“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

First they adversties affordable products that they say fit. Once you buy they place a hold on your money and say that oops they dont fit. But we have these ones for $200 more dollars that do fit.

Buy them or we give you non fit ones.

No returns for whhel and tires. NO MONEY BACK. No refunds.

A BIG SCAM. This should be illegal.

As bad of an experience as can be. I ordered the part on March 3rd and was told it usually takes 4 weeks to ship. I've been putting off body work on the car waiting for this. I called on April 3rd to check and was told it will only ship at the end of April. I asked to cancel at this point but was told it's not an option since it's a special order and on the order it says April 27th so I accepted and waited. April 28 comes around and I call. I'm told it SHOULD be shipped by May 31st... are you kidding me?! Bad service. No communication. Disappointments left and right. And I was expecting this so much...

One of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Customer service is a joke, you wait on hold for 30-40 minutes just to speak with someone that has no knowledge of any products they merchandise. When asked to speak with a supervisor, you are told none are available, how convenient!
Buyer beware! Purchased new wheel and tire package. When searching their site, they proclaim guaranteed fit! They show you wheels for your vehicle then when you go to purchase, you see a pop up stating product fits your vehicle.
Guess what, not the case. They send you a note after the check clears stating they need to modify the order to fit. Then when they ship you new package, they don't send the part. Turns out, the part that the manufacture states you need is not accurate. In fact, when contacting the manufacturer directly, they state those wheels are not intended for you vehicle.
Now they refuse to refund because their policy is no returns on wheels.
We'll continue to fight this because sending the wrong product is on them. There idea of a fix it to further modify your vehicle to accommodate their mistake.
I'd recommend if you need basic parts, they probably are like any online parts company. If you need technical support or have questions, go somewhere else. I'd highly recommend going to local tire and wheel supply shops that can match the correct product to your vehicle. I'd hate for anyone else to have to endure this type of service from any provider! It's not like we are talking about a few hundred dollars.

I purchased a item on line, from CARID.com. The company sent me a Email with tracking
Info on 11/1 there was no movement with USPS I called 11/3 and was told the item was not in stock and a refund will be given. I called 11/5 and was let us check to see if the item was shipped out. I called CARID.com Today for my refund, I was told my refund will
Be returned in 24 hours. BUYER BEWARE this is a sorry company with all types of problems. They don't know if they are coming or going.

I purchased a front and rear bumper package. Both bumpers were poor build quality and did not fit my truck as shown in the images on CARiD. They flat out refused to return the rear bumper and told me I had to (Field destroy) the front on my own to get a partial refund.

They rip people off and don't take care of customers who rightfully should be taken care of. Worst experience I have ever had with a purchase. I am still fighting with them to get a full refund. This seems like a consistent theme with them not treating customers right! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND EXPECT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY!

Items were shipped via UPS, box was damaged badly. We reached out to Carid had a great 1st experience with a rep Gelo. I was assured they would put a claim in with UPS, never heard anything back from UPS. 6 days later I recieve an email from Carid stating the claim was denied and now I am out of $200 (2 items missing) plus dollars, no claim number for UPS. UPS refused to even review due to they are strickly online (do not us the UPS My choice app it will deny any claims due to a clause stating you release them from any liability). At this time submitting a dispute with my credit card company, total charge was $557 this is insane to sa the least. They refuse to assist you in anyway. Rip off company

I ordered a nrg slimboy shift knob back in january and after changing my ship date to late february once i just went to check again and they moved my ship date to early april. Its completely unacceptable as i just want a shift knob and im being told it will take 3 months to ship.

I purchased a bumper cover and 2 fender covers thinking I was actually ordering the actual bumper and fenders. Before I could realize it the merchandise had been shipped so I had to wait for the delivery. Upon arrival of the merchandise I sent it back. Well its the 29th of August and the warehouse received the items on the 19th but still no refund has been posted.

Ordered a dash cover on July 11,2016 received by UPS on July 22,2016. The product cost $ 54.64. The dash cover was flimsy, poor quality material for the price. The cover did not
Fit my 2016 4Runner SUV. They have a promoted easy 1-2-3-4 return policy. You have to submit a request to return the item. I was first advised it would take two business days, but later learned it was three now. Talked to a service representative (Rebecca) and was advised they do not operate like Amazon.com. When I called to cancel an order because I had changed my mind, Kim was understanding and did her best to find what I was looking for, consulting another associate. CarID doesn't carry the exact part I wanted for my particular car, so Kim offered me a refund or store credit + a gift certificate. Thanks, Kim and CarID

I ordered a set of headlights and fog lights for my BMW, 2 weeks later i receive my fog lights but no headlights. I call Carid and they state its pending! Another week goes by and nothing so I call and ask for a refund, all they say is that its proccesing and will not rfund my money! Today they tell me the lights shipped on November 26th! What is going on here, i need my money back! Stay away from this site, no one has a clue whats going on

Bought wheel. When to tire Kingdom for installation to find out it was wrong size. Spoke to rep from CARDID who promised tot send correct size before I returned old wheel and send return authoriztion label. A week went by an nothing. I called and was told product not made in sized needed however at time they were notified of wrong sized new product ordered from different manufacturer and additional payment made on credit card. Days go by and still nothing. Get email asking for credit card information again and they will send return label and once the initial wheel is returned they will sent me the correct wheel. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Skip by this website if you have any sense.

CARiD my experience with you has been completely AWFUL! First off, I didn't receive my complete order. I received wheels and no installation kit that I paid for. After several phone calls and transfers because only a wheel specialist can assist you, I was promised an overnight shipment of my installation kit. I received a package, opened it up to find out that it was silver lug nuts and that's it! THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Try to get assistance today and guess what... wheel specialist only work Mon-Fri! Your after the sale service is completely unacceptable. I want a refund on my entire purchase and I will ship your wheels and lug nuts back to you at YOUR EXPENSE. I will also tell everyone that i know to not do business with your sub-par organization.

I currently purchased a rim and tire package. Supposedly they come balanced and ready. They said just put them on and go. I put them on and when I go over 50 mph the car shakes alot. I took it to tire kingdom and the balance was way off. They Rebalanced the tires and the car still shakes. I went back to tire kingdom with a checklist that car id provided to make sure everything was done right. The car still shakes. We uncovered in tire kingdom. That the tires are defective. When I called them back they said no refunds on wheel and tire packages. I understand that and it would be ok if they sent me wheels and tires that work properly. I am extremely disappointed and my story might end up in the news. I don't want anyone else to go through this.

The worst EVER. Paid $900 for the parts: ORDER CONFIRMATION # *******... 2 weeks later, I called to see where is my order...! They informed me I'll receive my order Jan 2015! Please note I ordered Nov 2014! Not only that, They NEVER called me to say that there is a delay! I had to call them and be on hold for over 45 min! Nina is the one I spoke to...

The price match features and the process they use is simple, easy, and quick especially during there business hours since you can talk directly with someone over chat window. I messaged Hank from CARiD with a request to price match Rock Auto. I sent him the URLs for the parts I wanted price matched and he had instantly emailed me a link to my cart with the revised price, which showed up as a discount in the cart.

Hank was very helpful and understood car parts when I used simple explanations to describe a part. There is nothing worse than talking to a customer service representative that has no idea what you are talking about, but CARiD and Hank made sure that was not an issue.

I have used CARiD in the past but never really knew how quick and simple the price match feature was. Because of this experience, I will definitely be using CARiD for all car parts I intend to purchase (as long as they have them listed on their website).

My mechanic was unable to get the part I needed for my G8 at local parts. He works at a dealership and couldn't even get it there. A coworker recommended this site. Reluctantly, I ordered here. To my relief, my part came a day before promised and was exactly what I ordered. I took it to the mechanic, he installed it, and I'm rolling.

I was looking for a part for my 2013 Focus and at the time I had difficult time ordering it so I was in contact with Eric and he was able to process the information for me and I had him send me an e-mail so I could complete the order and it was all taken care of with the price and ordering.

Horrible service. Ordered the bumper for mustang Aug 5th didn't get shipped till Aug 12th then I wasn't told that I needed to contact the carrier so they could deliver the part. The part gets here on the 14th and it's so big I can't carry it or look it over the driver sets it down tells me to sign and leaves... The box was damaged on the back side which I couldn't see. The whole bumper was $#*!ed up, scratched and a corner was broken. I immediately contacted carid and they have dragged their feet. Now a lady told me that it's my fault cause I received it and I need to pay for it. I asked to speak for a manager and she just kept repeating herself that I couldn't talk to anyone till 24 hrs from now. I am so irritated with this company never in my life have I dealt with such a decietful lying unhelpful company. People stay away! Customer service is horrible the parts quality are crap and damaged!

Ordered an item that was clearly shown as "in stock" on their website only to get an email a few days later stating it was backordered. I replied to the email asking why it showed "in stock" and never got a reply. Called on the day it was due to ship (a Thursday at 1:30pm) to see if it shipped (since I didn't get an email one way or the other) and got a recording stating that I had reached them outside of normal business hours. Left a message canceling order, and asked them to call me: no phone call came. Called Friday at 11am, same message of 'outside business hours'. In short, this company apparently doesn't want your business, and isn't worth the hassle of ordering from. Southwest Performance Parts processed my order and shipped within an hour. I'd highly suggest them instead!

The original part that I had ordered didnt fit exactly right. I made a quick phone call and they took care of me as far as returning the item back and ordering me the right part. Great customer service and fast shipping. Overall great and helpful service with Dez.

I have no idea what other people are talking about in regards to poor service, Juan Jo, transaction Id: SYD******* was exceptional, at the beginning was a bit misinformed but didnt hesitate to double check and correct himself which i appreciated. Ive shopped with Carid for quite some time now ive bought parts for various cars 96, 97, 99, 00 Suburban, a 2017 sierra, 2010 Traverse, 77 Camaro and more! Anything from headlights to led bars to exhaust systems to engine parts and i can honestly say that not once have my parts been wrong or anything less than perfect, there were once or twice i recieved a part delayed but they kept me updated throughout the whole thing which was unexpected but very appreciated! I recommend this to all my family and friends, Carid is my only go to shop for all my auto needs thanks again! And keep up the amazing work!

I paid for 4 sensors OROTEK TPMS SENSORS on 9. 13. 17 - arrived while i was on vacation the following week. When I can back I took the box and tires to the installer and opened the box and there were 2 sensors.
I called and was expecting an simple i'm sorry and we will ship these out to you but instead they said sorry you missed the return window by a few days and said I would need to purchase new sensors. I have not dealt with service like this at anyplace online in years. Horrible feeling.
The worst service ever and i have been robbed. I am absolutely amazed at the service provided...
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $80.
