“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Simple easy site, with good customer service for any issues. Had to contact CARiD about a default with the product i bought, no hassle got backed to me quick and toom care of the issue.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE MOST SPITEFUL, AND USELESS IVE EVER SEEN. I WANTED TO MAKE A SIMPLE RETURN AND THEY TOOK SO LONG TO GIVE ME INSTRUCTION THAT THEY VOIDED IT BECASUE OF THE TIME PERIOD. I AM SO FRUSTRATED! At the least I can write a review if not involve legal. I paid a lot of money for a product that did not meet my quality standards. It was not as represented online in the very few photos provided for the product. I will never buy a single item from them ever again. Cant wait to tell everyone that I hope this company tanks starting with customer service.

So I ordered these LED lights for my car. And it was delayed but I thought its the holidays so maybe they were just backed up from orders but two months go by and finally I receive my lights. I was happy to get them except the lights in the box were for another model that's not even close to the car that I have. When I tried returning the product they put me on hold for 40 minutes and I had to send in pictures of the lights. After being put on hold for 40 minutes they told me that I would get a full refund for the items. After all that hassle...(their site says no hassle returns) I finally get my refund back. But it wasn't a full refund like they told me over the phone. They refunded me the cost of the items minus the shipping even though they admitted that they were in the wrong. (They placed F150 lights in a box thats supposed to be compatible for Lexus rx 350). STAY AWAY FROM CAR ID! THEY SUCK $#*!.

After wrong paint match then on second set peeling wheels still take BBB to get them going and they even lie to BBB that it was taken care of, Im here to tell you it hasnt been taken care of. Jason at Carid is just trying to make it hard and have me pay for another set, a total of $6600 dollars tied up and spent $2200 with no legit set of wheels. CARID is a just company that cares only about themselves. If i get ahold of GM or Owner we will have a good talk.

Ordered a part November 25th 2018 for my dad and once it was received it was damaged along with the packaging. I called once to exchange. They said manufacturer was closed until 1st of the year, but will send the order through. 1 week into the year I called because I hadn't recieved any correspondence from them and tell them I want a refund. "In 24-48 hrs you will receive a confirmation email and we will credit your card back. Nothing. Called again, said the same thing
It's been over a week since then. I sent an email last night, never got anything back. STILL NO REFUND OR CORRESPONDENCE FROM COMPANY.

Now my dad is out 140.00. WHAT A JOKE. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered rims and tires on 4/12 and they stated product would arrive on 4/27 NOTHING! Called and NOT 1 person could explain where the order was or anything. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE not being able to explain what the tracking order number is find customers order. This was my first and last time dealing with this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CAN'T FIND ANY ORDERS OR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT NOTHING AND YOU ARE HOLDING ON THE PHONE FOR THIRTY MINS TO AN HOUR. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

I purchased a set of Spec-D-Chrome CCFL Halo Projector Headlights last Dec. 2013, put them in with little difficulties, 3 months later the Bulb on the Drivers side burnt out, replaced it, then the same head light started to collect moisture & fogged over, after the 6 month, I called CarID spoke to Jennifer L said the warranty is over nothing they can do, Next the socket over heated and went open, replaced the socket, I called CarID I was told 6 month warranty is over nothing they will do, suggested I buy another set, they sell for over $500.00 if this was 6 Years I would understand but after 8 months and several repairs, Won't purchase from CarID again, there has to be better aftermarket companies than this one

My order was estimated to be made and shipped in 5 days of order. This was on the 23rd of May 2017. It is now 14 June 2017 and they told me just now it was backordered. I had to call them searching for my order to get this info. They told me that the company that they buy the item from didnt answer their phone. I asked for that company's number. After I got off the phone with the lady I called the supplier. Three rings and I get an answer. The lady looks up my order and tells me the lead time. The customer service rep straight lied to me. It is a headache and this company is the worst of the worst. Wouldn't trust them with any more orders, and wont shop here again.

Tip for consumers:
Give yourself more than two months to get a product. If you need it sooner shop elsewhere.

Hey, I would like to recommend CARiD for any automotive products you need :) Ive bought Led head lights and Fog lights for 2 of my vehicles and they are the best I've ever bought. Not to mention they give a Great 5 year warranty.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They have lied for 6 weeks. The part never shipped when they had 100 in stock. After 2 weeks, I was given another story. After another week I asked for a refund. It was "processed" One week later, I was told the shipping department would have to process the "lost package", and I would have to wait 7-10 business days, at which that time they would begin the process of refunding which will take another 5-7 business days. So roughly 10 WEEKS after I ordered a product, which was never shipped, I MIGHT get a refund. I already ordered the part from the competitor and installed on the vehicle. SCREW THIS COMPANY. LIARS. CROOKS. THIEVES. ABSOLUTE WORST, I MEAN THE FREAKING WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

There sales department I like, but don't try to return anything it's like pulling teeth. I'm out of 190.00 or so bucks because of it. Now I know when it comes to parts, find someone that specializes in what your looking for, go to the manufacturer first. If I would have did that I would not even have this Spoiler because I ordered a Bolt on Spoiler not this thing. Now on to Photos, they told me it was installed wrong because of the gaps that I complained about, well the first photo clearly shows castings on the bottom is not good, and the middle photo shows the very end of the Spoiler end hitting the Trunk lid because it's lower making the gap. The OEM Spoiler I thought I was getting comes with a gasket that eliminates the gap all together and on there site it says ( NOTE DRILLING REQUIED) and that's the one I ordered, but they said this one does fit your car and we can NOT refund after they gave a return label and I shipped it to go back. Now I'm out of money and Spoiler.

Tip for consumers:
CARID will fight you all they can about returns and with me I lost my refund after they sent me a return label and I just shipped it to go back ; then says we can't give you a refund.. I think a good Tip is , when you shop for something and have questions , stay away from people like CARID .

They asked me to give them a good review in exchange for $15 discount coupon which they lie, MITZ is the customer service rep with bad customer attitude! Will not buy from them again!

Car Id is absolutely horrible, there customer service is rude and don't know what there talking about! I ordered a valance, they sent me the wrong one you can clearly see, and they won't refund the difference or help me out in any way because according to them the part number on the box is right so that means its the correct part placed in it. BULLSH*T. These people are a poor excuse for a company. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THEM! I will add that they gave me the refund just to satisfy me because I told them I was going to write horrible reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. All they are is a middle man scam. If and when you have any issue with your order, you are at the mercy of waiting for not one, but two different companies to resolve it. This results in the blame game, and a lot of runaround. I've heard give us 24-48 hours so many times now. The company that shipped my items sent me the entirely wrong thing once, and part of the correct item the second time. This part of the process spanned a month. The item was needed for a beach home, and I didn't have a couple of months to wait to maybe get the right thing the third time around. Incompetence at it's finest. It's been over three weeks now since I first made contact with them about returning the second item, and they still haven't sent me a return shipping label. I'm calling back tomorrow because their one employee claims he will personally call the company and find out what's going on. If that doesn't go well, I'm calling my credit card company next to see if I can file a charge back. I will also report this company to the BBB. You can not send a customer the wrong thing, or just part of the right thing, and then not give them their money back!

Ordered some Savage custom rims in June great customer service all the way up until I paid, here it is September still waiting on my order, was told rims were done, waiting on tires, called about my order, was then told, they were waiting on rims, waited a month, called now im being told itll be 3 weeks more of a wait on both, lie, after lie after lie, if after this 3 weeks, I'm getting a refund but no matter what I'll never order or use this place again, I live in Illinois thought I'd have them for the summer, looks like it'll be Christmas when snow is on the ground.

No matter what I order it's right every time I have absolutely no complaints no problems and if I decide I don't want it be for it ships they take care of it no questions asked very easy to use website and friendly customer service you just can't beet it I will always recommend CARID

The ACDELCO® - HVAC Blower Motor ordered Feb 2 arrived in undamaged ACDELCO packaging yet inside was a cracked part that was NOT ACDELCO brand. Looks like someone's damaged return. Returns are NOT easy as web site states either. They want pictures sent to them first and will then will send return label and will resend the correct part once they get the damage one. WOW! Meanwhile, we are down one vehicle while we wait. Will NOT order from this website again. Should have read reviews on CARiD first. Sorry we gave this company a try. Will stick with RockAuto from now on. Never again CARiD, never again!

While shopping for a car cover the message "free shipping" continually popped up. I placed an order for a car cover as well as two accessory items, one item for $15 and one for $30. After checking out I noticed that I was paying separate shipping on each of the accessories, the $15 item (a small package of plastic clips) had a $13 shipping charge and the $30 item had an $8 charge. I'll admit, I didn't read the small print about free shipping only applying to the car cover. But the separate shipping charges and the fact that one item had a shipping charge nearly equal to it's cost is outrageous. I immediately called their 800 number - I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I decided to try something online. I reached an agent via online chat and after many exchanges I found out that he could only request the cancellation of the order (it was still less than 60 minutes after the order was placed) and the decision wouldn't be made for 2 business days whether the order would be cancelled or not. I have dealt with many online companies and I have never had such poor service or the inability to cancel an order. I will never and I would advise anyone else to never order from CARiD. They have a good website and good product videos, but go someplace else to spend your money - CARiD is terrible!

Even if they are the cheapest rims you could find, DO NOT PURCHASE THEM THROUGH THIS COMPANY. My rims were back ordered and not shipped how I asked them to be shipped.(Tires mounted on the rims and not inflated, recieved the tires separate from rims, cost me more for shipping) Paid an extra hundred dollars to get the rims custom drilled, nope. They messed that up too. If I could, I would give them zero stars. There is a reason they have more 1 Star comments than the rest.

Do not buy their rims or tires, if you do, don't blame me.

Absolutely the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! They will make you hold on the line for hours and then cut you off. You cannot speak to anyone ever. They do not want to speak with you. The only people you can speak to are the ones that take the orders.
