The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
I have ordered products from this company three times. The Items they sell do you arrive in good condition. The problem is if you need to return an item because it doesn't fit well or it's the wrong color or because you realize you just don't need it this company will not allow you to do so. Their policy states that you can return an item for 30 days regardless of reason if it is in new condition. But this is untrue. They will ask you to send pictures of the item. And on the two returns that I attempted to make which were both new in the package they wanted pictures and then once those were sent they wanted more pictures and even asked me a third time for even more pictures. Finally they just refuse the return. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. I am a physician and this is been ours an hours of endless pain trying to return a perfectly new product to a company that just doesn't seem to care And who furthermore works very hard to make sure that you cannot do so. It's not worth saving a nickel using them. Because if you need to and we often do need to return things but online you will be really stuck.

I recently ordered all 4 Rancho shocks for my 1999 Dodge Durango and Brandon was extremely helpful! I was informed I had chosen a great quality shock and the ordered was shipped in a day! I have used CARiD before and I am very pleased with the site and the professionalism
I needed a new head light assembly for my car. I had someone from Carid help me place the order. I gave her my vin #. The parts arrived 2 days later which was awesome. I had them installed and realized that I was missing a stabilizer which I did not know was needed.The carid agent accidentally ordered me the wrong part. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue and get the correct parts. The first person I talk to was helpful but rude. She did not care that I was out the installation money. I had to speak with someone else who seems to understand my frustration on having to pay 2 installation fees which was not my fault. Once again it was human error by someone who claimed to know how to order car parts based on a vin #. Long story short Carid sent me the new parts which arrived 2 days later. I did get credit for part of the installation fee. I think I was most upset by the time it took to resolve the issue and have someone from that company care enough to give me credit towards another purchase. All in all I got the new parts and they are being installed today. Hopefully they work correctly this time.

I'm so disappointed! I purchased $800 RTX Wheels from Carid.com. I double checked with CaridID and Discount Tire that the wheels would fit my Audi 2011. After a $175 install and $90 alignment my car shakes violently over 55 mph and the rear rims bottom out when I hit a bump. CardID customer service continues to request "documentation" that the wheels do not fit the vehicle to provide any assistance. I've sent pictures / photos the alignment docs with NTB's recommendation that the wheels are too big. How do I film the vehicle bottoming-out when I hit a bump?!
I asked their customer rep Andrea Gardona what Carid could do, she politely explained their intentions to do nothing unless I can have another source determine there's something wrong with the rims. There's nothing wrong with the rims, they don't fit my vehicle! I'm making a claim with the BBB. Out-right theft of $1200!

The website is great, the customer service rep I visited with was very helpful, however... the products were supposed to be all in stock. I ordered a set of shocks, exhaust parts/catalytic converter, which trickled in over a period of about 2 weeks. I also ordered a set of rims/tires, that were supposed to be shipped on 4/28/15, about 3-4 weeks after I ordered them (once again, this was an "in stock" item). I never received notification of shipment, so I left messages with my "personal representative" on 4/29 who was very diligent and returned my phone calls the next day (with tracking numbers). I checked my tracking numbers today, 5/2/15 and the product has not even been entered in the system, which basically means they are just printed shipping labels. I am very disappointed that an in stock product would take this long to ship, and the only reason I did not give them a lower rating is because the representative has been very polite and helpful. Not sure what is going on but if something does not ship soon, I will be going after them to get a refund.
Paid for an order, a day later received an e-mail stating that the order is on hold until I pay an additional $11. This makes their part cost more than other places I could have bought from. Now I am fighting with them to get the money I already spent on the part from them back.

I purchased these wheels on 6/18/20 on 6/23/20 I received an email the the estimate shipped Thursday 07/02/2020.
I called several time before during this this trying to get a status. They told me UPS lost one of the item. That not my problem that carid issue to figure out. One 7/20/20 got another the that the estimated shipped date 7/22/20. You guys can not get to the bottom of the issue and get it corrected. I even spoke with a manager. Still haven? T call me back. Not to mention every time I call there is at least an hour until I speak to someone.
It? S been over a month since I place the order and was told i will get it in two weeks. Clearly that not the case. At this point I need a full refund and I will go somewhere else. Totally unacceptable. The customer service and communication is very poor. Very disappointed been a customer since 2016.
Today been almost two months since I placed the order and still no wheels. I called the this morning the girl she will send a email for an update really. I said to speak to the manager she told me he's busy. What kind of business you running?

I ordered a set of wheels, which showed in stock and shipped in 24-48 hours. I get an email showing shipping 7 days later! Called, and was told they didn't have them in the warehouse, which is what "in stock" means. I was told they would have them shipped directly from manufacturer the next day. Three days later, I call again to get tracking number, I get it an hour before they are scheduled for delivery... so I missed them since I had to sign for them. The average call lasted 28 minutes, with 26 of them being on hold. I was also told twice by a service rep to "let me talk" after she had cut me off. Then she hung up on me after I asked to speak with a manager... 30 minutes down the drain on that call! I picked them up today at UPS, and the installation kit was not there! Card again and was told they would ship it today... so now I have wheels I cannot install until next week when I get the instal kit. Overall, terrible experience. I'd rather spend the extra money and buy direct from manufacturer.
Showed a $70 part on web site with $40 core charge, Item was out of stock, They siad let me look and they found what i needed sound good but wait, Yes we have one its $170 and $100 in core charge, Waiting on my order we will see how it goes, At least they found what i needed, Lets see how long it takes to get it.

I ordered a hood, I waited 3 weeks just to be told the shipping date is now pushed back another 2 weeks (total 6 weeks from original order) so I cancelled and requested a refund.
1: I requested a refund Via the Carid website order page.
2: I responded to the Email sent saying the order was delayed, asking me If I wanted to cancel. (YES)
3: I called their Customer Service and verbally requested a refund.
Now, 7 days later the website still says "Cancellation Requested" for my order
Why has my order not been cancelled and is only in a "Cancellation Requested" state?
Where is my refund, I was told it would take no longer than 5 days to have my bank account refunded when I talked to the person on the phone - ITS BEEN 7 DAYS!

I purchased a 02 sensor from these peiple on November 27th 2021. It has a lifetime warranty and its bad. They want me to go back to where i jad it tested and produce a video of it showing its bad. WTH. There is no trust in customer relations here. I paid for a part that was free shipping then agter i pay for it they added shipping to it. When i got my bank statement it showed a shipping charge of $15.00. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've purchased from CarID in the past and have had no problems but recently I purchased new struts, shocks and springs both front and back. I received the order without a problem. Installed the rear shocks and springs and after a day one of the shocks started to make a clanking noise. After determining I did not install improperly realized that it was a bum shock. So far its been over a week and everyone apologizes but no one has resolved. I'm constantly reminded by the clanking shock how disgusted I am with dealing with this incompetent company. I'm pretty patient but I've had it. I've not installed the front struts or springs and I'm close to buying new replacements from someone else and returning everything. WHEN IT GOES BAD WITH CARID IT GOES BAD.

The customer service with Carid was amazing, they helped me greatly especially the man named Jorge he helped me a lot when I needed replacement taillights that I wouldn't of been able to drive my truck without
I purchased new LED tail lights for $267. Half of the LED's on one of the units went out. When i called to get the light replaced is was told the lights only had a 90 day warranty and that the lights were 16 days out of warranty so there was nothing they could do. After talking with customer support multiple times and finally talking with the manager I was again told that neither they (CarID) or the manufacture would cover the defective part. I was offered $50 discount towards purchasing new lights. LED lights should last for years not months. CarID and its manufactures obviously sell sub standard junk and then walk away from customers. Total joke - DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM - THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT THE JUNK THEY SELL!

I bought a car dash cover and it took 3 months to get. When it arrives the sewing on the seams is terrible and it doesn't fit correctly either. Stay away from this company. Beware...

I had several Items that was mixed up when ordered. I called and a Rep. Jermy listened attentively to my venting and my confusion from someone else with the company. He took the time to back track thru my e-mail and my wifes e-mail to pin down who ordered what and when after spending 40min one day and 35min the next day due to me asking for him, my issue was resolved, come to find out that the package I received had the wrong name on the label and I had the correct item. He even sent me an e-mail link of a truck like mine so I could see how the item would look on my truck and that what I thought was to short, that it really was the design. This company has excellent staffing and parts for all vehicles, they have a customer for life

Even though I finally got a full refund, I had to put up with pervasive lying by CARID employees, and the only people I have found more rude than these employees are those employed in government. For this reason and all the harassment I had to go through I will not do business with CARID again. I feel it is important to let other people know how business will treat you and this is totally inexcusable.

I have never had to deal with people who lie, are ill mannered, arbitrary and capricious as those employed by CARID. Especially * all of whom claim it is not CARiD error that their product was shipped a day after I canceled my order, it certainly is not my fault I canceled the order after all on Sunday, and the clip in that order was canceled but not the hose, it is CARiD error and/or reprisals that caused this shipment and return, not me. Any other claim is a lie and fraud, that these three above named will have their day in court now.
