“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

This company, CARID, has lousy customer service and my order never arrived. Because I waited too long for my $500 order to arrive, they said there was nothing they could do. Instead they sent me a $25 discount card to use on my next purchase. For real? Like I will waste any more money on them? UPS tracking even stated that they delivered a one pound package to me when the item I ordered would have been much heavier than that. My order consisted of a Bulldog bumper guard and license plate frame. A total rip off! I originally couldn't find my order confirmation email for my order number, but after 30 days without getting it, I looked harder and found it so that I could check the status of my order. They were absolutely no help and that became a very expensive lesson for me that I will not soon forget. They don't even deserve one star. What they deserve is jail time.

Tip for consumers:
Keep a copy of your order confirmation handy where you can find it and don't wait more than a week before checking up on your order if you haven't received it. I don't know if they will help you then, but after 30 days they will not do anything for you at all. I had no idea what their shipping or return policies were when I placed my order. When I was able finally to track my order with UPS, they stated that they left a one pound package at my door. My items would have weighed much more.

No products were used since no products were ever received.

I was looking for truck bed mat, soft cover and Tonneau Cover and window guards... Went with CARiD... First time customer... The products were of better quality than I expected, packed very well, with zero damage! Easy install, and I'm 67 so not as limber as I used to be! I am thrilled at how everything looks and works! I saved a lot compared to the discounted dealer add-on option when I bought the truck in late January... Glad I waited and found CARiD... I'll be using them for more upgrades and goodies...

The agent was so helpful! He did what he could find me a manufacturer guaranteed grill for my car, he made sure that I got every discount that was available to me and then some, and he made sure that it was being shipped as soon as possible! This is actually the best service I have ever received from any online customer service agent! Beat the heck out of any other company or agents that I have ever dealt with! I highly recommend this company!

I ordered tires and wheels for new bmw. They dont list trim options which would change the sizing of rims. Some base models can except smaller rims the m models dont. Well I ordered 19 inch rims. I sent and email same day of ordering to double check with my trim package nobody answered me 3 weeks later i get nice set of wheels that dont fit. Too small. I'm waiting for a return phone call to return these before I order another set. I will update my review after I recieve customer service. Double check your model and trim package with other online sites to make sure you dont get caught up like I did.

I have built five fox bodies. This is this the first time using CARID. I ordered front bumper for93lx. The bumper was a mis aligned cracked mess. The auto body shop wanted to charge 1800. 00 to fix the terrible craft man ship of CARID product. CARID will not accept returns. Thats fine, I disputed the charge with my credit card company getting the bumper for free. At least I thru free garbage In the dumpster. Never ever use this company. Run like you are dating Kim k.

Ordered an engine 8/12, told the item would ship 8/13. The reason we went this carID was they promised 3 to 5 business days shipping. Here we are 8/25 and still hasn't shipped, we're left with a vehicle in the shop unable to drive and just keep getting excuses. Covid - everyone wants to blame COVID for their problems. They lack the ability to accept any responsibility. Then they offer us a $25 gift certificate to their website for the inconvenience. Really?! We won't be ordering from you again! If you really want to compensate us for the inconvenience, ship our engine and give us a discount on the current purchase. Ridiculous!

Accommodating, courteous, professional are what I can say about Bryan Omni. I called because to verify that the items I am buying is a perfect fit, and ended up asking if it was on sale. It wasn't but Bryan quickly offered 17% off total purchase, and he even prepared a link to my cart for me so I can continue shopping and still avail of the discount. Way to go!

I ordered parts for my car from carid twice. Both times the site showed that they had it in stock and ready to ship. They were wrong. The items were back ordered. Luckily I dealt with Ebony Black. She was the lady that helped me out both times I ordered from carid. She found ways to make it up to me by giving me discounts and gift cards. All my future orders are going to be through her. Thanks you Ebony. Her extension is 8053 shell give you the best prices

I recently ordered some LED headlight kits with Carid and my experience was phenomenal. The items I received were shipped asap and arrived in excellent condition, nicely packaged and because I bought them on carid, I knew they were not knockoffs or anything like that but oem quality original bulbs and harnesses. If a part is defective or doesn't match what you order, they are really good with returns or sending replacements out asap. A good company to do business with.

Worse online purchasing experience I have ever had.

All the drop-down boxes on the website should generate parts that are "Vehicle Specific."

However, all the parts I ordered: K&N air filter, front rotors brake package, rear rotors break package, and break pads were ALL incorrect and would not it on my 2016 RX450h.

After speaking to customer service three times (was hung-up twice - maybe my fault because I was pretty annoyed), they finally agreed to refund me after they received their items back.

However, please know that two of the customer service reps tried to tell me that I ordered the wrong parts. (which I didn't know that was a possibility as the drop-down menus indicate what type of car it is for...)

Excellent customer service. Returned a part and had no trouble with the staff. I love ordering parts from Car Id because I know that I will always recieve confirmations on all purchases, shipments, and deliveries.

These people are a joke. They send me some junky exhaust piece which was missing it's gaskets. I called them, they said sure we'll send you a return label in 3 days. 6 days later they email wanting pictures, wtf is this. What a joke of a company.

BTW these people dropship. They don't warehouse the stuff or ship it themselves.
Should have just gone with Amazon.

This company advertises items in photos, and when you purchase them, the item is completely for the wrong car. When calling to get the issue resolved, you are patronized on the phone almost as though it should be no deal that you spent $800 for a corvette hood, and shipping a honda civic hood should work out just as nice. Very disappointing that the BBB hasn't reported more warning notices. I wish I would have read these reviews before making a purchase today.

It's a pity a company like this operates like a bunch of criminals. They are stealing money from unsuspecting customers. If you purchase something in good faith and they could not ship on time your purchase to them is non refundable. However this no refund policy is printed nowhere on their website. This is illegal business practices and the Attorney General should be and will be notified unless the refund I am waiting for is not delayed any further.
Looking at the other cases I believe it is a chronic issue and should be exposed to the authorities.

Don't waste your time or your money shopping on CARID. I wish i didn't... I had ordered a Flowmaster exhaust system from these guys and it came quickly which was awesome! Issue rises about 3 weeks after installing a bunch of rust was appearing on the exhaust the welds on the exhaust look as if they're rusting through already. Upon CARID review I was told warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. When I asked them what is considered normal wear and tear I got the run around from literally everyone I talked to. Now they claim they have reached out to the manufaturer to see if warranty is covered from them... Still no word back 2 weeks later. Just the run around with these guys... Spend the extra money to buy your products at a company that actually cares about its customers.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from this site, it will end up being a big headache if you have any issues with the product.

I have found stuff in this website that i have not been able to find at my local autoparts, but I don't know how their warranty claim works. Some people have complain that the website has send them wrong parts etc, but from experience at part sales, a lot of people don't even know the name of their car. For example some Japanese cars can only fit certain parts, it all depends if it was assemble in U.S. or Japanese, the way you find that out is by seeing the vin, if it starts with a J it was japanese, if it doesn't it was made in U.S. In short, if you gonna order from them or any other online websites know your car info, or have VIN available, it will save you headache.

Ordered side bars for our truck. Company sent the wrong ones. I have been waiting 4 days for shipping labels to return product. Nothing has been sent tomorrow will be day 5. What a place."MERICA"! I would never do business with this company ever again.

Carid shipped an extra part, so trying to do the right thing, I tried to return it. Original experience was fine. They even gave me a 25 gift certificate. They asked for a further review, which I have, they gave me another 25 gift certificate. So far great. Then the problems, they wanted pictures and explanations about the extra order. I have swapped many emails and pictures, and they still want more information to just return something I didn't pay for. So I thought ok, l let's use the 50 $ certificates to buy a few towels. Went to order them. 50 of towels and 64 in shipping. I don't think so. And this ordeal is not over with yet, and they expect me to haul the extra parts to ups. I have since tod them. Send me shipping labels where ups picks them up at the house, or I am just keeping them at no extra charge. This is just nuts.

Overall CarID is a great organization. Frank, the worker that was assigned to my call was very helpful and respectful. It wasn't hard to contact anyone, and I didn't have to wait long at all. I will for sure order from this website again once I need something else.

Hello, order# ******* I received my wheel and tire order today. The wheels and tires are mounted but not balanced and I did not receive the center caps for the wheels. Why? When I called Carid to get some assistance I was placed on hold three times and eventually told that the manufacturer was not responding.The person told me they would call me or email me if/ or when they reached the manufacturer. Please help resolve these issues.

First time customer, ordered 3 different items, one was in the box ( 2 front struts) but no ball joints or stabilizer bars, dealt with 3 people trying to resolve, same question was the box in good condition, yes it was, you packer just did not put the parts in the box. If you had a packing list and someone checking to see what was on the order was in the box, this would not happen. Cant wait to see how hard it is to get a refund on the parts i did not get.

I ordered my two parts over a month ago from this company I am still getting the run around and no one has any answers. This place doesn't have any answers about my order and when I ask to speak with a manager one has yet to call me back. If you order from this company please make sure you keep a very detailed log on when your purchase was made and when you should receive it.
