped FEB 9,2020. Idk if I'm being picky or something weird is going on but usually there's content in the body of the email when they inform you that your part was shipped. This particularly email, there wasn't. Maybe they shipped my part or maybe not. Regardless, I will update the review if so.

Update Feb 22: received my parts on Feb 19.

Do yourself a favor and stick with your local auto parts stores or even Amazon. This was my first time trying CARiD and I will never again. One and done I guess. I purchased some parts on Sept. 25th and their website said that they would arrive to me by Sept. 28th. This was perfect because I needed them by Oct. 2nd. I waited around on Sept. 28th and nothing arrived. I checked the status and one package shipped with a new arrival date of Oct. 5th and the other package was now rescheduled not to ship until Nov. 5th! This is crazy! I chatted with them and had them cancel the package shipping Nov. 5th but the package that had already shipped I am stuck paying the freight to return it. I tried to ask them via the chat why I had to pay the freight and they quickly disconnected with me. WTH! CARiD missed their promised arrival date and I get stuck with the freight to return it! Who does that anymore... really only shady companies. Learn from my mistake and look elsewhere for your car needs!

This place is very helpful, they were able to do a price match with one on their competitors. The person that was on the phone with me helped me out very quickly. This online store is also a Google Trusted store so if anything goes wrong, Google will help you out sorting out any problems if CarID wont help, but it seams like CarID is a very trusted store so i don't think you would need to involve Google.

I ordered a trailer hitch shaft in mid-march and received two moved back estimated shipping notices. When those dates had come and gone, I checked the status of my order direct through the website. It now listed an estimated shipping date two months from my original purchase. I canceled the order, which was confirmed by a representative. Three days later I get a shipping notice for my canceled order.?! I called and the idiot tried to give me some spiel on how it had actually shipped the day of the cancelation but their systems hadn't gotten updated because this department hadn't talked to this dept. who hadn't talked to this dept. Well, if you look at the tracking, the label wasn't even initiated until two days after the cancelation day so that was bull crap. Now I have to try to intercept the UPS driver to refuse the package. Customer service was no help, and it just seems like they want to keep my money longer to me.

I was browsing the wed and came across this site' so I ordered a second row car seat covers for my Chrysler Pacifica. They sent me the wrong size and seat covers so I sent them back then they sent me the front seat covers which I never asked for then they wanted me to take pictures of it before sending it back.it took over a month. To make a long story short I only got the front seat covers never the back and now they are saying they don't make them now I'm stuck with only front row seat covers "which know one told me until yesterday that they don't make them ' it have been 7 months I been going back and fourth with them just so they can tell me I'm stuck with only the front seat covers which I never would have bought if they told me this earlier smh. Never again everyone be aware they are truly ripoffs.

SCAMED by this site. I order two struts for my gmc and they shipped the item but got only one struts. Any way their website says more than one order may ship in two different shipment but i never got the other one. I called the customer service and they are like we shipped both struts in same package, is the packaged damaged? I know now i am scammed by this website the package I received was original struts package of KYB just a single layer that just fit one struts in it. No other shipping package over struts package. No packaged was damaged. UPS label completely says packaged weight 29 lbs. No way two struts fit in that package and two struts weight more than 50lbs. They charged me $377 for two and got only one. They also told me they will evaluate and ship other one after three days and no email either my item. I loss my money. Do not order anything from Carid.com, it is big lie. Check the picture below.

Well they said it was the right part a new brake booster for a 69 charger but it wasn't. I double checked the site and I didn't make a mistake. But they did not once buy twice. My car was in the body shop for 10 months before I could check the fit of the brake booster. Wrong part. But before all this after they sent the first wrong part three weeks later I recieved a second wrong booster for free. That's right I sent the second one back being a nice guy and got screwed when I tried to return the first and get the right part. Don't use these guys.

Tip for consumers:
That they had a 30 day o fly return policy.

Update: upon receiving the parts I purchased. They sent me used and broken parts from a product that was on pre order. Should have never been used but they were. The product was used and damage and I'll never use this company again. Not worth your time and money. IGNORE THE BOTTOM EXCEPT TO COMPARE THE REVIEW. It took me forever to update because I couldn't figure out how.

Not to post a generic review. Look, this is solid place to buy mods. This is in my top 3 locations do buy and search for mods on my jeep. Theyre clear on whats available and will work with you if something comes up. Give it a chance find what your looking for. Its worth it.

The fuel pump that their website says fit my 2005 mustang was completely wrong and not possible to install. I showed them pictures to prove why it wouldnt fit. They claimed that their manufacturer was right and that it would fit and completeley ignored my pictures and problem. Had to refund on paypal as they wouldnt even refund shipping.

I bought a windshield for my Chevy truck on April 12 and now it's May 20 and it is lost and I've not been issued a refund and every time I contact carid all I get is I have to wait till the investigation is over for my refund so please people all I can say is stay away from this company unless you have this problem cause your not going to receive a refund until they fill like it. I've argued this over and over and over again and I get the same answer. So like I said think twice about doing business with them cause if you have a problem then it's your problem not there's.

By far the bets quality, customer service, and very affordable! Bought their in house brand Lumens and a week and a half later bought Spyder Lightbar headlights that i reallyloved at a way cheaper price than others.

Price match anything that you find on this website. I can almost guarantee you will find it cheaper, on a good note they do price match. If you need an item quickly don't count on it, anything you order will arrive in no less than a month. Placed an order on June 12th and online says it will not ship till July 10th. Keep in mind that is not the day I will get the item, it's the day they "might" send it out. Last order I placed they changed the date three times. Good luck!

I had bought 4 wheels off carid uptown receiving the wheels we have test fitted one wheel worked and verified all part numbers were the same so we proceed to mount tires on wheels upon getting to balance the wheels we have noticed one wheels had the wrong lug pattern so I called and called I kept getting hung up on been emailing back and forth and the best thing they can do on there mess up is offer employees pricing for there own mistake so they Blame the customer never again will I purchace any thing again considering this is my first time buyer beware they don't care about us buyers only themselves and won't admit to there own mistakes or do anything about making it good

Ordered exhaust tips for a 80 trans am the sent chevy emblem tips so I tried to call twice. 1st time I sat on hold for 44 min before just hanging up. 2nd time I sat on hold for 1hr and 30 min still haven't talked to anyone

I ordered some rims. Took 2 weeks longer than expected to receive them. Once I received them, the rims were defected. Two different rims shows said the rims were bent yet CarID would not return the rims.

My customer service experience was terrible. I kept getting the run around. At the end of the day, I am stuck with some rims that I paid for. Yet I don't want.

Don't order from this company, they are online. Order from a local company so you can have some face to face interaction. Once they get your money they don't care to help you. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I had a return and it was handled better than I could have imagined. My refund was promptly delivered. I tend to hear a lot of negative feedback from others about CARID, but I've never had a negative experience. I just recently received a set of wheels and tires I ordered from CARID and can't wait to install them!

Refunds are always a nightmare- they say no hassle no fees-- until you actually ask.
Put in an order over a weekend- monday called looking for tracking numbers-- they had no clue what was going on. Called back later- still no clue-- called the next day- canceled the item- they gave a cancellation notice- yet, they shipped anyway and now want restocking fees- and shipping fees-- meanwhile the webiste- said no hassle- no hidden costs.
They did the same crap to my son years ago- after they mailed the items to the worng address.

What they say and do are two diffrent things

Tip for consumers:
there is much better sites--- im on 6 days at least jsut to get the part----and will be dealing with this for several more weeks to get the refund and then deal with the credit card company-- just avoid the company

ordered my parts from another company- dbelectrical- 2 hours later had my tracking number and its on the way-- they get 10 stars- and the customer service was awesome as it was in house .. inside of 48 hours i will have my van working

First they adversties affordable products that they say fit. Once you buy they place a hold on your money and say that oops they dont fit. But we have these ones for $200 more dollars that do fit.

Buy them or we give you non fit ones.

No returns for whhel and tires. NO MONEY BACK. No refunds.

A BIG SCAM. This should be illegal.

I ordered a cowl style hood for a 2004 f350, when i recieved the hood everything looked fine but when it came time for installation the hood was falling apart(inner layer of the hood and exterior were separating from one another) and the holes for attaching the hood latch hook had a crack. Called carid and since it was passed 30 days i was told there was nothing they could do, even though the hood they sold completely fell apart. So now i am out $400 and i have nothing to show for it.
