The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

My order was placed for coilovers and a wheel and tire package. They sent me an email the following day saying they could not fulfill the coilovers. After waiting on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone to cancel the tire and wheel package (less than 48 hours after order was placed) I was told they could not cancel the tire and wheel order. And they could not give me a deliver date at the time. I received no emails on tracking or status of order. Eventually the tires and wheels arrived 60 days later and they were damaged. I was told they do not refund tires and wheels, even thought they were delayed on delivery. I have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions. They do not have a callback service instead you listen to annoying voice that offers comic relief and sarcasm at every turn. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and requested a refund with PAYPAL who is more than receptive to the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSENT, ABYSMAL AT BEST!

They had everyhave hint I wanted and it was amazing prices. There was no problems with ordering it and it was fast and easy.
I spoke with a sales representative at CARiD and inquired about purchasing a set of wheels. I asked him the lead time as my current set was badly damaged and I needed them as soon as possible. The representative misrepresented the lead time as a result the wheels didn't arrive for three weeks.
After I received the wheels and mounted them the car was vibrating a lot so I decided to take them to a shop to have the balance checked. All four tires were way out of balance and one wheel was defective. I was very surprised to find that one of the new wheels from CARiD was defective so I called them about this issue and here is where the scam is:
The representative told me to get a RunOut report done, a report that almost nobody does, and then send the wheel back to them and they will replaced. I DON'T KNOW WHO HAS SPARE WHEELS LYING AROUND BUT THAT WAS HIS SUGGESTION. He then said once they received the wheel it would be tested and if found that it is defective replaced. I let the representative speak with the technician doing the balance and he explained the issue but that was not good enough.
LONG story short I worked with a shop SPECIAL RIMS, INC and they warranted the wheel even though I had not purchased it from them. It was sent back to KMC for a credit and now my car rides beautifully.
Do yourself a favor and find a local place to purchase your wheels because CARiD is the absolute worst. I have read other reviews where after receiving the faulty wheel they deemed it fine and charged the customer for the extra wheel. POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
First of all I'd like to say that I don't really want to write this review as my issue with this company still hasn't been resolved.
With that being said, here I go.
I ordered a rotor and pad combination for my 2012 Challenger SXT Plus. I received my packages within a week and I paid a certified mechanic to install them for me. Which was hard to find in itself as most brake shops don't install parts not purchased from their shop.
After installing the rears the mechanic informs me that the fronts are the wrong part for my vehicle! My car has dual piston calipers on the the front per the SXT Plus indicates.
I contact CARiD and let them know what has happened and that I'd like to return the wrong front brake parts for the correct parts.
They have me take pictures of the parts, the tags, and the box as if to verify my items I guess.
Now mind you, I ordered this kit from their website on July 26,2020 and received it July 31,2020.
The customer service department tells me that they can't reach Powerstop at this time to verify the right parts because they are closed but give them 24-48 hours and they will have an answer about my issue/return.
I initiated this process on 8/7/2020 as it took me about 3 days to find and schedule my brake job.
After numerous telephone calls that I had to make to them, and numerous times them telling me to give them 24-48 hours to receive and send emails to Powerstop. After them supposedly trying to call Powerstop to verify a return status( side note: I called Powerstop and got right through), it's 8/24/2020 and I still don't have any return confirmation from CARiD! And to make matters worse I went ahead and purchased the correct item from CARiD on 8/21/2020 just so I can complete my car.
This just doesn't sit well with me and I would NEVER recommend CARid to anyone!

I found that the service I received for the salesperson was very helpful and the salesperson was very certious
9th of May 2020, I ordered set of wheels and rims over 2K. Estimated shipping date was 22nd of May. In that date they e-mailed me and stated that shipping is going to delay due to pandemic for 24-48 hours. I understood that delay because of pandemic and I did not get disappointed. However, after 4 days I spoke with customer support about my order because 48 hours was passed already. Young lady tried to argue with me all the time during our conversation. In fact, I gave up arguing with her and hang up the phone. After, she sent me e-mail stating my order is ready for shipping and estimate time is 24-72 hours. I said one more time OK. Honestly, I spoke 3 or 4 representatives and all of them very like to argue. I think they forget that CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT instead of arguing. Even I spoke with supervisor but it did not help. She also said wait 24-48 hours at the end of the May month. Today is 8th of June and I STILL DID NOT GET MY ORDER.
WHAT A JOKE COMPANY.
I HOPE MY REVIEW WILL HELP FOR THE FUTURE BUYERS. STAY AWAY OF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND HEALTH. GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM IS NOT WORTH IT.

On 06/02/20 we have received a request to install the TPMS sensors prior to order's delivery. Unfortunately, the sensors were already delivered to you on their own, and as they were the only ones in stock - we have issued the return paperwork for them to be returned back. Once the package with TPMS sensors will be returned back, they will be assembled and shipped to you along with the rest of the order.
