“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Products are top notch and excellent pricing. I have ordered a few things had a issue and they resolved it in a timely fashion. I recommend anyone looking to do aftermarket work on there vehicles to check it out

I brought some accessories for my car 1 months ago and haven't received it. Call 3 times for a refund and haven't been deposited in my account yet. Very upsetting.

After having troubles with other aftermarket companies, sending wrong parts, lengthy delays, etc\i thought I would try CARid. I found the customer service to be great, and the selection and prices are great. I recommend giving them a try!

They will keep putting you on hold saying they are searching for your parts. They get your Vin number and you still get the wrong part or parts when you complain they ask you a bunch of dumb questions. Then tell you the part is not available after they have guaranteed oh it will work. Then you are stuck with return shipping and restock fee when you want your money back

I ordered a set of rims/tires from them on 4/4/15 and they called me a few days after I purchased the rims/tires saying that the shipment will be a little later than usual. He said it'll take two weeks most likely. They then sent me a email saying the estimated shipping date is 4/27/15 which I was cool with. A week went by that date and I still haven't received $#*! from them. Call them and told them about the situation and I then asked for a refund and the guy just hung up on me after saying "ok" I was pissed by that $#*!. They then said that they sent me a email saying the new estimated shipment is 7/13/15 like who tf is going to wait 3 months for a order!? Makes no damn sense. Plus they NEVER even sent that email! WORST COMPANY! I still haven't gotten my refund and it's been two weeks after that call. I decided to open a paypal dispute and i'm still in the process of a refund by these $#*! $#*! $#*!s.

I found myself on CARiD to buy a carbon fiber hood for my car because another company didn't have it in stock and I would take 8-10 weeks. I ended up having more hood options on Carid and saved money. While I was on Carid, I ended up buying. New brake kit for my car as well. They have a very good selection of products at good prices. Customer service was also very helpful. I will continue to purchase from CARiD.

3-5 business days to confirm cancellation on something that hasn't even shipped? Then 5-7 days for refund IF the cancellation was confirmed? What a f@&$ing joke! Called and spent 35 minutes on the phone with a wheels and tire "specialist" who argued with me and talked over me. He even denied my request to speak with a supervisor or manager. This company needs to be shut down by the BBB or local district attorney!

Tip for consumers:
Absolutely, by all means, stay away! This is not at all how a company should be operated. Deceptive practices and con artists at their best. No respect and no courtesy.

I purchased an item by accident and immediately called to cancel the order. They weren't able to process the order cancellation until it had shipped so I had to pay for shipping both ways. Total rip off. Stay away they'll just take your money!

My son ordered very expensive Maxim rims for his car on this site. They were out of stock and then showed up suddenly 4 months later. On top of that they don't fit the car. We asked them about it and they said tough luck. We won't exchange them but you can sell them on ebay and we're happy to sell you the right ones. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them.

The customer service is great and you can tell their main concern is for you to be happy. I had an issue and they note only helped me solve it but gave me several options to work with. Carid is the best

I recently purchased a new set of wheels and tires. These monkeys mounted 2 of the tires (they're directional) wrong as well as one of the rims looks like it was dropped as they were working on them. One of the tires also has a massive flat spot, and they aren't cheap tires. On top of all this, I've had my alignment done and tires balanced twice since I put them on my car. These guys are absolute morons and refuse to work with you on defective products, it's safe to say I will not be buying any more parts from them, and neither will any of my shops or friends. The prices are very enticing, however when all is said and done, you could have gone somewhere else and bought a much better product for less money. I've tried contacting them multiple times as well and I've been pushed off/ put on hold/ disconnected from them multiple times.

I made a phone call to carid to get a better understanding of a product. It said on there website a help line. So I call. A guy named Eddie answered the phone. I asked does this product come with 1 or 2 mounts he quickly replied 2, then infromed me more about the warranty and adjustments that the mounts are capable of. He was really knowledgeable. It was a pleasure speaking with him, he then offers me a Groupon. So now he deserves to have his good name spread. Thanks Eddie. Thanks carid. You guys rock

This organization is impossible to get a hold of. When I finally got thru, an agent in the Phillipines botched my cancellation. I don't think she even knew what a trailer hitch was. When I received my cancelled order, it was bursting through the box, with no protective packaging, it was for a FORD 150 and I have a Range Rover. It had been shipped from a THIRD party, unaffiliated with CarID. There were NO installation instructions. I waited for literally 30 minutes on a call waiting... never got through. I managed my return on CHAT... still waiting for my refund.

After ordering a lower spoiler for my camaro, i was told by the professional company installing it, that it did not fit my car and they must have sent me the wrong one. L called CARiD about this matter and the asked me to send them pictures and the VIN #, l did as they asked. A week later they are telling me that because of the amount of time that has passed, there is nothing they can do about it. The supervisor i spoke with let me know that returning it was not an option. So, while i was clarifying that l am stuck with a wrong part that they sent me, he hangs up on me. Now that's good customer service for you.

Tip for consumers:
CAUTION !!!!!!!!! DON'T PLAN ON TRYING TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT IF THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG ONE

I recently ordered KYB Struts for my 2010 Honda Civic from CARiD. After four days, my strut package arrived, but only included one strut. The package, as weighed by UPS was 20#. Each individual strut weighs in at 17.75#. I immediately called Carid and they agreed that their supplier only shipped on strut instead of the two I ordered. I assumed that carid would immediately contact their supplier and expedite sending me my missing strut... WRONG. Here it is one week later and I learned that my missing strut is finally, after daily texts and follow ups by me, is being shipped today. Obviously, I am upset and have determined that Carid does not deserve my business. Maybe they don't deserve your business either... Just a thought.

They say they have the product in stock and will ship out in a few days but that has not happened with me. I ordered a part and received a e mail saying it will ship out in 3 days and never heard from them I had to contact them then I got the run around hear it is 16 days later no product and no money and customer service is useless

I called into CardID to order a Dash Cover, but seen it for a cheaper price on CoverCraft. Jacob answered my call. He was so professional, courteous and a real gem to deal with. He matched my offer! Jacob also was very patient with me in answering several of my questions. I had such a great experience. There should be 1000 more Jacobs when it comes to Customer Service.

I will definitely call CardID to make further purchases and hopefully, I will get Jacob again.

I ordered my part on Friday morning and paid for UPS second day air. I ordered over the phone and was told the part would ship that day. It is now almost noon on Saturday and the part still has not shipped.

Tip for consumers:
Find a different place to order parts.

I ordered a rear strut assembly. I was told the part would ship the same day but 24 hours later it still has not shipped. I also paid for expedited shipping.

They offered $25 for my inconvenience. That's laughable! I needed it ASAP! They refused to overnight! Instead, they contacted me via email a week later with their offer on my order! I passed and so should you! Their customer service are foreign. Where they don't comprehend empathy for their customers problems. Its a policy of the company and that's it!

Selling USED products as NEW!

Great site, BAD business! I bought 2 Moog Ball Joints only to find out they were USED and DAMAGED. The directions had grease on it. Someone crimped it already and damaged the seal. They blamed it on the manufacture. It came from Kansas City MO. Moog is out of NJ. They said a manager would call me by the end of the day yet no one calls me. I email, no response. I called back, they have me on hold so far 28 minutes! Just enough time to write this up! Stay clear away! You have been warned!

I purchased a bumper bull bar from CARiD for a Chevy Equinox only to receive Honda CRV parts. So i called twice with no less than 1 hour wait time each time i called to request exchange. 3 weeks later they sent me new parts but it was for Honda CRV again. I asked for a refund but was refused because it passed 30 days refund period. CARiD is a bull $#*! company you want to stay as far as you can. I'm calling my bank to claim charge back. What a waste of my time!

Very bad on return policy. Basically no returns. Would Not Recommend. Ordered rims and tires for someone. Wasn't rims that person wanted. Called carid less than 14 hours later to change rim to rim that person wanted and was told they could not change because the pulled them off shelf, which is bull$#*!. I am sure that they didn't pull from shelf!
