“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

So wish I'd of looked for reviews before pulling the trigger, customer service on the phone is offshore and non existent text chat is condescending with things like "are you still with me" thrown in if it takes you 30 seconds to get a reply out, then if you ask the same thing whoa do you get ATTITUDE, lots of apologies and excuses but they are seemingly incapable of issuing a return label best use PayPal you'll get nowhere on your own. Let me predict Carid's reply to this "we are so sorry Blah Blah we'll look into this Blah Blah.

They insisted that the product i received was the right one and it wasn't. The customer service person did a good job and agreed with me that it was not the right product so I have reservations about ordering from CARiD again

Odered some parts and they came in wrong. Called in to let them know. 2hrs on hold they finally say okay those are wrong send us pictures to verify. Thought weird but okay. Do that and call back. Yes we got them everything is good we will get you a return slip and get new ones out to you in 48hrs. Okay. Going on a week and numerious calls and chats and still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT USE THIS Company!

I am in the market for 111-DMAG05-LED-RC LED taillights for my Dodge Magnum. CARiD.com said the they had them in stock according to their website so I decided to get it from CARiD.com. I placed the order on Friday, December 12,2014 and they estimated that it should ship on Tuesday, December 16,2014. I contacted them on the 18th to find out why it hasn't shipped yet. They said that it was most likely shipped but they just needed to update the tracking number. Checked back today, the 19th, and found that they pushed back the shipment day to March 15,2015. Yes, 3 months out, without warning. The most annoying thing is that their website still says that they have them in stock.

Save your time and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I didn't see these feedback about them until after I had already ordered. I've of course, cancelled and is waiting for a refund. I payed via Paypal so I will get my refund.

And from reading other reviews, they've done that to others. Do NOT CLOSE YOUR DISPUTE/CLAIM! If you do, you'll likely be waiting months for a refund, if you get one at all. Luckily, I consulted with PayPal prior to closing it and was advised not to do it. If you do, there's nothing PayPal can do. I was also hung up on twice, rudely, after I told them I wasn't going to close my claim. This company will try to badger you into closing your claim so they can stick you with their ridiculous refund policies and steal your money. Be careful.

I made an order on July 2nd and the part was listed as In Stock. I waited patiently for 3 weeks before tracking my order just to be told that the part was no longer in stock and was being manufactured. They told me to wait 2 more weeks. So I waited two more weeks for them to then tell me that the part has been discontinued. At this point I was extremely annoyed and asked for a refund. They have now been processing my refund for a week now and told me I still have another week before I may even see my money back. So they tied up my money for well over a month to never receive the product and I still have not received my refund. DO NOT SHOP AT CARID!

Purchased item that was to be the right part per website. Turns out it was wrong part. Asked for return label for refund. Due to box being damaged during shipping to me I placed the part in the damaged box and inside of another box to insure part wouldn't be damaged during return shipping. They are still refusing refund due to it not being in the correct box. They said I said box wasn't damaged on recorded call however the rep never asked about the condition of the box and only asked "if the item in the box was like new, never installed and not damaged?" Which I responded as yes. You can clearly see inside of the box that I returned the part in, that the original box was damaged. And on the original box box it wasn't even the correct box for the part. Just a random box with no markings other than the shipping label. I've asked for pics of the retuned box and content but have received nothing. And still being refused a refund.

Tip for consumers:
Take pics of everything! Original box before opening it. Contents of the box. In the event of a return again contents of the box and the box shipped.

Ordered rims and never got a tracking number so I didn't know when they arrive an ofcourse I wasn't home when they did so they got shipped back an they never answered my email. So now I finally got hold of them an they are charging me shipping again to send them back out

I ordered a trailer hitch that they said was in stock, guess what it was not! They just kept saying it will be shipped tomorrow, Finally one of their customer service reps told me the truth! The vendor says it is out of stock with no delivery date. I requested a refund. Two weeks later NO refund! I start calling. Promise after promise. Supervisor after supervisor, I will make sure you get your refund by the end of the week! ALL LIES! AFTER ONE MONTH AND NO REFUND, I call and I'm told "your part shipped out today" would you like to start the return process? Now I have to pay $60.00 shipping + $9.00 return fee and wait God knows how much longer for my money. All this one month after I received the refund request email from them. They said well that just means a request was sent to the manufacturer, it does not mean your order will be canceled and your money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

Ordered wheels back in early Dec 2022 was suppose to arrive15days max, nothing here I am in April 2023 no wheels and have had to call 3times already to figure out where my refund is, cancelled my order 9 days ago and still no refund. Was told "when we have time to process the return then you'll get your refund". NEVER AGAIN, stay away!

Do not buy from here was told several times parts were in stock when in fact they were not, just away to get your $$

I ordered a dodge challenger srt hood. When I received it the finish wasn't good. I called to see if I can return it and they asked me to send them pictures. I removed my hood and took pictures and videos. Then they told me they need the measurements from the fenders. I took them and send it to them. Right now after 5 weeks from the supposed return date they told me to again take another picture. When I called them they said the same words over and over and they didn't care if it was their mistake. Very very bad experience

I bought a Centric® 130.******* - Premium Brake Master Cylinder for my Jeep CJ 7, in the description on the Carid.com website is declared as an item MADE IN USA, once I received it I realized it is produced in CHINA! I discussed with them and they deleted me from their server, I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission NJ. Shame!

Garbage company STAY AWAY. I ordered (2) inner tie rods and pass. & driver outer tie rods. The order was split, inner tie rods arrived first and they were NOT for my car, though the site verified fitment. Outer tie rods were split into a separate shipment and only one was shipped no record of the 4th part FOR WHICH I PAID.

Customer service was GARBAGE over chat. I called in and the lady submitted a request for refund because they screwed up. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they don't have one. Hahaha

I've used H&R springs before in the 90's and the quality is still strong. This fitment was for a 07 Saturn Outlook XR AWD. The install on the front was pretty straight forward the rear is a scouch tricky. The short cut is to drop the A arms and the springs coming out or going in will not need a compressor. There is no room for but one anyway. The rear bump stops will need to be cut.

The ride is noticeably more compliant in the first part of the suspension travel and firm up nicely as they load up. It's a heavy SUV so it is what it is, however the handling improvement is worth the afternoon in the garage and $300 to me.

I purchased some LED headlight bulbs and after a few days I was notified they were on backorder. I called Carlos and he immediately got with a supervisor and sent me a higher priced kit as a replacement. Great customer service and now I will use CARID for all of my purchases

I ordered in AVS channel window deflectors For my 2020 Nissan Murano and installed on my car first thing I noticed is the double sided tape was very cheap not 3M and material has to be the cheapest plastic on the market they did not have tape around whole visor so when you install them the one end is not secure and your window will hit them even the end with tape did not stick and his also stopping my window from closing! And they will not return item because I installed it first. How will you know if it works without installing them? Very disappointed and customer service is horrible stay away from CARiD!

Waited 3 days just for them to ship Tubular led light bar brackets. After waiting 5 days for them to get here they sent a liscense plate relocation kit.Not even close to the same part number. I contacted them and told them they sent me the wrong part, They made me do a big song and dance to get them to send the right one. They wanted photos of all sides of the box, then they wanted me to take the it out of the box and photos of the right parts, then copies of all invoices. After going through that they tell me it can be up to 3 days to get approval to send the right part. 3 days later get the approval for the right part to be shipped. Waited another 2 days and didnt hear anything. Contacted them and they said it wouldnt be shipped for another 6 days. Thier website said this item was in stock ready to be shipped. Once they get your money they dont give a $#*!. Will be doing a charge back

Ordered a Koyorad radiator for my 4Runner, was shipped a different brand and it arrived damaged. At first they were helpful in sending return label and RMA, but after reading the fine print, it stated it must be in undamaged condition for a refund. Emailed them again for a revised RMA stating the damage and have been back and forth with them for 2 weeks now, first they said refund would be immediate, now another 3-5 days for UPS to research their claim! How is this my problem? Have filed a claim with Paypal for the refund. And they actually deleted the order from their site along with the Koyorad radiator. Unable to load their homepage now, guess I've been blocked. So glad I took a screen shot of the pages and kept all the emails.

I ordered front and rear matts for my vehicle, got 2 rear matts. Followed their explicit return policy and 31 days later they cannot seem to get me an RMA number. Their policy 28-48hours for RMA well, 3 days later still waiting. Right now, I have been sitting on the phone waiting to speak with their customer service person for 45 minutes... still on hold still waiting.

I purchased a hood/bug deflector for my 2018 Chevy Silverado Z71, and upon installation, I found that the included hardware did not fit my vehicle. I requested a 'Return Authorization' and returned it. When I got the 'Return Authorization' approval, the reason that THEY put on it, was that "No Longer Needed Product". Watch out for this scam from CARID.COM. I still have to pay for it, even though I sent it back. I will never buy anything from CARID.com again. Scammers is what they are.

Carid.com most of illegal unprofessional company Customer service and sells department talk about parts to get YOUR MONEY. Item sent in OLD BOX with attached old untaped. Item RACK PINION have not supported and look absolutely not shipped like someone brought from junk yard next door. It very much scam company. Im gonna made police report.

I ordered the same parts twice the first order was never processed the second order was recieved then canceled apparently by my request>>>>> My truck has been waiting for 7 Days for these parts in a repair shop i didnt cancel my order.
Then I called to get my order straightened out couldn't get any help that was worth trying to talk to. No wonder orders are canceled and unprocessed I don't recommend this company by from someone that is family owned with customer service.
