“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

DON'T BUY FROM THESE BAIT AND SWITCH LIARS.

Ordered a grill from Carid.
The grill arrived damaged.
Would not replace the grill because I had Installed it.
The only way to see the damage in this case, was after it was installed.
In pursuing this, I discovered that this was not even the brand of grill I ordered.
When I brought this up to Carly B in customer service she admitted they were out of stock and sent the cheaper grill instead. Nice.
She said it was just as good, even though their sales department will tell you otherwise. And they sell it for $46 cheaper than the one I ordered.
She also lied and said they could not replace the grill because they were out of stock.
I called their sales department right after I talked to her and the grill was in stock.

I placed and order, simple car seat cover and it shipped. 2 weeks later i wonder where it may be so look and track it. Its down the road at UPS on hold. Apparently they put my city and zip incorrect, Arlington instead of Memphis and ******* instead of *******. Arlington and Memphis are literally the same city jsut 5 minutes apart. I contact them through chat, 9 operators say Hi and proceed to never say another word. 10th person does speak, as rude as they can be and proceeds to tell me he needs 15.00 to make that change. Excuse me? I need to pay you for your mistake? So I contact UPS and they say due to how the sender sent it they cannot change anything. So basically I will need to contact CC company and file a theft/fraud charge for this. Worst company I have ever dealt with on the internet. Dealing with China vendors is a cake walk compared this corrupt practice. Not once did they even try to correct the issue or offer any solutions whatsoever. Just want more money for something you already paid for. I am recording all this to post video review to Youtube and anywhere else I can. Hate this place.

The website states "easy returns" this is so untrue. I had to go through pure hell to get an item returned/exchanged. I ordered a car cover and received it on 03/28/17. The car cover did not fit and I immediately contacted CARid. I was on hold for approximately 50 minutes and some finally answered. I had to take pictures of the car cover on the car and email them to CARid in which I did the same day. They indicated I would receive a response in 24-72 hours. I did not receive a response within that time frame and called them again on 04/03/17. I was on hold for 20 minutes this time. I spoke with a representative who indicated that they had the pictures that I emailed; however, nothing had been done on my request and requested that I send additional pictures of the car cover fitment on the car in which I did and he indicated that I would receive some type of response within 24-72 hours. As you can imagine I was so upset at the terrible service from CARid. I did finally receive an email indicating my request for return/exchange was approved and I finally received the UPS return labels on 04/07/17. It took approximately 2 weeks just to get the return labels to send the product back. Keep in mind that they send the wrong product in the first place. As of 04/16/17, I still have not received a replacement car cover and have not received any updates from CARId. Terrible, Terrible experience with CARid. I will never place an order with them again.

After asking 3 times that this is the right part for my car, and they insured me it was. Well it wasn't and when I called and let them know, they will not offer any resolutions to help me. They were a month behind on delivery, you would think they would give you a call but they decided to wait for me to call and ask where my part is. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE HALF STAR is what they deserve.

I bought a car seat from her ID I ordered it in white I am mediately was sent out a black seat it didn't match my car interior. They have never sent me an RMA yet to this day I'm still waiting for one the car seat was supposed to be returned it they promised me that send me a Return authorization and they never did I'm still dealing with this big car seat in my living room to this day they still haven't taken it back the bank everyone is involved don't order anything from them order it from cipher direct somebody else. Huge fail car ID bad service I wouldn't recommend you to anyone

I bought a seat in white and I am mediately sent it out in black from CIPHER. Receipt was ordered and white there’s a big difference in color if they told me that they will immediately send me out an RMA I never have gotten one even to date and call constantly for weeks

We ordered 4 snow tires on Oct. 21,2019. We received 3 tires on Oct. 28,2019. We gave it some time, figuring maybe the 4th tire would arrive in the next few days. That did not happen. We checked the status on FedEx and the shipping labels were screwed up. One shipping label was good, we received that shipment (one tire). One shipping label was a duplicate and 2 tires arrived under the same shipping #. The third and forth shipping labels reported as "pending". We called Carid.com customer service, told them what we discovered about the shipping labels and we had not received the 4th tire and they said they would check into it. It is now Nov. 18,2019 and we have zero resolution. We are still without the 4th tire. They are saying they can do nothing for us, the customer who has PAID for 4 tires and only gotten 3 tires, for 2 more days, until their claim with FedEx is resolved. In the meantime snow is predicted for next week and we, who planned a month ahead to be ready for it, PAID for 4 tires, do not have snow tires on our vehicle.

I ordered a set of coil overs for my 1998 porsche boxster, after having my mechanic install them he noticed one of the coil overs were defective. So I put in a warranty claim on the defective coil over. I was asked for pics and video of the problem which I sent as requested numerous times. I started this process in April of 2021 and it is still not resolved. I never get any updates unless I contact them and the response I get is they will have a response for me in. 24 to 72 hours. However still no response. I have never been so disgusted with a company as I am with this one. Their customer service is ridiculous. To call a department customer service they actually need to help their customers, not just put the customer off and forget about them. If a company sells a product to a customer and they include a warranty then they need to back what they sell and not make a customer wait almost 3 months to twiddle their thumbs and do nothing to resolve this issue. I was going to buy other parts from this company until I have been put on hold for this company. I will never buy another item from CarId because they do not care about their customers, if they did care they would fix all the issues that people have with the company.

Customer serviceis the worst I place oder on Monday the price w2as on the high size. I was purchasing slotted rotors and brake $473.00. I found the same set at CARPART.com for a $100.00 less. I cancel my order with CARID onTuesday the item has not been shippe3d they told they cancel my order. They lied to me and shipped the order I canceled anyway. Don't trust this company!

I was very strong by stating when I ordered the tires I would be leaving on the next Tuesday... I ordered the tires on the Tuesday before I needed to leave. Anthony (sales) stated that if he took the order today and his manager stated they would walk this through THAT day to ensue delivery would be on MONDAY so I could have time to have them installed. Well I got the tracking number 2 DAYS later and when I called Anthony and told him I would not be there... He and his manager stated the tires are shipped and they are mine... either change my date for leaving or they will leave them on my front porch! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS! I have personally called Anthony to discuss. But unfortunately he will not answer or return my calls! What a spineless jellyfish! And POS

Ordered the T-Rex® Z******* - ZROADZ Series Black CNC Machined Main Grille with 1 x 20" Slim Single Row LED Light Bar. Item just as described. Had a little mishap with manufacturer not putting the light bar in with the grill. Contacted CARiD, they jumped right on the issue! Light bar received a few days later... ALL GOOD! They have EXCELLENT customer service! Will definitely do more business with them in the future. Thanks CARiD for an AWESOME product & EXCEPTIONAL service!

I placed an order for an exhaust system on Sunday. 3 pipes, 4 clamps and 2 gaskets. The pipes and clamps shipped on Monday and I had them on Tuesday. Good right? Wrong! None of the pipes were wrapped or boxed in any way. Just shipped by themselves with no protection at all. Needless to say 1 of the flange openings and the end of the tailpipe were bent. I'll have to hammer out the dents in order for it to connect correctly and for the tailpipe to look undamaged. Also, they haven't shipped the gaskets that go between the converter and the pipes! So, I can't fix the truck until the gaskets arrive. Website said they expected them to ship yesterday. Nope! Pipes are sitting in my garage and the truck is quite loud! Also, had a problem with my email address for login. It was my fault so I called within minutes of placing my order and was told that they fixed it. Nope! So, then next day I sent an email again explaining that the login email address was wrong and again the person that replied said that he fixed it. Nope! Still can't login with my correct email address, have to use the incorrect one. I won't buy from them again and I can go get the gaskets at Advance Auto Supplies for $3 apiece. Sad having a company that works this way and is not responsive to customers needs.

You can bet I could kick myself for buying from there without first reading all the bad reviews but to Late I did and now I find out there never in bortherd letting me know they had no stock on th head lights I ordered and could not tell me when I would get them so now Iam forced to fight them with paypal to get my money back Please stay far away from this so called company BAD NEWS!

This company is nothing but a scam they will take your money and send you b******* parts That don't work for your car and you cannot get your money I spent over $1500 for bumper that don't even go to nobody's car And now I can't get my money back CarID as a scam business with trash product

I have a car with a difficult figment. CarID did a food job of verifying the rims I purchased, and guaranteeing when all was said and dome I was going to be happy. Good prices also.

Shysters. Will never order from them again! Shipping charges are totally out of line. In this day of free shipping, this business seems to think it's OKAY to charge indiscriminately to ship it's wares. Seems to me that is a big profit center for CARID... WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!

I bought a set of rotifom rims the first thing was they said they shipped immediately they lied second they arrived on March 12 and the order was made in February 22 then the big fail the rims had scratches and the tires where the wrong fitment so I proceed to ask for a refund or a return 1St thing they said was we can't accept return stupid thing they supposed have people inspect the products before sending so I asked why they sended scratch product they said it was human error there customer services sucks by this date April 10 2016 I'm still waiting on my refund so think it twice to buy stuff here or good luck if you buy and you want warranty or a refund

I ordered 4 tires and they were the same but one was a completely different size out of the 4 I have called several times and was told I would get an email with a return slip so I can return the odd tire/Miss matched tire, That was on Thursday and I have not received any return email like I was told numerous amount of times I ended up having to buy another tire from them Untill I was hoping to get my money back in growing impatient and will be reporting this to bbb if I do not hear anything Tommorrow this photo is the odd tire from the other three which are all 16 inch wheels, this one as you can see is a 18, please return my money the other picture is a picture of the other tires that are now on my car I was only able to install the three

Exceptionally poor service is the hallmark of this company. The sales representative either wasn't informed by his employer that there was such a limited availability of the auto wheel rim I was seeking to order OR this company engages in "bait and switch" tactics to make things as difficult for consumers as possible. In addition, I responded to its survey with an "Excellent" indication (because of the sales representative's efficiency BUT then had to reduce that marking in an extensive reason for such reduction and requested a response from this company. But there has been NONE. DO NOT use its 800 number of general 609 number unless you are willing to be put on hold and be forced to listen to STUPID, INSULTING recorded statements and (music?) while waiting exorbitant periods of time and being forced to speak to representatives who are impossible to understand and who show NO interest in channeling complaints to the appropriate company executives.
