The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
Got the Husky back seat floor liner for my Ford Transit Connect and it, just like the front ones, fit like a glove. Gina, again, was most helpful. I couldn't find it on the web site, but she had it and even found my gift certificate. She was a tremendous help and in the future I'll get her to help me with my order.
Again just letting everybody know that I had it awesome experience with customer service along with the unbelievable products that they have online. I will continue to upgrade my baby for all of the wonderful things that this company has to offer again awesome people to work with.
I ordered a toe link and a week later I received a control arm off of a completely different car. When I called to exchange it they have to request return documents from the manufacturer and them forward them to me. After I send the wrong parts back they will process the order and then send out the new parts. So the entire process of getting a simple 70$ toe link will turn into a month long process. Next time I'll pay more to get the part next day from dealer. Waiting a month to save 50$ is not worth the wait on a car you need daily.

Miss ordered some seat covers which was my fault. Canceled the order two days later, it shipped the next day anyways and arrived 6 weeks later. When I called to return it they said I was outside the thirty day window... so now I have 250 dollars worth of seat covers that dont fit...
My review is in line with someone else on here. I bought a bed liner from them for my truck. Shipping cost was $0.00 until I finished checkout. Showed cost of $96.00ish to ship. I know they say you need to put in a zip code before you ship, but why can you not calculate it before you checkout? Heck, other companies REQUIRE you to put in a zip code. Don't show $0.00 until you've paid. It emptied my accounts at my bank and I tried to cancel it, but apparently first thing on Monday morning was too late. I call BS on this. Should be reported for a scam.

I purchased a Curt ******* TruTrack hitch through CARiD.com that was advertised with free shipping. Three days after the order was placed, CARiD e-mailed me requesting more money to cover the shipping cost. After speaking on the phone with customer service for over an hour, they attempted to blame me for not entering my zip code. After I convinced them that a zip code is required to place the order, they refused to honor the free shipping that is still advertised on their website. After I stated that I wanted a refund, they offered me store credit! I turned down their offer for store credit and am waiting for the refund on my card.

I am a returning customer of CARiD and i could not be more dissatisfied and insulted. I feel completely taken advantage of and a victim of a company whose polices are not in the best interest of their customers. CARiD sent me a front bumper for my truck that is severely damaged and unusable. They refuse to replace the defective part and place the blame completely on me, the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone in my vast network of automotive enthusiasts and will be working diligently to seek refund for my $400 dollar purchase.

I order a hood and front bumper for more than 10days no tracking order or information available. Beware this is not a good company to order any part from, I called to get my refund and they are playing me around like football.the customer service doesn't have any update on my order and it's sad to go through this experience with them, the item was available on their website and when I called them to find out about the tracking number they told my the manufacturer company Is to be blamed for my order, i would never recommend this site for anyone.be

This joke of a company will send you the wrong items and lie if they do not have items you need. You will end up wasting time trying to get CARid to take their items back and issue you a refund for money paid. They get away with credit card payment because they are online and you will regret you gave them a try waiting to return items for shipping labels you cant get to return items, and no refund.

I have used them multiple times over the years. As usual, the ordering process was really quick and staff was able to answer all my questions. They go above and beyond to make sure all your questions have been answered.
I ordered a part and received in a timely manner with no defects, but I ordered the wrong part. Called about returning part and got great customer service and instructions on what to do. Would definitely order from them again!
This is the worst store. They sent the shipment to the wrong address (wrong state) after they said the order was cancelled. They said they redirected the order. Ultimately they still billed me even though I got a cancellation notice. After all that, the order was wrong. I'm pissed! I would not wish this service or their products on anyone. Stay away! Email me if you want to know more. These guys are the devil!
Sent me pics of the tires and rims i wanted. They sent me a totally different rims. Then when i called to advise they sent me the wrong rims. Juan the same salesman that sold them to me said "we don't exchange any rims and you have to keep what we sent you."
This is the worst company online in my opinion. Think long and hard before you order from Card.

I had ordered a bunch of parts (Over $3,000.00 CAN.) from CARiD in which I had thought it was a good site as it was one of the first one my google search. It turns out I had the worst customer service ever from being called a liar to not having my calls returned after being promised from a "Supervisor" which to me is a huge disappointment. They promised me priority shipping which somehow got changed to standard shipping. They tried to compensate me with a $50 gift certificate but I will never shop there again so I refused it! The company obviously should take a look at their "business" strategy. I am still waiting for a phone call after having to call in at least 5 times and a week later still nothing. I will never recommend this site to any one in the future!
I contacted CARid's customer service because a package I received was incorrect. Maria was the rep who assisted me and was extremely professional and highly competent. She quickly understood the problem and swiftly remedied the situation. Thank you very much!
I had purchased custom lights from another company, they leaked and they said they would get some condensation in them, this was more. I contacted Carid purchased a new set for a bit more but they work Great. Very satisfied.
Juan helped me out getting the best wheels and rims for my bmw 7 i had some concerns for the fitting but Juan easily answered all the questions and made the order easy and fast! Im very happy thanks guy
Ordered a part that web site said would fit. After stripping car down to fit, wrong part. Requested RMA they require pictures, no mention in installation instructions as none were supplied. Emailed for a month with no response, eventually called and asked to send the VIN got a response that the part "should fit" and only got partial refund.
CARID Carpet did not come close to fitting 1961 falcon. CARID sent the wrong item, though labeled 1961 Falcon. Had to cut it up considerably to get it sloppily installed. Still way off. Piping on one edge only. Carpet came in two pieces. Why? Item was of quality construction but, still DID NOT FIT! Mislabeled?
Requested refund or proper fit replacement. CARID did not care.

It seems like people like to be mistreated and cheated! Thats the only explanation why they continue to buy from Car ID so with that said whoever gets cheated or mistreated they well-deserve it for purchasing here.
There is not much to say just avoid spending your money in CARiD! You can always find what you need for your car and be appreciated somewhere alse. And for the record to apologize after so many emails and not fixing your wrong doing is not even necessary! Fix the problem and then apologize! May be then customers will come back to do business with you.
I have a 2017 camaro fifty anniversary so I purchased the oracle side markers witch arrived with imperfections on the lens and one didnt fit properly so I was ask to send pics to review and short after a reply was send to me that said I could only get 25 dollar credit due to I had installed the markers! So my question is how am I supost to to know if they fit properly if I dont install them? Anyway they can keep their $25 credit I just wont do business with them its not a good place to spend my money if you were thinking about purchasing anything from them hopefully this helps you decide what to do but take in consideration the 50% of a satisfactory purchase is great customer service! They dont have that! If you were lucky the item you purchase its in good shape thatll be OK if you have problems with your items dont spect them to follow through.

Had a question that I was sure about. Love response was extremely prompt and answered my question well. Amelia was very patient and provided several helpful links that helped me find what I needed. Felt like a good experience overall.
I ordered a set of car mats and the product quality is good. However, they sent me two left side, backseat mats (instead of a left and a right). I contacted them and they wanted me to do the following:
- Digital photos of the mats
- Cars VIN# to confirm what I ordered matched my vehicle (which they should already have!)
- Photo of the part number from the box and the mat itself
- In addition, they would have to place a new order for the replacement and charge my card. They would then refund me when they received my return.
I should not have to do all this work and be inconvenienced for a mistake THEY made.
The products seem good, but beware if you have to return something.
