“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I spent over $1,500 on lexani wheels and Achilles sport tires and chose the free mounting and balancing package. I was told that my Achilles sport tires would no arrive until 4-6weeks later than I anticipated and was offered two tires to change my order with. I quickly picked a tire but realized that the agent did not even offer me similar type of tires so I asked to cancel my order. He ignored my request and processed different tires. I spoke to another customer service rep about canceling my order and that I did not want the tires any more and he said that if I refuse to take the tires CARID would also refuse to take them back and we would go around in circles. I was so upset and two hours after I got off the phone with him HE CANCELED THE FREE MOUNTING SERVICE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL AND SHIPPED THE LEXANI WHEELS WITHOUT THE TIRES. That was such a rude, mean and spiteful move. Please do not use carid they are SO unprofessional.

I bought a set of rims and tires from CARID four months ago. Three months in and my rims have failed. One have which has bent and cracked half way through the rim. The other just completely fell apart. A semi had swerved into my fiancé's lane and she swerved to avoid a collision. She hit a pothole going about 20-25 MPH and the rims failed. I have bought plenty of rims and tires and have hit potholes on the road, I've been off-road with aftermarket rims and tires and have never experienced this problem before. These rims are structurally weak and are cheaply made, but the price mind you weren't cheap. I have sent three different emails about getting help on this situation for over a month and no one can tell me anything. So, I call CARID and I'm met with rude service and am told nothing can be done about my rims that I paid a descent price for. Thay say it's a road hazard, but the tires did not give way. Tires I can see failing but not the rims, especially going that speed. I've had blowouts before and the rim never damages. I expected warranty to cover since I haven't had the rims a full year yet, and obviously it's a manufacturer defect. But CARID simply won't do anything. I don't even think they even contacted the manufacturer. I'd advise anyone buying wheels from CARID to look elsewhere. And to give advice to CARID, If I were you guys I wouldn't sell these rims to anyone in fear of somebody having the same issue as me but more unfortunate on the road. The rims are IMPACT RACING 607 Gloss black with machined face and red undercut.

I ordered Calipers, Rotors and pads for my Toyota Tundra. All of the parts arrived in a decent time frame considering covid BUT the left drivers side caliper arrived with the bleeder valve snapped off due to shipping and poor packaging. I requested a new part which took a few days of processing but went fairly smooth. The new part arrived a week and a half later and... IT WAS THE WRONG PART IN THE CORRECT BOX! I was sent a right front caliper in a left front caliper box. I immediately contacted customer support and was told i would have to print return labels and once the part is returned i will be shipped the correct one... so that would be at minnimum anouther week and a half to two weeks without my daily driver.

The main reason im writing this review is because of the horrible customer service and obvious quality control issues this company has.
The last two interactions i had with customer service, the people didnt even act with an ounce of compassion. They literally didnt even say the word sorry once in their emails!
I had tried to address the horrible quality control with customer service but they did not respond at all to that. So hopefully a few people can read this before they use CARiD.

Bottom line. Horrible customer service and you literally never know what your gonna get.
I got a broken part, a wrong part, and 5 weeks without a daily driver without even an apology.
I use Rock auto now.

I ordered a bedliner for my new truck. I got the tailgate cover in one week. I called to find out about the liner itself and installation kit. They said its shipped i will get tracking number in 24 to 48 hours. Ha. I called a week later they said they just shipped it i will get tracking number in 24 to 48 hours... Haha. I called aweek later they said they just talked to warehouse and they just shipped it. Hahaha. After i week of waiting they offered me 25percent discount on next order ha like i would order again... i got an email from ups saying it would be here in two days. Next day i got an email from carid saying they jusy talked to manufacturer and they will ship it tomorrow.and they offered me 25 percent off next order. REALLY. They also said id get abtracking number in 24 to 48 hours... i got it the next day. These people dont know a thing about yoir order. All they can do is offer u 25percent off next order and say 24to48 hours... no i am done with them. Good Luck

9/5 I ordered a bed liner for a 2015 dodge ram big horn, part number *******srx on 9/5.
9/6 they said order had shipped.
9/7 now they say the order has been delayed.
9/10 once again said order shipped
9/14 received the wrong part, they shipped me *******sr. Called customer service. They required that I send pictures proving the part did not fit and the part number. I did that.
9/18 incorrect part return request approved (They have to get the ok from the factory, I didnt buy if from the factory, but ok)
9/21 Still working on getting factory approval
9/23 no response yet
9/27 they said to destroy the part and send pictures to prove it was destroyed because it was not worth paying to ship it back. Did that the same day.
They then sent a replacement part. Got the same wrong part again *******sr not *******srx, so I refused the delievery.
Called customer service again several times over the next month. Had to end up talking to a supervisor for over an hour to get them to take responsibility for sending the wrong part and not push it off to the factory (who was refusing to refund CARiD for shipping the wrong part).
10/19 CARiD agreed to refund my card within 3 to 5 business days.
10/30 the credit finally hit my account (11 days later).

Thats my experience... just trying to keep others from having to go through what I did.
