The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

This site is absolutely terrible. They suck you in with a very well designed website and ordering system but once they have your money they do not care one bit. I ordered front and back seat covers for my car on august 29th. They instantly charged my credit card as the first step of their shipping process which is ridiculous and then asked me for additional shipping money since my order was over the border. I did not give them the authorization to charge my credit card again and wanted to cancel the order. I called and spoke with someone on sep 9th and he assured me the order wasnt going to ship until the 19th. After cancelling the order I get a phone call telling me I can't get a refund because they had already shipped! Speaking with customer service was not much help and the 3 different people I spoke with were hard to understand through their thick accents. In the end what happend was they covered the extra shipping cost and shipped the order anyway. Very frustrating experience, especially since I wanted to cancel my order and spend my money somehwere a little more competent. I always research sites before buying but did not before using carid.com, I wish I had because I am hard pressed to find a single good review about their service. Please do not give your money to this abhorrent site, buy elsewhere even if the price is higher.
First and only time i will use this company. Ordered 10 items my first order all the items i ordered arrived except the trabsmisson fluid. When i went to check tracking always said unknown shipper. After 3 weeks i call to ask... they tell me its been delivered. When i say no and ask for refund... they ask me to start looking at my neighbors the trash can, basically anywhere else other than were my 4 other boxes from the same order landed... after 1 month of waiting for a refundm. It still hadnt been issued. I call back in they say some snag it will take 1 more week for refund. 2 days after that contact get an email saying fedex refuses to take responsibility so my refund is never happening... call to speak to a supervisor afrer 30 minutes of telling them its theft and they are taking advantage of me for someone else lack of intelligent brain function and not knowing how to preform their job. They finally issued a partial refund... 1st and only time i will ise these childish little crooks.
Tip for consumers:
buyer beware. i honestly just wouldnt use them. plenty of other sites that offer the same probably with free shipping and better customer service
