“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I ordered an RV air conditioner and paid for it and shipping in full... the order read processed and I was told I would receive it in a week to 10 days, so I set up a tech to install it. After a week I had not been sent anything about it being shipped so I called to see the status on the order... I was told they wanted more money in order for them to ship it. I think this is very bad and unprofessional business practice to complete an order, never call the customer of any problem; then when the customer calls they are told to pay more money... I immediately cancelled and went elsewhere.

I searched all over the real and virtual world to find the perfect seat covers for my van. Because I had some questions, I opted to call CARiD to place my order. The whole process was quick and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Do yourself a favor and find the part somewhere else. This company is a disaster, they calmly and continually tell you that they have it worked out and they are very sorry, 6 weeks later and 8 phone calls, still no satisfaction, no part, no refund!

I bought an exhaust system from Carid and originally, I purchased the wrong one. The customer service was top notch. They helped me through the return and helped me to get the correct one ordered. Car sounds awesome. Product was shipped quickly with accurate detailed tracking.

Well, I had a pleasant experience when ordering the exhaust for my Toyota Tundra. I ordered on the phone and David took my order. I had a few questions to make sure I was ordering the right part. CARiD has the best, knowledgeable people working for them. From now on, CARiD is my "go to" company when I need parts.
Thank you CARiD. My part was cheaper than the "Big Box" auto stores. Saved me money.

I placed my order over a month ago and have not gotten it yet. I called and they said it was returned do to being damaged while in shipping but they never contacted me or sent a replacement. I called over a week ago and they said they will send a new one out but still haven't sent me anything. I asked for a refund and they said I have to wait for that now. These people suck, do NOT buy from them!

Horrible customer service, and garbage for parts! I ordered struts from this company and three out of four were faulty! I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. They wanted me to take the struts off the car and send them in for replacements, I guess while I left my car up on jacks for two weeks! I think they just want to wear you down and hope you give up. But your credit card company can go after them. I wouldn't buy a windshield wiper off these morons!

Ok I've had it with carid the last 10 orders have totally gone wrong-* I really thought I was saving a few bucks but these people don't have a clue even ordering 1 lug nut can be a hassle Stay away-- even local stores have warranties guarantees and easy to exchange policy- carid asks for pictures then 3 days later sends you an item description? Wow well I'm done with this crooked systen

Awful, awful, awful. They sell products they don't have, promise it'll ship within 72 hours and then nothing. Have to call days later, multiple times to actually talk to someone btw, to confirm that yes they lied and took my money. To get your money back once you realize this site is a scam it takes almost a week. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable website to order from.

I order tail light left side with chrome outside n inside with chrome! It took me 3 weeks to decided to order or not! I did I call customer service to double check n which they provide the right picture n description... shipping was fast I got mine order but they got me the wrong one! I call customer n they try to blame me ask me to return n I have to pay the shipping n I have to pay extra to get new part! Why am I have to pay for the return and pay extra and plus saying that I order the wrong one WHY did u put the wrong # of the part then? And now I have to wait 24 hours to figures out when I send you the prove with picture and everything! You see the first picture that what they shipped to me and the second picture that what I order! I hope they figured out or I go over the top!

They tried to make nice on social media for all the problems and offered a discount on my next purchase. Behind the social media trying to pretend like they are concerned, they still have my $500.00 and have not refunded my money or the $60.00 it cost me to mail it back. They keep saying they have to confirm with the manufacture the parts have been returned in good condition, even after I told them only one of the nine items had been opened. I even sent them photos at their request. I dont want a discount on a new purchase! I want my money back on what you sent me that does not fit. I dont care who the manufacture is. Carid is representing and selling these companies products and if something is wrong with it, they blame all the issues and delays on these companies and dont stand behind what they are selling.

Worst return process ever!

I purchased a dash kit that did not fit properly. They argued it fit properly & that I had to provide photos, etc. Then they couldnt find my order. They did everything they could to avoid the return process. This same run around went on with three different Cardi rep's. It has gone on for weeks now and has been a complete disaster. I had to pay almost $60 to return the product out of my own pocket. I will never buy another product from them. See if what you are looking for is on Amazon and if you should need to return it you can do it in a matter of minutes.

The live chat personal is incredible and very knowledgeable. I definitely will continue to do my car part shopping at this site.

It's all a scam, always hidden fees from what you originally have to pay. All of their products come from a different company, so on returns you come out of your own pockets for there mishaps because it's not actually their products. Horrible customer service with attitudes, and supervisors aren't helpful at all. Save your money and time, don't order from here.

I ordered wheels for my 2012 Audi S5 cabriolet and was sent the wrong size. I specifically specified the right size using there methods of ordering for assurances of the correct size to be sent to me. After making a phone call to company a "foreign" woman proceeded to tell me I need to verify the wrong size wheel by taking pictures of size label on the box and my vin number.

Our groceries constantly slid around in the back of our SUV until we purchased a cargo carrier. It came just a few days after we placed our order online. We love how it collapses when not in use and with the movable dividers we use it for groceries, beach balls and blankets and will hold both gym bags. It keeps everything from tipping over. Thanks for the great product and quick Custer service.

So i ordered some classic chevy parts. For around $80. Not heavy, spark plug and powersteering hose. Not expensive. But when it came to shipping costs, the wanted to charge me $620. To the netherlands. Normally it is around $45. Which is ok, although when i order in china, they do not charge any shipping.
So, $620. What do you think? Almost cheaper to collect it. What an idiots.

Do not buy from outside the united states. The express shipping is ridiculously expensive. What's even worse is paying $230 for express shipping and then getting the wrong number of items. Which means waiting again, therefore wasting the benefit of express shipping. The Paypal integration is also broken. At payment i tried to update my address and the Carid website errored out. Next thing i received an email from paypal for the transaction.

Tip for consumers:
Paypal integration is buggered. Will place your order when you try to change address.
Dont buy from outside USA. Just ridiculously expensive shipping.
Express shipping may turn out useless when you receive the wrong stuff.

Ordered an 18" Ford replacement re-manufactured wheel to replace an old rusty spare tire wheel for my 2005 F150. Wheel was repainted and clean. Product was delivered as promised in a timely fashion. Luis even price matched with a competitive price.

I have ordered from CARiD in the past and I am satisfied with their prices, delivery and customer service. I will continue to shop for best prices, but CARID will be my first choice.

I ordered parts an when I got to check out it was no shipping charge that was great think my parts added up to like $50 some dollar but after I hit done they put the charge of $74 an some change on it so I canncelled it right away and the said they could not. I will never order from them again an I will keep posting on their reviews about their poor service.

I placed an order on a Sunday over the phone and realized within 2 hours that there was an issue with the other.
I immediately contacted them with an email on Sunday night and followed up with a phone call Monday morning.
I was treated with the highest level of disrespect and also told I was going to be hit with a ten percent restocking fee on an order that is plagued with issue because of the sales rep.

When you place the order for custom made items, there is a notification saying the order will be non-cancellable and non-returnable once it is confirmed by you. The fact that the order was still processed means that you agreed with this condition. We are ready to process a cancellation as an exception. However, the manufacturing facility charges the restocking fee in this case.

I was given a call after I put items in my cart and a rep called me offering to take off taxes and shipping fees very nice of him to do, also when I made my return they were very nice and very helpful with getting my return done. Will continue to purchase from Car.is.

I am never disappointed with customer service or the prices that I pay on Carid.com. I love that they honor all types of military service members with a 10% discount on top of their low prices and price matching. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to. I'm a life long customer.

I needed some spare part for my car to repair. I found site www.carid.com and spare part that interesting me. I used live chat for received answers for my question about item. Specialist gave me information about all interesting me positions and I decide paid for them. I got my order in 2 days. Car service installed bought part on the car. For 1 week everything work as expected. I am very happy, i can use my car again.

Don't waste your time or money with these jokers... If they send you the wrong parts or you don't receive parts they will prolong and drag out the return! I have spent 5 days, multiple emails and 2 phone calls, and still don't have any satisfaction! Absolute waste of my time for 125.00 in parts!

Do not do business with this site. I ordered 3 parts and then canceled 2 hours later. I talked to customer " care" and they sent me a canceled order email. Told me I would get a refund on my $350 that they already took out of my bank account. After 4 days they shipped me the products that I did not want. Called again and they put me on hold for 33 min. The guy gave me a fake name and told me he would take care of it. I woke up the next day and called UPS and they confirmed, the packages are still on there way. No one called them to hold the packages. Carid.com are a bunch of con artist trying to pawn themselves off as a real company.DO NOT DO business with them I have no products and yet they still have all my money. Thieves
