The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
I received the wrong item and immediately called. I had to go through the process of submitting pictures and also submitted a video to show that they shipped the wrong headlights. It's almost been a month and I still have not received a return merchandise authorization I am on my 6th round of them replying for we to wait 24-72 hours to process. This is completely unacceptable and is a warning to others that this is what this company is doing to avoid returns and refunds.
I ordered a bumper from these poeple asked befor i ordered how long and i was told 2 weeks. 5 weeks later i was told it was dammaged, talked to custmer care meny times asked to speke to manager was told 24 to 48 hr lol what a joke after 144 hr i finley got one on the phone i had to keep calling. The manager told me the would have tracking by tusday witch 8 days after it was damaged. He did tell me he would give me a 250 creidt of 250 for my trubbles. Lol never came i just wanted to know the new shipping info and i was told for 7 days it would be posted in 24 to 48 hr. On the 7 day i receved an email saying they were refunding my money and i should get it back in 3 to 5 days. What a joke this compney is

I ordered rims and tires set since they told me I can get it in 2-3 days
After I put down the orders, nightmares began, there's no ETA or ETD, and I called every single day asking about it, then there's a very rude customer service with heavy accent, keep on telling me "I have no access for this order, I can't cancel it, there's nothing I can do, I can't do that... etc etc etc. then I got promise that latest I will get my orders is on monday, and I still didn't get it, called again, the very rude customer service with heavy accent told me to wait for another 48 hours because he can't do nothing and don't know what is going on. So I insisted to cancel the orders to get my refund back, waited for another 48 hours, I called back again, same answers, no tracking numbers nothing, the other customer service told me he will cancel the order for me, and I will get my money back 2-5days, guess what, I got a email at 10:42pm saying the tires has been shipped with a tracking number (not the rims), I was so piss I dispute the credit card payments, call again today say I want me refund back, they only refund the wheels that never been shipped, I refuse to accept the delivery from FedEx, call again, they say... We need to find out what is going on with our team and get back to you in 48 hours...
Don't buy from them!

I Bought Rims and tires From them on May 10th 2021, The Email they sent out to me said it would would Ship Out on May 26th 2022(Too Long) If I knew it would take that long to even Ship Out I wouldn't have bought them! Now it's June 11th 2022 Still the Rims aren't Shipped! It's BEEN A WHOLE MONTH JUST TO SHIP OUT! I asked them to just refund me because I can't wait this long! Now Apparently to refund me i have to pay a 10% fee of the overall cost of the items! The items costs $1800! Now I Gotta pay For their Negligence! The WORST COMPANY!

Ordered this 4" lift from CARiD - decided I wanted to go with a different size before I even opened the product. Contacted CARiD to exchange it. Had to ship the lift back at MY expense ($130 worth of shipping) and they made sure in BOLD that the package was insured with a tracking #. Did my part, paid the shipping, insured it, shipped it back in the UNOPENED and ORIGINAL shipping box from CARiD. Took something like 3 or 4 days after I was notified that they received it for them to tell me that it arrived "damaged." Requested photos and a list of the damaged parts so that I could file a UPS claim (which takes 8-10 weeks to resolve). Waited another 5-7 days for the photos, nothing was damaged OR missing. Still didn't have the list, waited another 3 days for the list of items damaged (I was told they couldn't reach their MANUFACTURER to get the list). I finally got the list and there were 2 small brackets and 1 bolt missing (which are pictured and not damaged as previously stated and probably a $7 total value). CARiD has done NOTHING but disappoint me, talk down to me, and keep my money for a fully returned part while making me, the customer, file a UPS claim that they can collect on and turn around and replace the BOLT out of my over $3000 order and re-sell the lift. I would be incredibly wary about ordering from this company. I placed my order on Jan 15. It is now February 20 and CARiD still has my money and my part. Oh by the way, they offered a $20 gift card to me to "smooth the situation."

The customer service return policy sweet.
I have a customer for a few years now to update my Ford F 150
I ordered four (4) new Bilstein 5100 shocks for my truck (not cheap shocks). I received 3 Bilstein 5100s and 1 Bilstein 4600. I called CARID customer "service" and was told they would need 3 to 5 business days to issue a return authorization, then I would have to ship it back to them (another 3-5 days) before they would issue a refund, and they would NOT refund my shipping costs.
This would result in a huge delay, that of course they were "sorry" about, but still amazingly…. Unwilling to correct. I explained that I am self-employed and could not wait and I was upset that CARID screwed up and I would be forced to be inconvenienced, and pay shipping for their mistake. I was told they were "Sorry" of course that is meaningless, but not "Sorry" enough to correct this. So, I told them they should instead just send me a return authorization for ALL of them. The return will not cover shipping costs – so ultimately THEIR mistake will cost me ten days of lost time, and $50 in shipping that I do NOT get refunded.
I will not do business with or give my money to, any company that has such LOW REGARD for its customers…and I suggest you find a better company to deal with, maybe one that offers solutions instead of meaningless platitudes and worthless apologies.
Tip for consumers:
Shop elsewhere. They offer worthless apologies, but your inconvenience is of no real concern to them.
