The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Let me start by saying I wish I saw these customers reviews on this site about there issues on after market rims I would have taken there advice because EVERYTHING that has been commented is true and I will go one step further to say that there are NO CAR SPECIALTY STORES "SPADE CREATIONS *******380, BIG PAPA'S, TIRE DISCOUNTERS *******100 or SAM'S WHOLESALE CLUB *******016 which are nationally recognized companies and they specialize in rims and tires" that are going to attach spacers on any vehicle "BECAUSE THEY ARE LIABILITY ISSUES". I also want to add that when you call CARID after making a purchase your telephone number automatically comes up so... I've been not only put on EXTREMELY LONG HOLDS, TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK (that never happens) WITH AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE ALL I'VE PURCHASED, GIVEN A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER but I've been hung up on multiple times, as soon as CARID sees my number come up on their caller-id. CARid service reps Frank Boyle *******274 ext 8029 or Zoila Olivia "who said that she didn't have an extension" are VERY WELL TRAINED IN BS along with the the rest of their staff. Finally received a call back from a supervisor "Jeremy" at extension 8036 just to put the candles on my go screw yourself cake... sadly I was going to purchase a grill which cost $2000 but I'll take my business after this disaster to another company.

Terrible customer service and they charge at least $10 on every item even if you buy them together so you end up paying $40-$50.
Worst on line experience in years! Bad parts, lies, no warranty! Do yourself a favor and move on. Shipping charges are awful as well.

I can't trust what they Claim in there policy. There is 0% guaranty on product satisfaction, if your not happy, well, get over it...
Customer service when ordering was great. Received product which was damaged. Spent over 4 weeks trying to get a resolution. With no luck. They suck!
