“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

One star is to high for this company and the way they handle their business. I made and paid for my order with a 0$ shipping. After 13 days without a shipping notification I reached out to their customer service department twice for answers and didn't receive any help. On the 16th day I received a email requesting $3500 for shipping then was told it would take up to two weeks to cancel my order. Worst company I have ever worked with

They offered $25 for my inconvenience. That's laughable! I needed it ASAP! They refused to overnight! Instead, they contacted me via email a week later with their offer on my order! I passed and so should you! Their customer service are foreign. Where they don't comprehend empathy for their customers problems. Its a policy of the company and that's it!

Great site, BAD business! I bought 2 Moog Ball Joints only to find out they were USED and DAMAGED. The directions had grease on it. Someone crimped it already and damaged the seal. They blamed it on the manufacture. It came from Kansas City MO. Moog is out of NJ. They said a manager would call me by the end of the day yet no one calls me. I email, no response. I called back, they have me on hold so far 28 minutes! Just enough time to write this up! Stay clear away! You have been warned!

Personal I place an order every year around November being it's black friday, and I usually get great deals, but keeping it real sometimes I have a little problem with shipping the wrong item, but they work quickly to fix the problem. But overall I will rate the service great and i plan on ordering something else soon.

I ordered parts listed in stock, got a call that they where not in stock and would be delayed two days. Two days passed I called and got another shipping date. It came and went this happened six times over three weeks. They have zero knowledge of parts functions dimensions or cars in general. They are bloodsucking third party sellers! BUYERS BEWARE

Great site to find parts and easy to use. I had a miscommunication about expedited shipping but after a little hiccup with shipping, CarID made it right and satisfied me above and beyond what I expected.
I truly appreciate a company that will go the extra step to make sure their customers are happy. This ended up being a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Placed an internet order, was informed that item was on backorder, I phoned in and the very nice customer service rep did a wonderful job in assisting me with the information from the manufacturer in order to make the necessary changes. I was looking to order some aftermarket headlights for my truck and wanted to verify that CarID had them in stock and ready to ship. Using the Live Chat (at 11:30 at night!) I ended up talking to Amanda who was very friendly and helpful in answering the questions I had, not only that but she also set me up with a discount to get the headlight's price down around what another online retailer had them listed for despite being out of stock. Overall, I had a very good shopping experience with CarID and would highly recommend them.

We spent $500 for running boards for our truck. They were horribly damaged during shipping and we contacted the company numerous times. The response is always that they will send us new ones when the old ones are picked up. 3 weeks later, we have sent multiple emails and called several times and NO ONE has responded. We still have the damaged boards and this company has basically pocketed our money! This is the worst experience we've had in a long time! We will be contacting the BBB and see where to go from here!

Wish I could give a lower star. This place is a joke. They'll send you the wrong product then tell you it's your fault that you received it. The customer service is terrible they'll just hang up on you when your talking to them. I don't recommend this place at all. Watch out or they'll scam you

My experience with the CARiD customer service over the phone was pleasant. There was little to zero wait time to speak with their staff. They communicated well and resolved my issue about making changes to my shipping address due to my own error. I will definitely be a return customer for the great prices and user experience.

I ordered from CarID about three years ago, and although it took several weeks to get the part I was satisfied. This time I ordered a part that was supposed to be in stock. I checked back after three weeks and they said they would check with their supplier. After another two weeks I said I needed to cancel the order because I needed the car running and would have to get the part locally. I've now been trying to get the order cancelled for three weeks and all they said is to give them a few more days. The promise to check and get back to me, but never do. You can't get anyone on the phone to talk to. Even if they do cancel the order, and they said they might not, it will still take 4-6 weeks to get a refund. I will never use them again.

Tip for consumers:
If you can afford to wait a month or two you might save some money.

U need to be completely satisfied and item damaged. They wanted to refund 1/2 what I paid for a damaged order that was nothing like described and would not be able to protect anything. They charged a lot but item seemed subpar- very disappointing cautions if u order from them

My orders are always on time, i have never had issues with anything i have ordered from carid. Their customer service is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase or products. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have said they love carid.

I ordered some parts on Monday night. I changed my mind within 1/2 hour, Hit cancel order. Then it tells me I have to call in to cancel. I called Tuesday@ 8:00 am. They said they would put in a request for it. Why they have to do this I still don't know. They probably didn't even pull it off the Shelf. They said if it isn't before it ships, I could return it. With a shipping cost. They said it would take 24-48 hours to process. They would send me an email. I waited the full 48 hours called back. They said " It Takes 24-48 hours." I told them it was 48 hours. In the mean time they took the money from my account. I called back Later that night, they said " It looks like it is going through, you should have a email send and be refunded shortly.It is now 4 days after initial call, and still no email or refund. I will never buy anything from them again

In today's frenzied online shopping, it is not common to find overwhelmingly assistive customer service Agents. However, I had Bruce help me and take my order even after business hours. The shipping was also quick and I will be a repeat customer with carid.com. With other reviews, it is necessary to remember that this company is not the manufacturer of products that may be found to be less than what was expected. However, with products that I am familiar with, carid.com will gain my business when such needs arise.

I own 3 vehicles and all after market extras for all 3 of vehicles have come from (CARID). Mirror covers, dashboard covers personalized, splash guards, bug deflectors, window guards, pick-up bed covers, mats, door handle covers, gas cap covers running boards, fender guards, side door trim and numerous other products. Never dissatisfied with any order i ever received. Best of all gift certificate because of being loyal satisfied customer.

I ordered wheels that arrived out of round and with defective sensors. CarId refused to take them back without first forcing me to have the wheels rebalanced at 3 places a total of 6 times. I also had to pay for the labor of removing the tires to replace the faulty sensors. Two independent dealers documented that the wheels were defective. Finally, CarID offered a refund. I paid again to have the tires removed, shipped the wheels back, and still they are refusing to give me a refund. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered a rear bumper for a truck. Bumper arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Bumper was also missing led lights listed as included on the website. Processed an exchange that took 2 weeks to complete. Sent a second bumper after sending multiple emails and multiple phone calls. Second bumper arrived with mire damage than the first one. Processed another exchange that took 3 weeks to get competed this time. Third bumper arrived damaged and missing lights as well. Finally asked for a return and refund. Has been three weeks and no refund has been given yet.

I ordered a part for 2 push buttons for my car, the image shows 2 buttons on the add and the description doesn't say otherwise. I get the order and it's one button! I call and they say oh that's only the image that doesn't mean that there's 2 and if you want a refund it's $10 shipping and $5 restocking. Total BS

Bottom Line -- I don't support any company that claims to price match, and then changes the policy on the fly if they feel the price is too low. If you make the claim, stand by your claim, even if it means it is below cost!
Do they have price match? Yes, but only if they want to. If you find a price too low, they give up and say they cannot go any lower. Depends on which rep you talk to on what price they will match. Amazon has cheaper prices in their marketplace stores, which are backed by Amazon guarantees. There are so many inconsistencies with CARID and its policies. One rep will tell you they will match Amazon, while the next rep will say it is a membership based website so they don't price match. You don't have to be a PRIME member to get Amazon prices, so that excuse was just their way of saying we cant match the price.

Purchased a full set of fenders for my Jeep from them. One of the fenders was scratched and damaged. Resulting in delaying my project. After emailing and speaking with customer service, they stated that the new fender was being sent and to discard the old fender. A week later, they email me telling me that I need send them the defective fender back before they can send the replacement. Of course, we argued and their generic response was that there was a misunderstanding. I assured them there was no misunderstanding and to go back and listen to the tapes. Don't give a crap about that anyway. I'm pissed because now I've lost even more time due to their games. Now I have to send them the damaged part, wait until they receive it, wait until they process it, wait until they process the replacement part, wait until they ship it and wait until I receive it. Estimated additional lost time is 2 to 3 weeks. Never again.

We ordered a part to ship to an APO, there was no tracking numbers. Called customer service and they said they will contact us in 24 hours. They did not. Neither did the part ever leave the warehouse. Still waiting. Credit card has been charged since August, its now October and still no part, no refund, no discount, no nothing. Its disappointing! They say they offer a military discount but did not apply it to our purchase. Its exhausting with this company! Got to the states yourself and avoid the stress of all this!

I found a set of wheels that I wanted on there website, but it said they only had 3 in stock. I had time so I called and talked to Juan. He not only found a full set, but he double checked everything to make sure the fitment was correct, found matching lugs, and had the best price. He was polite, knowledgeable, and super cook. I highly recommend CARiD!

I ordered tail lights. They did not fit my vehicle. Finally after a lot of pics and emails I got them to take them back. They have them and no refund. I can not give them enough negative reviews. It sucks that I have to give one star to post this. Save your time and money shop anywhere else.
