“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I don't intent to talk ish or bring anyone down, but it NEVER works smoothly with these guys, ever! This is the 4th or 5th time and I'm done for good with them.

I purchased a front dash cover kit and received the rear dash kit instead. A completely different item than what I had ordered. Take a look at the photo.

But the real disappointment is that they do nothing make up for their mistake. No store credit, no apology, no speeding things up... they're unwilling to help. NOTHING other than telling me to sit and wait 5-7 business days for a return. BS you guys messed up give me a reason to remain a customer

WHEN YOU GUYS FUDGE UP THAT BAD AND SEND THE CUSTOMER A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM WHAT THEY ORDERED, MAKE UP FOR IT IN SOME KIND OF WAY... SHEEESH EVEN $5 STORE CREDIT WOULD MEAN SOMETHING. BUT YOU GUYS ARE UNWILLING TO WHICH IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ITSELF.

I DON'T KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS? THEY ARE THE WORST! BY THE WAY CARID STANDS FOR CAR IDIOTS! FOR 69 DAYS THEY SCREWED UP EVERY ORDER I GAVE THEM! OVER $1000. 00. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A PART OF AN ORDER, THE OTHER PARTS I CANCELLED BECAUSE #1 THEY WAY OVER CHARGED FOR THE ITEMS #2 THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM 3 TIMES. NOT TOO BAD YOU SAY WELL, STAY HOME AND WAIT FOR DAYS TO GET U. P.S. FOR DAYS AND DAYS OF DELIVERIES & RETURNS (WRONG ITEMS) I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM A DIMES WORTH OF BUSINESS EVER AGAIN! I ordered brake shoes and drums from Carid cost was supposed to be $64 when looked at charge it was $95.44. Within 24 hours of the order called customer service to cancel. They would cancel if not shipped. I said it's been less than 24 hrs. But it takes 3-5 days for them to check, Fine. In mean time called there sells dept. who informed me it was $95 instead of $64 because they had only one in So. Cal. And had the other from back east hence more shipping costs. But they did have another brand in stock so I ordered them for $62. Then I get a email saying they shipped the $95 order. So I call them they say no problem will send return document no explanation of why an order cancelled in 24 hours was still shipped. So received it and when they came in immediately took box to UPS and sent without opening box. Now get refund of $67 instead of $95. Called them says refund for drums not brake shoes and need to check. Each time talk to them it's 3-5 days. I did receive the ones they had in stock for $64. I gotta tell you the agony and time spent dealing with this isn't worth it.

After communicating with Carid they have apologized, reinstructed their staff, and made things right for my inconvenience. I will continue to do business with them as their prices are good and past experiences with them have been acceptable.

Placed (2) separate orders, never got them, went to a wrong address and I was charge for the parts. Awaiting for my refund will not recommend this to anyone.

I have been dealing with CarID for a good while and each time I have to Work things out on some part I find that the Folks at carid are exceptional at resolving the issues and are always there to explain the how to's to get the wheels moving. I say you can Not go wrong with them!

This company is so bad. I an't even begin to list all of the reasons why. They switch from agent to agent every time you have a question (even if in same email thread), and none of them actually know about the car parts they sell. So every time you have to restate you question or concern. They make false promises as well. I was promised, assured, etc that I'd have a certain part and it'd be expedited via UPS. Not only was it sent regular shipping (and via Fedex lol), they sent the wrong part that was not even listed on their website. And sent two left sides instead of one right and one left. Then waited 5 days to send me a shipping label, then tried to charge me a restocking fee. The whole situation was a nightmare. I kept assuring them of my worries before being shipped out and they guaranteed I was wrong, only to find out when my package arrived a week later that I was 100% right. The return process took 2+ weeks. I had to move my appointment a couple times. They are a middle man company, or "drop ship company" as they like to tell you after the fact, that only sells what the actual maker is selling. Don't believe their fake promises. They have no special relationships with any businesses. I could go on and on, literally - and I never write reviews. Please avoid CariD by all means.

I ordered 4 Michelin tires from carid. Only three arrived. I checked the tracking number and noticed 1 tire had a label created but never picked up by FedEx. I contacted CARID and was advised that they would launch an investigation that could last 5-10 days. After not hearing anything I contacted CARID again. They advised they were aware that my 4th tire never shipped and they were still looking into why. And it would a few more days. And I was also promised that if my missing tire was not located a replacement would be sent out. Sounds ok to me. So days go by and I hear nothing. I then call back and ask to speak with management. However that never happened. I was advised that they have been attempting to contact the manufacturer but have not made contact. I reminded them that their website indicates that they have many of the tire I ordered in stock. I am done being given the run around and that they have my money and I want my tires. I was then out on hold and advised that it was granted that they could ship me a new tire and my tracking number would be in my email in 2 days. Guess what no tracking number. I am days away from it being a month since I placed my order. This is unacceptable and I advise anyone thinking about doing business here to reconsider. Run run run! Anyways I'm getting my attorney involved this week. I have the missing tracking number that was never picked up, emails stating they know the problem is in their end so I'm done talking. I want my money back or my tire sent out.

I decided to order my 2014 lexus is250 grille frame from this site for $67.00. Got the part on time, but when the auto body guy went to put it on it did not fit AT ALL. The number of clips on the part didn't even match up to my car or the original Lexus part. I "live chatted" them to ask how I go about returning this and they told me I had to SEND PICTURES and attain the part number for them. Why I cannot just return this part is BEYOND me and I will probably just end up eating the $67.00 instead of going through all the trouble to return my part.

I would NEVER recommend this site or order from them again. OH and the best part, my car part was made in TAIWAN. Lexus is Japanese, should've known something would be wrong with it.

Ordered brake hoses for which an additional fee was demanded after order placed and paid, doubling the shipping fees. Reason given in customer service telephone conversation was that the third party supplier did not ship to USPS, rather the third party used UPS. When I pointed out that UPS had a service to deliver to USPS the matter was unresolved, Order cancelled, awaiting refund, Information for Your Order #******* {*******}

Do not buy anything from this site they are a bunch of morons! They sell cheap $#*!! Do not Buy Do not buy! They charged my card for a return after said they wouldnt, bunch of clueless idiotsss! Do not buy Do not Buy, you will be sorry! Not to mention the overall wait time on hold for over 4 hrs in the span of just a couple days! BBB should be contacted about them! SCUM!

This might honestly be the worst company in the automotive industry. The customer service and business practice is just atrocious. With my order, I ordered on a Saturday a set of wheels. I then realized 20 min after my order that they wouldn't fit my vehicle so I sent an email titled urgent to cancel the order, this should have been more than enough to get the order cancelled as it was expected to ship on the coming Tuesday. Monday rolls around and I receive no reply from them. I decide to try to call in and I'm placed on hold for several hours, I then get through to the biggest jackass in the wheels department who pretty much tells me there's nothing they can do to cancel the order and I'd be responsible for return shipping. This doesn't even make sense, the wheels do not fit my car and there is a 100% guarantee of fitment, shipping was also free yet they're saying I have to pay return shipping? How does this make any sense, I will be telling everyone I know to never associate with carID and will go out of my way to tarnish this $#*! company's reputation even more.

Been looking for someone online to get good dependable car parts and accessories from and it has been very difficult because no one holds to what they say over the phone well I have to look no further I have found CARID.COM. MY ASSOCIATE WAS ART AND HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND MADE SURE HE COVERED EVERYTHING AND EVERY POSSIBILITY ON THE PARTS I NEEDED. Definitely a much better experience then dealing with your run-of-the-mill NAPA Auto Parts AutoZone O'Reilly's they are just not up to par compared to carid.com. He double-checked being my car has several different models with the same types of engine and made sure that I was getting the specific part for my specific vehicle again thank Carid.

Parts took wayyyyyy tooooo lonnnngggg to get. After waiting 5-months for headlights, they arrived for the wrong type of vehicle. When I called, I was repeatedly hung up on after waiting one time for three hours on hold. Then I was told I could send back but it may take another 5-months to get. To make up for the inconvenience, they offered a 5% discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me. They suck. You have been warned. Very warned. Just do a google search for the part you need and go elsewhere. I have ordered parts from Hong Kong, Fiji, Austrailia and all have arrived in less than a week. These people will be sued eventually. Shouldn't be in business. ****BEWARE****

Ordered 4 tires, never got a ship date, 5 days went by, sent emails to customer service, reply gave me an "approximate" ship date, called customer service to cancel the order, put on hold 15 minutes, when rep came back they told me they were on the other line with the "manufacturer" and they would be shipping the tires tomorrow, so I can't cancel the order. I then asked for a tracking # service rep said No we don't have one.As a 20 year employee of the world's largest overnight air cargo company I know well that- No tracking number means hasn't shipped, still in warehouse order can still be cancelled, so there's where Carid's Lie can be applied. I told the rep if I didn't have a tracking # by 5 pm the next day, I will be disputing charges through my bank for non receipt of order, they didn't seem to mind. Next day came, no tracking # or any update from carid so I called the bank and made my claim. Terrible dishonest customer service, from the usual overseas call center we all cringe at dealing with! Stay Away from this company.

Recently, I wrote an a well deserved scathing review of CARiD. After I did so, they FINALLY reached out to me. After me refusing a lame $#*! $30 gift cert. Which wouldn't've covered anything, I got a call from the wheels manager Justin. He apologized ALOT re: the way he treated me. He arranged for multiple refunds and after believing me, has tried hard to clean up their side of it. AFter all that bull$#*!, it's now MotoMetal who has the actual issue. For my model wheel, all the blanks that they received from China (which is where ALL wheels are fabricated) where bad/out of round.

To this day I still have no wheels. Hoping this gets resolved this week. Right now, I'm working with Wheel Pros/MotoMetal directly in order to actually get rims that are round (go figure). This has gone on for OVER A MONTH.

Praying for a resolution soon!

I have been very satisfied with my purchases with Carid. I have been even more satisfied with their customer service reps! I called and spoke with Josuah to get help selecting the correct part ( Rack and Pinon Assembly) He was super! He took his time in making sure I purshased the correct part. He advised me of the core fee that would be returned to me once I returned the core using a prepaid label they provided. I have since received my core refund as promise and in less than a week of the return! The part has been installed and is doing its job! I will definitely buy my parts here in the future!
