“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Purchased wheel and tires based on their drop down menu / website. When the wheels and tires arrived, they were too wide, I spoke with customer service; was told no refunds or exchanges possible.

Their website states:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. More details on - https://www.carid.com/help-center/product-return.html

However, if you actually request an RMA / refund or exchange they will tell you that all items are 'Non-Returnable'.

I regret you have had such an experience with the items. It is not quite honest of you to give only a piece of the policy. If you continue to read only two lines below what you have quoted, you would see this:

"The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
Personalized Items (custom engraved, embroidered or painted)
Custom Wheels & Tires Packages"

Let's return to the product page of the wheels, which you have ordered to see the sign "non-returnable" there. Nevertheless, I am sure we can work some solution out, if you could share your order number with me.

I must say Carid is by far the best place to deal with for after market lighting for your vehicle. I ordered a set of LED taillights for my 2008 Toyota Tundra and they fit like a glove. Shipping was super fast and item arrived in perfect condition.

I got rims from Carid for my car. First off, they called me because I didn't purchase right away and have me a "discounted" price which made me order. When I got billed, the discount was no where to be seen and I was told it was non returnable and non refundable. Once I got the rims, they didn't send the free installation kit so I ended up paying $100 more in order to get them on my car. I called customer service and once I finally reached someone after being on hold for 15 minutes, I explained my situation and the rep asked me what my name was and in the middle of my sentence I heard the hold music again and could not get back through. I sat on the line for another 15 minutes before I hung up. Spare yourself the headache and pay the extra $50 somewhere else this company does not care about customers and they will ensure that you have the worst experience possible.

Not sure what all the fuss is about, you get what you pay for. Don't buy cheap branded products and blame the supplier (CARiD). Always invest in good quality brands.

Anyways, CARiD has always been great to me. Their customer service is always awesome, over the phone or live chat. I've had a couple instances now where i've had to result in speaking with a rep and it's always gone smoothly. Thanks for the great customer service and products!

Ordered the BAKFlip CS truck bed cover and rack which I was told would take 2 weeks, 7 weeks over $2,000 and multiple phone calls and emails later I'm told it's at the pick up location ( 2 hours drive) to find they sent only a small part of the order.
2 weeks later I find out they can't even supply what they are selling on there site.
Summer almost gone and no kayaking because of this incompetent company.
The worst thing is they don't even take responsibility, they only take the money.
Now 9 weeks later I'm fighting for my money back and totally helpless besides submitting an angry review which I hate doing.
My advice would be do research before buying here.

Needed to find a chrome lug nut cover for my pickup. Could not find them anywhere in town or on the internet UNTIL I found CARiD's web site. Gave them a call and service expert Jarred confirmed they were the correct caps. Jarred then encouraged me to place my order with him which would fast track the process of shipping the caps to me. I was impressed with Jarred's professionalism and willingness to help.

Be prepared for your auto repair to be delayed as they will send the wrong parts or poor quality parts. Ordered a radiator and a/c condenser. Radiator was completely wrong size, even though CarID confirmed proper size was in stock over the phone. They did finally send the proper radiator via a totally different supplier, but we had already re-ordered from another vendor online whose shipment arrived faster.
A/C condenser was extremely damaged, poor quality and poorly shipped. Cancelled entire order via email. Returned all parts via shipper (called Fedex to pick up) and disputed charges with credit card company (Discover). Getting shipping charges reversed was the only extra effort req'd. Discover was noble about reversing the charges for parts. Will never order from them again. Why hassle when other vendors send the correct part the first time? Their website looks totally legit, but their parts? No, thank you. I didn't even want to give them 1 star because they just wasted my time.

Do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can from this online store. I've been waiting literally six months for my replacement Westin front bumper brackets, because the wrong ones were shipped. Now they tell me it should only be four to six weeks more before they can make the right ones? They blame it on the manufacturer of course.

I have never dealt with anyone more incompetent (or deceitful). They sent the wrong tire chain size, almost causing me to cancel my trip. They sent an expired RMA, and at this point I don't expect that I will see my money back without filing a complaint

Purchased 4 20" fuel wheels with 35" Mickey Mickey Thompson at tires.One wouldn't balance so I called car id and they said it was just over 30 days so they won't do anything for me. The only reason I didn't have them on sooner is because I recieved them not balanced. They basically sent me a bunch of weights in a box. Not sure if there balance machine was broke or what. I have ordered from then in the past but this is definitely the last time. Very unhappy with the customer service.

I bought a set of headlights from carid with in three days the front lens just fell off.Contacted carid they pictures I sent the pictures. A week later they wanted a picture of the sticker on the back of the light. It's been well over a week now still have no light or notice of when I might get one. I strongly suggest you shop else where.

Ordered back on 4/02/2018 Did not install right away. About a week later found back flare with a bad cut not even close to truck. Done at factory, called them took pictures sent to them and all information they required. That was 9 times ago. They replied and still nothing... Oh they promise the moon until you need to return something... Finally I said just refund me. Promises Promises I think I'm going to call BBB on them..

They have always ensure that order reviewed, certificates if any are applied, and making sure I receive my military discount. My order came and it looked like someone played kick back with it. So I called and they wanted me to jump thru a bunch of hoops in contacting k&n. Why shouldn't they? Robert said once you buy it from us your on your own. Never again do business with Carid

This place is a joke. Sends me wheels without hub rings. Who does that? Note. All Jettas require hub rings. Called customer service everyday for 4 days and was told that we should have them the next day. Week later and no rings. Asked for a manager and no call to date. Requested to return products and told me I could not. Cancelled through my credit card company since they did not deliver the full product. What a waste of time. Run away!

I ordered a pair of Braum seats from Carid. When I received them one of the seats was cut short by the top slot where the seat belt was. I tried to send it back and they flatly refused. I hired a lawyer and contacted my credit card. Resolution division. I finally settled with them but this went on for 9 months. I would never recommend doing business with these jokers. Caveat Emptor! Beware worst customer service ever. Never Again!

Ordered a new wheel and tire package from CARiD and 3 weeks later I received heavily damaged wheel which appeared to be scratch and dent inventory. I request a cancellation of the order, but what I received instead was a replacement e-mail. I called and they say wheel orders can't be cancelled and that they have no control of when they will arrive.
Order was supposed arrive a week and a half ago and when I called today they gave the same song and dance…
Order is supposed to ship today you should receive an e-mail in the next 24-48 hrs…
Their customer support staff is rude and they could care less of your issue as a customer.

Placed a $ 2800 order for wheels and tires. It's been a month and I keep getting the runaround on details. They've told me for 3 weeks now that they'd ship in 24-48 hours! And I was informed today after almost a month of waiting that I can't even cancel my order at this rim nor can I return my order. Long story short, terrible customer service, terrible company. I feel like I'm being scammed in every way shape and form! Please do not order from these clowns.

Terrible doesn't even come close to describing my experience with CARiD. This company is one of the many online marketplaces that stocks very little and drop ships. Unfortunately, their technology does a horrible job of keep track of inventory. I ordered a battery they showed as "in stock." I checked on the order two days after it was placed and told by a CSR at CARiD that it took 48 hours and that my item should ship on January 29. In addition, she provided me with a $10 gift card number to use on my next order. I figured all was well, then I checked my order status again on January 28 and the ship date had changed to February 4 with no communication. I emailed them again and have yet to receive a response, so I ordered the product from a different source, and requested a cancellation and credit (time will tell how that goes). I run an eCommerce store, and I understand that things happen, but this is just unacceptable.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS.

I think they must broker out orders. I ordered an expensive AGM race battery. Was shipped to me from 3rd party. 2 Months later it was totally dead. Filed for warranty replacement. They ask for proof including testing under load by third party and video illustrating the problem. How do you test a totally dead battery under load. I provided video and test by batteries plus. Make a long story short, three more times they asked for additional information, I supplied requested information, but they kept asking for more. I finally gave up and told them I planned to warn others of their poor service and failure to stand behind what they sell.

I was attempting to order a specific part for a Gen 2 Ford Raptor. This part will only fit the Raptor. It's made specifically for the Raptor. Tried to place it in cart but it forces you to select your vehicle first for fitment. Ok. But how do you do that when the Raptor is not a choice in their list? Finally I bypass that and place order. I then engage in their chat function to alert the. To the issue, that Raptor needs to be added. The rep proceeds to insist it won't fit when she has zero clue what a Raptor is. Then rudely cuts off the chat session after I asked for a colleague or supervisor who was more knowledgeable.

They may have good products with very high shipping costs, but their service is poor.

William was a huge help considering I could find my local bank on affirm for financing. He directed to to PayPal credit even though I didn't get approved my b boyfriend did so I was still able to get my rims and tires. Without him being extremely helpful I wouldn't of gotten them. Also they have an answer for just about every question you ask

I trusted this company because they had all the specs for my car but yet they failed to send me the right product. I would never recommend buying from there. They have 100% unwilling to fix their mistake! Very unprofessional and I would be cautious purchasing from them since they are not to be trusted.
