“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Very disappointed. Sent me the wrong part that obviously would not fit, and refused to exchange or refund. Talked to four different customer service representatives. Was on hold forever until was hung up on. Now stuck with a useless part and out the money. They do NOT strive on customer service. Go somewhere else. Only selected a 1 rating because a 0 was not an option

Its really quite impressive the time and the way customer service department at Carid helped me with my order. Once I got off the phone, they had already sent me a corresponding stating the level it was and also when I should get my items at my doorstep. I mostly likely will always shop from Carid and also introduce some of my friends to their products

I placed an order with them on the phone - not even on the site and confirmed everything was in stock and would show up. Only 2 of the 6 items showed up with no explanation as to what happened. Had to call to find out the parts would be available in a few weeks possibly... what's the point of ordering? This site lies about it's inventory.

Do not buy products from Carid. Their claim that they make returns is ludicrous. They deduct $12.99 for every item you return, even if you ordered them together. Businesses typically may charge for return shipping, but it is on the entire order or whichever parts of the order are returned. God forbid you order a box of screws! They could screw you for each one returned!

Ordered a roof rack form CarID and I get a call a month later that it's on back order. Though their website indicated no such thing. Just received a call that the shipping date is pushed back even more to the end of November. I will never again be ordering anything from this website. Shop around, avoid ordering anything from here.

CARiD is my go-to when ordering parts and extras for my 2018 honda civic. They are efficient and fair on prices. They also offer a military discount which weathertech does not, and if they cannot give you the discount for whatever reason, they will issue you a gift certificate. Great customer service and I order from them for everything. Highly recommend!

Beware of buying tire rims from this site. Their customer service advice is wrong and so is their website. Their website advertises one size rim for a 2020 Toyota Corolla which I came to find out to late is NOT the correct rim size when I was about to mount the tire. I returned it due to this reason and they would not credit me the full refund, leaving me out $40+. I will never use this site again. After talking with them on the phone, they were very rude and refused to accept blame for their faulty website and advice.

I ordered a part from Carid that's going to take too long to get here. They put it on UPS Ground from California for a ridiculous price. I'm in southern Illinois. Now I have to pay a lot more locally to get customer out the door on time. This was my first and last time buying from them. They failed me.

My original review gave 2 stars due to the fact that I was told they wanted photographs to show why the part did not fit. After writing the review on 12/3/19 i was contacted by Jena on 12/4 and she made every effort to correct the situation with out any hassles. Proof they read reviews and are working on customer relations.

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful!!! I believe their hope is that you become frustrated and do not pursue the refund because they make it diffiicult for you.

TCM failed in 1 year. The replacement was damaged in shipping. The part is no longer avaliable. The TCM Dorman 609-231 replaces the bad part and dorman has them at the warehouse. Car ID want to give me a refund 250 Dollars but keep my 300 Dollar core. Now they got My core for free.

Even though I haven't received my order yet I can say I'm highly impressed with the service I have received from CARiD. I called with questions prior to placing my order and the young man I spoke with was extremely helpful. I went ahead later that evening and ordered the seat covers online. Early the next morning I received confirmation and was given a projected arrival date of Dec 5th. This seemed reasonable. Then yesterday morning --less then 2 days later--I received confirmation that my order has shipped. I'm amazed and have a really good feeling we're going to love our new seat covers.

Ordered a product from this company and they didn't tell me it was going to be 100$ to ship a 50$ product till i had processed the order, called 15 minutes after to cancelled it, the guy said he had processed the cancellation, i called Monday because i never received an email turns out they never cancelled my order and now i have to wait another week for my money worst customer service ever. Never will order from here again, the other guy on the phone was a big a** too

The rest depends on the bank, because they process refund from 3 to 5 business days, depending on a particular facility. I needed some help with and order about shipping charges and the customer service tried to do all she could to reduce any charges she could including giving me a small reduction. Sometimes you might find a better price for an item but for me the transit time on the shipment didn't pay as I could get it from CARiD much faster. Good people to do business with.

I placed an order over the weekend and had buyers remorse by Monday morning. I called customer service first thing that morning and David got me fixed up by cancelling the previous order and submitting my new order while I sat on the phone. He had a bubbly personality the whole time. It was like talking with an old friend who had a warehouse full of awesome wheels.

CARiD is a relief after searching for parts online.
Every other site seems to simply be a Mopar middleman who doesn't really know what part I need.
I'm constantly amazed that CARiD not only seems to understand what I need in addition to what I want and generally offers me several options to serve my needs that are invariably less expensive than anything available on those other 'mopar database' sites.
I can't comment on how well they handle returns or what their customer service is like as I've yet to have to deal with either of those things due to how smoothly have gone with my purchases from them thus far.
Really great interface.

Tip for consumers:
Remember to set up your 'Garage' on the site so that you can have it filter out parts that are not specifically for your vehicle.

I decided to ask about free shipping for an item I had purchased in the past thru live chat. They were able to give me a slight discount to help offset the price of shipping. Helped make my decision to purchase. Thanks CARiD

24 to 48 hours shipping in stock item... estimated more like 24 days. Told online chat can't help and I need to contact a specific person. Then they want me to sign some agreement not to sue them... lol. Not a legit company.

Simple order... asked three times for shipping confirmation and got a continual run around and never did get a shipping confirmation. Trying to get my money back now. Avoid these guys at all costs. They create false shipping manifests, but all they have done is notify UPS that a shipping label has been created but don't actually ship.

Terrible service, slow, uninformative of problems with orders, misrepresenting website showing stock when there is none slow to refund fast to sell you. Use the website, do your research then go somewhere else to purchase.

I ordered a complete strut assembly for my car and ask prior to order if strut is in stock and where it would be shipping from so i know which shipping method i was going to pick. At that time i was told NJ and to get it quick to CA i could use expedited shipping for $70. Guess what it was shipped local and UPS ground delivers in 1 day in that area. So not sure if Sales Rep an idiot or company does not care about there customers. For sure will look somewhere else for my car parts

Be very wary! Picture on their site showed a 60/40 split middle seat for ford flex and what they sent was a 50/50 split seat cover. Obviously did not fit. Paid $60 in customs and broker fees to get it to Canada and there response is just send it back, pay the shipping a brokerage fee again but they don't have a cover for a 60/40 split?

WARNING: I ordered 10 brake parts (114.67 + 47.70 shipping = 162.37) I received 5 parts (28.17 + 39.75 shipping) Delivery date changed from a couple days to over a month on undelivered parts. Brake project delayed. Im sticking with Amazon after this lesson. One good order, one disaster order. I gave them 1 extra star for the good order. Decide for yourself.

I was in need of a fuel pump for 2006 Corvette and I could not find anyone with it in stock or any availability that could have it to by the weekend. Carlos at CarID went all out in making sure they had it and that it would be to me when I needed it. He even made several phone calls and called me back to let me know it was done.
