The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
I purchased a wood grain kit for my car from Carid and was totally impressed with the quality. Also, the instruction sheet for the installation was very easy to follow. I've had so many positive opinions on the appearance of my cars interior. Everyone says the same thing. It's beautiful, It looks like it came from the factory that way. I know if or when I need future parts for my car, I will surely choose Carid again.

I originally ordered a wheel and tire package from them, before purchasing I asked will I get them by a certain day since they were "special order" of course they said yes. Little did I know they would change that date 2 times and miss the day I wanted them by 3 weeks. So I cancelled my order and found a different product that was "in stock" and would ship in 3-5 days. It has been 5 days and still no shipping confirmation. Moral of my experience with car id is poor customer service and the slowest processing and shipping around.
I called twice and was put on hold. Both times I waited 30 minutes before disconnect. The second time disconnect was caused by my battery running out of power to my cell phone. How long does an order take? Sounds like you need more staff taking orders to cut down on the wait time for customers!
They want to take your money and then won't help with any issues at all. I've had multiple issue on 2500. 00 order that work my butt for dining construction, and they are even willing to help. Even had manger raise her voice and talk over me. Thanks for nothing, will never buy from them again.
Product was advertised incorrectly. Spent hours trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. Kept getting an annoying message that did not connect me to a live person. Customer Service for 'Existing Products' you need to wait for their return call. I did a chat feature, which was pointless. They basically told me that they've contacted the manufacturer and it will take 2-3 days for a response. WELL I proceeded to call the manufacturer only to find out that CARID had the wrong information for the product. They were not aware of any changes and quite honestly put me through a run around. I will never deal with these people again! Get your Customer Service in order people!

Well after many weeks of back and forth they said I'm getting a refund of $658.31 and not the full amount of $733.31? Which by the way deposits in 3-5 days added to the over two week wait. I have an on going dispute filed with the credit card company for the full amount. Now I'm sure if you get a part from them that fits/works great for you but you better hope you NEVER have to return an item or else watch out!

The part I ordered for my truck was supposed to bolt on without the need to drill to fit. As it happened the part did not fit so I sent in pictures requested to prove it but their tech disputed them and in doing so now they don't have to/won't pay for return shipping. I also contacted the manufacture of these items and was advised they are aware of this part not fitting properly on my truck due to some mistakes in measurements during manufacturing. Waiting on refund of part but not shipping
We have been burned 3 times now using this company. 3 strikes and now they are out. The last problem is a headlamp purchased from Carid.com which developed moisture infiltration after a couple months. It took the customer a month to bring to us for inspection because he goes to school in another city far from here. Now Carid.com will not replace their junk part. Pay a little more and get your parts somewhere else. It will save you in the long run. Another employee bought LED headlamp bulbs from them and they quit working after a month and a half. Carid.com will do nothing for him, so he has a 2015 GMC Sierra he cannot drive until he finds lamps from another supplier. All the money sent to Carid.com could have been burned or flushed and we would all have been further ahead. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought simple spider headlight replacements for a dodge ram that don't adjust. When I went to use the adjustment screw it didn't work at all because they were plastic gears and the gears just fell apart. It's been 40 days now and I've been promised a return label to no avail. My initial contact was the same day I got the product and put them on and realize that it wouldn't adjust. I've had an email after email stating that they would resolve the issue and finally when they said they'd send a return label, They just sent more instructions on how to fix it. They are horrible to deal with and don't waste your money here.

They only accept parts 30 days after shipping and will not take back unopened Uninstaller parts after that date. Go elsewhere and spend the 10 dollars more for a 90 day return or a website that's more understanding that things are not done instantly

I ordered an air intake. When I entered a Canadian address the price jumped up up (I assumed this was the currency conversion). Order came to $408, credit card was charged $585 (maybe they charge an extra penalty for not being American? Lol). By the time I paid customs and taxes I have paid over $800! After reading other reviews now I'm scared that I'm going to end up getting damaged parts. Was going to order my carbon fiber hood from them but def not now!

We needed floor mats for our new car. We had always used weather tech, however this time they were not helpful at all. After investigating the internet for other companies, I found Carid. The representative on the phone(Mark)was great. He was helpful and friendly.
Do not ever buy from this company. They are quick to charge your account but takes long to ship the items. When I finally received my purchase, there was an item missing. I messaged them saying I am missing the item, which apparently I had to prove my case, then finally they confirmed its not out of stock, lol. The best they could do is 25 dollar store credit. No I don't want to buy anything from you again and the part is worth more than triple than 25. Still fighting the fight with them.

I called in regards to buying some rims for my car, not only did the representative look into it for me, but also answered all questions that I had regarding, before purchasing the rims, cant wait to get my rims and happy that I was helped by a awesome rep, would buy from carid again soon. Customer service is frustratingly bad, apologies galore but no action.
After discovering items were not available I cancelled the order but they still sent the items.

I just got my rims I ordered. Very happy with the shipping time. Rims look good on my 17 Tahoe. This place has everything. I really don't understand why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars. I just ordered tail lights, and next will be calipers. I can't stop spending money at Carid. Amazing company and product.
If I could give them a worse rating I would. Worst company to buy product from. Ordered a $1000 part that was lost in shipping, they could not track. Then shipped to wrong address. Finally (3 weeks later), received the item and had to refuse it because of bad damage. They charged me $200 to ship it back. Customer service was horrible stating there was nothing they could do. 8 calls to them and no resolution.

We ordered running boards in July 2019 twice they sent us the wrong size It's now November 2019 and we still do not have the correct size I would not go to this company for anything. Their service is poor. Very frustrated never again.

Deceptive business practices. They state they have items in stock and claim same day shipping but are actually drop shipping items with no idea when they will be shipped. Contact them and they state it will take 24-48 hours to find out when manufacturer will ship. Quantity on hand numbers don't change on their website. Avoid Carid at all costs. It's rare to see a majority of 1 star ratings but just look at their reviews.

Purchased Lloyd Floor mats. First they did not ship for several days, excuse was that they were custom made as they were ordered, web page said ships in 24-48 hours. Secondly for custom fit floor mats they are very poor!
Tried to return thru the simple return they offer... jokes on you... you need to call to get permission to return items, and pay a fee also to return. Never again I will do business with Rock Auto from here forward.

I ordered a $900 part from them on 3-10-21. I'm aware of Covid and the delays in shipping, so i get that it said the estimated ship time would be 3-17-21. What bugs me is the fact that now they are saying my item is out of stock and earliest ship date is July?! How did it go from being in stock when i ordered it, to out of stock, and not even able to be shipped until July? Then, to top it off, the customer service agent i attempted to talk to was no help. Barely spoke english and acted like there was nothing she could do. So I tried chatting. Well, for the 4 times that i tried chatting online they would just end the chat. So I said let me select a different item, since they have that option. Did that and it says they will email you within one or two business day with a reply. Well still havent got a reply in a week. This company is a absolute joke!

I was charged over $1200 two days ago by this site which I've never visited or heard of previously. I have no kids or spouse that would have placed the orders. The charges were split in three separate transactions maybe to stay under a certain limit to avoid detection. I caught the charges right away and notified the site. It's been 2.5 days and I've received no response. I've of course contacted my bank also but I'd never do business with a site that ignores fraudulent charge emails.
