The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
Unreliable - move on - shop someplace else. Ordered a toolbox, did not ship for about a week. I called, they said it would several days to send me an email with a status report. Unbelievable.
Ive now had 3 separate occasions to use Carid. Every time it has been a great experience. They are experienced, professional, and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using this company

They are very good at offering a resolution but do not follow through with any correspondence to you after the initial answer (STILL A INTERNATIONAL MAIL ORDER FRAUD COMPANY) the US can't touch them because all of there service(if you want to call it that) is based in the Philippines

Bought wheels was sent the wrong ones, was told tough (asain customer Service) received e-mail stating that they want to resolve the issue, have not been able to reach the person, no one wants to transfer me, this company may have a US home office but all business goes through the Philippines and nothing is ever resolved, they want to make it seem like it is but it is not. They lied to my credit card company and have refused to handle the issue of a refund on a product that was sent to me that does not fit because the parts people do not know what they are doing. DONT TRUST ANYONE THAT REACHES OUT VIA E-MAIL. It is just a way to try and make the company look good, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they will not honor there mistakes and stick you with the product that is wrong

Spoke with Nicholas and Danielle during 2 different phone called. Both were courteous and provided the needed information to make my purchasing decision.
Ordered an inner fender liner for my car and it came promptly, fit nicely, and was of acceptable quality. It is what you expect but often do not get when ordering online.
My order literally arrived within 1 day, the items were as described and that's all I can ask for from a business. I will definitely be back for more vehicle specific products.
I had placed an order for some replacement bulbs for my fog lights and the tracking said the label was made and was on it's way to USPS. I had placed the order on December 18th and call customer service on January 5th and talked to Ericka and told her that the tracking info has not changed. She checked into it and saw the same thing and said they would have to open an investigation with the Post Office and it would take 7-10 days but they will not make me wait that long. Ericka then asked if I would like to have the bulbs reshipped but then said that they were out of stock with no eta so she asked if I wanted credit? I then asked her if they would up grade me to the bulbs that were $6 more at no cost which they were able to do. Come summer I am going to have to replace my headlights and will be buying them from CARiD.

CARiD.com has been one of my worst shopping experiences, I called the company to make sure they had the item I wanted and they told me that they had 16 units so I placed my order after a week I see that they do not ship and I call them and They tell me that it was going to be sent that day, which took several days when I saw that they did not send the article, I proceed and cancel my order 10 days later I still do not receive my refund. CARiD.com is a very inresponsible company, do not buy with them so you do not pass my experience.

I purchased 4 steel wheels from Carid in September for snow tires in upstate New York. When they arrived I test fitted one to be sure they were correct. Two months later when I purchased the new tires the garage man called to tell me that 3 wheels fit but the 4th is way off. I contacted Carid and was required to send them photographs of the wheel NOT fitting the car. Really? The first person who took my call also indicated that since it had been 60 days that their supplier would not make good. I sent the photographs and have attempted numerous phone calls, been placed on hold for more than an hour (about 80 minutes so far) and after three attempts to phone someone who could resolve this and promised multiple "call backs" I've yet to hear from anyone about swapping out the defective or miss-marked wheel for one that fits. A bit more research has revealed that their supplier is either owned by Carid or the other way around. The very first salesperson sent me emails from both business addresses. I've had to purchase a wheel locally to get the car ready for our first snow. All I want is a place to return this junk and money back. After two weeks, I'm sending letters to the Attorney Generals of three states.
Called seeking an Transmission for my 79 Buick Lisa checked with another company worker to make sure that I would be ordering the correct Transmission, torque converter. She was awesome! Thanks Lisa

I ordered car seat covers on February 25th. Was told when I called to check on them, they were due to ship that day (5/10). Still have not received them (5/22) so did an on-line chat and was told they aren't due to ship until 6/10! I have not received any e-mails to this effect or any form of communication that they are on backorder. I have had to phone and live chat to get this information. This company is terrible... I will never order from here again.
