“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I decided to take a chance, ignore the negative reviews, and order from this company. Terrible mistake. In four phone calls, I have been on hold over 3.5 hours, promised my order would arrive on time on 3 of the phone calls. Even though they advertised free shipping over a certain dollar amount ordered. I was still billed 100 for shipping. I decided to take a chancer an pay for shipping any way, since the total came to be what a competitor quoted me for a similar item. I am on week 3 of this ordeal and still no tracking number. Avoid this company

I ordered a set of 4 Rims for my car and lug nuts. The best part is they only sent me 3 rims and no lug nuts. Still waiting to hear back from them. Seems like from other reviews once I handle this I will never return to this site and Inform other to do the same. (Updated) so turns out they sent 2 Fedex shipments with 2 packages each. They never told me or sent me the tracking numbers for 2 of the packages. Mind you that you have to sign for these in order for them to be delivered. Best part is One of the rims was never even picked up by fedex. I called customer support and they said it could be a few days before they even figure out what is going on. I will keep updating this

This company has great customer service! Every issue we have had or any questions they have made sure to answer them and help us get everything worked out! Then have everything you could need for boats and cars and are easy to work with!

I had the pleasure talking with Lisa when ordering new led headlights for my 2018 Tahoe. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole ordering process. She answered all my questions and processed my order in a timely manner. Highly Recommend this company!

When I was ordering it kept telling me that I would receive free shipping. But it never told me when my package would arrive. 3 days after ordering, I got an email saying my rims were on back order and it would be 4-6 weeks. These were a Christmas gift! In the email they listed a few other options for me- ugly and more expensive. They did give me a refund, but said it usually takes 3 days for the payment to go through. I wont order from them again.

I'm very disappointed with their manager Leah. I purchased front headlight assemblies, rear tail light assemblies and the third brake light. The warranty is for 12 months and I had my lights for 15 months. My right rear is not functioning, and the best they can do after I spent all that money is 25 dollars. They would not even sell the tight rear assembly alone, you have to buy the pair. I should have just went to Walmart. Truth be told, I didn't even get upset when they sent me the red tail lights when I ordered the smoke. There manager Leah needs customer service training. I'm definitely going to let my mustang club owners know not to order from this company!

3 Weeks since I purchased a new bumper. They cant tell me if it was built, shipped, or were it is. Online says processed but not shipped. They generated a tracking number but the shipper cant confirm it ever received it. They have no clue what is going on. Now I have spent hours trying to figure anything out. No resolution. 1700 bucks and they dont give a damn and are not helping. NO customer consideration.

I finally reached someone who told me the status of my order and was very helpful. Others I've dealt with seem to have no customer service experience. 2 weeks later, I finally received my hub centric rings, so I could finally mount my new tires and rims. Went on with no issues and seem to be perfectly balanced. I feel like they can provide a good service but need to up their game on customer service.

Worst Customer Service on The Planet

I ordered tire and rims and they even came before the stated ship date, but didn't include the hub centric rings and my security lug nuts, so unable to mount my new $1500 wheel and tire set. When I called, the girl basically called me a liar and told me they were on the packing list, so I must have them. Told her I wouldn't know since I didn't receive a packing list either. She then tried to tell me all the lug nut were locking... yeah, she's clueless about what a locking lug nut is. She said they would be shipped next day air in 24-48 hours. Well, that came and went, and still no parts. Called again and the poorly English speaking girl told me she had no idea of the status of the rest of my order and they would email me when it shipped. At this point, I have zero confidence in this company, but I'm going to bother them every day until I get what I paid for. Oh, I also have attempted to contact my sales person and can't even get him to respond. Must really suck to work for this outfit and deal with all this negativity.

Bought hood accent trims for my Jeep. Got them from Carid. When I received them, one of the part was damaged. Called Carid, they told me to send a picture of it. I did it few minutes after they asked me. Then I got an email from them that it would take from 24 to 72 hours to get an answer. I keep sending emails since 3 weeks to the 2 customer services clerk that contacted me... no answers... Paid around 150$ for something I cannot even install on my Jeep... We'll try to contact them again... but I believe I simply lost my money.

Bought exhaust system and spark plugs they say fit my car. Mechanic installed both. Went to pick up car and got 10 miles away and something was wrong drove back immediately. After further investigation the spark plugs were burnt and burned out my ignition coils. Cost me an extra $500 to fix put original spark plugs back in and car is fine. Horrible customer service trying to get this resolved and barely got our $ back for apparently the wrong spark plugs they say fit my car. Do not recommend!

I ordered a kit for my back drum brakes for my jeep wrangler from this company. The kit came quickly and everything was great until i went to put on the final piece on the install (the drums) and found they did not fit at all. Its been 3 weeks and lots of phone calls and emails with customer service. I still have not gotten this fixed. I regret i did not research them before placing my order. I do almost all of my purchasing online. Never have i dealt with such poor customer service. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute charges as a last ditch effort. How can a company expect you to wait weeks to finish your car while they sort out their problems? Tip for carid... if you make a mistake and quickly make it right that is great customer service. 3 weeks is not quick= poor customer service.

I was worried about finding a rear replacement spoiler for my 26-year-old Acura Integra, but upon my cold call to CARid, I was surprised to see how easy it was! They custom made, painted, and shipped the part under $200. Sonia made sure all my questions were answered and even sent me an email with the purchase all set up and ready for payment.

I ordered three times from carid everytime i had a problem something was always defective they solve the problem but takes forever no discount no nothing for the inconvenience i will never order form them again, plenty of other place's

Sent a defective part, that's okay, it happens.
Made me return defective part before they would ship a new one, Kind of stupid but I'm not in a hurry yet.
Sent wrong part this time, I called and bought the right part and was assured I would be credited when the part I sent back arrived.
Yay, it's the right part. Boo, they didn't credit me.
I had to get a tracking number and prove to them that I sent it there.
Don't bother calling, the reps have no power, especially on the weekend. Call the rep, go directly to a supervisor.
Just go somewhere else if you can.

I have placed several orders through this company and I give them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. Every time I order something I receive an email with a scheduled ship date and every time that date came I received another email stating that the shipping was being delayed again and it would be between an additional week to two or three weeks before they are going to even ship out. Definitely not going to order anything from carid anymore.

CarId is run very poorly. They are not honest about items being in stock and they mislead you on shipping times. The customer service reps are mostly kids that are trained to lie to you. Never order from this company.

I've been buying aftermarket lights for my car from CARiD for a while now. They have extremely fast shipping although the pricing for shipping seems high at times. Parts always work and fit well. Will continue to keep buying from

This company is totally a fraud! Look twice before you buy anything from it.
They sent the wrong item to me and then charge me shipping, and taxes.
The item I ordered on their website says 100% fit my car, but it actually did not fit.
This matter not only cost the laborers at the dealership but also waste my time. I would rather go to eBay or somewhere else to buy parts. Even the sellers on eBay are better than this fraud company.

After I spent $270 with them, they refused to allow me to return a $40 part that they have the wrong measurements on in their diagram of the dash kit. Very very poor service to not grant me a return. Tough luck is their attitude and it was their error.

My car has been at the mechanics cfg or a month while a part was on back and was told 24-48 hours for almost a month. Customer service reps like to get you off the phone and move on to their next victim.! I also ordered 2 struts and system glitch sent me 2 driver side fronts. Customer service accused me of being my fault! Horrible service. Stay away!

I called in to ask about the shipping policy to see if there was a threshold for free shipping as far as price. The person I spoke with wanted me to place my order immediately and he left out critical information about the purchase in terms of the fit. Once I found out I called back and changed 1 piece of merchandise and I'm still waiting for any information on that. Another piece of equipment required the same change but it was too late it had already shipped so I had to modify it on site. The one piece of merchandise that did not have to be changed was defective when I received it and it's a complicated return policy it requires photographs VIN number and numbers from the box. Someone will get back with me between 24 and 72 hours. I have a disabled wife and I needed the running boards for the side of my truck so that she could get in and out. I would never deal with these people again!
