“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I placed an order on the 21st of September of these guys. After 6 shipping delays my "new" estimated shipping date is October 16th. Keep in mind that this will be the 6th time they've given me a new shipping date with no explanation as to why. I ordered some carbon fiber pieces for my 2014 IS350 f sport. Not a difficult or old car. If they would have told me it was out of stock or not produced (which I assume is the case as after multiple inquires the agent never gave me a reason) then I would have just ordered similar pieces off of eBay or amazon and gotten them long ago. Terrible customer service.

I received a Porsche part (hood gas strut/support) and the fitment wasn't even close. OEM cartridge is 7" long and the part sent to me was over twice that long. I was required to e mail a photo of both struts, VIN number of the Porsche, numbers off the shipping package. I did and in three days haven't heard from them. I called and they say they never received the e mail but would look into it and get back with me in 72 hours. I am suspicious that I'm being put off. I have ordered from this company a couple of years ago and was happy with the items ordered. Never again from CARid.

They are a 10+ in my book. Aldo and jamie were so helpfull to me with great concern for my minor issue. Extremely professional and patient with our phone conversation.and i love my leather seat covers look like factory application, weather tech mats and rain window shields. All top quality with great value. Highly recommend++++++++

It has been a pleasure working with customer service. I talked to Axel regarding nerf bars. Axel went through a number of options for my car and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase and he actually recommended an option that wasn't the most expensive - very impressed.

Purchased CoverKing Leatherette seat covers for A Ford F-250 XL Super Duty pick up truck. Explained thoroughly the configuration of the vehicle with the salesman. Was told that my shipment would by delivered in 10 business days. I finally recieved them today, exactly 1 month later. I opened the boxes and discovered they were for a totally different truck. Extremely disappointed. Everytime I've tried contacting someone at the company, the always have some sorry excuse. I've had it with them!

Good selections, decent prices, even good customer service. But over 55 Days now to recieve my complete 3 item order, and what I have received has either been broken upon delivery (twice so far) or been the completely wrong part all together. When made to "Prove" to them the parts are wrong I now told to watch for shipping label email with in next week and they will only issue a store credit upon recieving?
Thinking about taking a loss and selling part on ebay for partial refund cause I will never buy here again.

Ordered two headlights for my Tacoma. Without even unboxing them I sent them back for a full refund with permission given from customer service at carid. Two months later I still only have reimbursement for one of the two I sent back. I've called 4 times and emailed 3 times. Every response is the same. " The refund is being processed. It just got started yesterday so allow 3-5 business days for refund". How can the refund process just start yesterday on three separate occasions a week apart? I'm being jerked around. A month has passed and still no refund. They have the part and my money. They said they would have a supervisor contact me in 48hrs or less. Still no word from them. I am contacting my credit card company today to file fraud charges. These folks are ridiculous!

I ordered a Koyorad radiator but received an inferior TYC. I initiated an exchange process which took 3 weeks only to receive another identical TYC in place of the one I returned. Nearly 4 weeks later and my Land Cruiser is still sidelined. I have since read in online forums that this is standard practice for CarID.com. Never doing business with them again.

Ordered a set of wheels 7/1 was told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 months to receive, ok, I knew manufacturer was out of the at this time. Received wheels 8/19, wrong bolt pattern sent, had to take pics of car vin plate, label on boxes, un-box all wheels take pics and send copy of signed RMA. Still waiting on return shipping labels, was told I would receive them shortly on 8/22,5 days ago! They won't send correct wheels until they see that UPS has picked them up. Called them today said they were working on the problem ad the lables would be sent. I have sent many e-mails left phone messages most unanswered. Don't know what to do, thinking of contacting my credit card company and cancelling payment if that can be done. I have ordered from them before and never had a problem, returned one item that didn't fit with no problems?

This company is a total scam! Ordered wheels and tires on February 12 from website. Didn't receive any confirmation so I called. They proceed to tell me they are on backorder and it will be 3 weeks or they will refund the purchase at this time. It has now been over 2 months and no one there will return my messages. Money was taken out of my account right away and I haven't received my purchase. Today I filed a fraud claim with my bank and also with PayPal! Hoping to see my money back soon. Do your homework and stay away from this company! Wish I had came across this review site sooner! I see that one reviewer mentioned they were A+ rated by BBB and he didn't understand how. I looked on the BBB in the home state for this company and they are no longer listed. I wonder why? Thieves!

Buyer Beware Product warped and malled. Received my order for an entire body kit for dodge charger 1 week late. When order arrived, parts were deformed from the molding process they use. Not a single straight line on any bumper or side skirt. 1" plus size gaps all around. The ends of each part were malled or warped because they moved the parts out of the mold before the were fully cured. Terrible Terrible company. You get what you pay for, yes. And they are cheap, yes. Stay far away. My company is out $2,000 now because I couldn't fabricate all the parts enough with the deadline given by the customer. I could have molded new parts faster and cheaper than fix there's. I beg you not to do business with these people. Even a refund won't get my money I lost back.

Tip for consumers:
Spend a couple more dollars for a product that will work. At first the savings for the cheap cheap parts on this site look enticing. But you'll lose more money than you would, spending the extra bit for the better quality. None of their products work with the applications they are meant to.

I was going to order a CV/Axle for my old Honda and noticed Carid.com gave discounts of 10% to military and Veterans. I talked to a rep on the phone and he sent me an email with a embedded site to click on for the discount. When I went to do the purchase it gave me a 5% discount and then it added the 4.00 back to the shipping cost when I was checking out. A total BS deal. I won't ever order anything from these scammers

They are quick to sip your item but when it arrives wrong and/or you need to return you can't get them to respond. They have a 30 refund and you will not get a response until after that has expired so all they offer is a credit or replacement. We have been trying for 3 weeks to get an RMA and now no one there knows anything and they stopped answering the phone. We have emails stating they would issue an RMA and refund but they are not doing anything. Stay away from them, show elsewhere unless you like to throw money away

I contacted CARiD with some questions I had before placing an order. I used their chat feature to see if would be faster than sending an email. What a great experience! I chatted with Kristy and she was pleasant, professional and efficient! My questions were quickly answered and she even assisted with getting the proper items into my cart, ensuring they were the correct parts for my car and then sent me a link to, expedite the process. It doesnt get any easier than that! When the need arises, I will be back, but in the mean time, Im spreading the word about a company, CARiD, that cares about great customer service. Thanks! They sent me incorrect tires, lugs and shorted me one hub cap! Worse than that, they refuse to make it right! CARiD is a horrible company to work with. Please save yourself the grief.

I made the mistake of trying to deal with these people. First of all I ordered some parts from them and talked to their so called customer techs. The web site said "delivery within 24 to 72 hours. That turned into 12 days and was sent incomplete, however before that I canceled the order and they sent it anyway. I have continued to ask for my refund. As of 19 days they still haven't responded even though I have sent the package back to them as they asked. If there is a lesson to be learned I've learned a good one. I'll never buy anything from them as they are not people of integrity or honesty. I've already posted more detail information on facebook to warn any one who'll listen not to buy anything from this fly by night operation. Respectfully submitted, Marion Mendenhall

CoverKing seat covers for 2014 Dodge Ram 3500.
The product seems well made. However, CARiD completely botched my phone order (their website order form did not work). After waiting 2 months for my backordered items, I received $500 of useless covers. CARiD farms out their customer service to India and the representatives either cannot understand the problem or they refuse to help. In addition, they are rude. I did not receive even a partial refund. No exchange. Nothing. They blamed the manufacturer completely and CoverKing states the seats were sewn as ordered by CARiD. I thoroughly researched the product and neglected to look at credible reviews of the vendor... which are mostly variations of my story. I hope this helps someone avoid my costly mistake.

If you buy from this website, hope that you don't have a problem because their customer service is terrible. Tried calling several times and there were alway at least 18 people ahead of me in line, sometimes over 30 people in the queue. I sent an email to their customer service and they responded four days later. They asked for digital photos of the product, the vehicle, and a number of other items that made absolutely no sense. It was nothing but a bureacratic way to making the customer go away without having to resolve the problem. Other websites would have taken a defective item back with no questions asked. Not these guys.

I had to return 2 parts that were wrong. The part numbers didn't even match what I ordered. I have been trying for 2 and a half months trying to get a refund. I did get refund for the cheaper part but not the 1 for $100.70. I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. I will never order from this company ever again and I hope nobody else does either. I don't want to see you get screwed like I did.

Total joke. Ordered and paid immediate. I was supposed to receive the part 3 working days later. Of course, 3 days they miraculously tell me, after I got ahold of them for the tracking number, that the part will need to be manufactured and then shipped 2 weeks later. Obviously they dont know customer service. Miracle joke2, the day it was supposed to ship, 2 weeks later, i get ahold of them again, and i am informed the part is no longer available. Lol They still do not know communication and or customer service. Thankfully i was on top of it to manage their weakness. Disgusted

I ordered a steering wheel and a mounting hub. Prices are fair and you can pay with affirm, so that's the only reason for the 2nd star. However, shipping is a lie. They said two days and took about 4 and when i contacted fedex... CarID hadn't even turned the package into them. So they lied about shipping the package and then I've been waiting a week for them to email me back with some information cause their customer service is absolutely horrible. I'm never buying from this site again, and i don't mean that to be a Karen. I literally know websites with similar prices and WAY better delivery. I mean even amazon has their stuff for the same price. I gave this company a chance and they're just disappointing.

Bought rims online guarantee fit I Think not. The shop knew what to do about the return procedures. Guy even called them a liar ay the took pictures etc cuz u have to to return. Took long time to get them. And it's taking a longer time to return them. Customer service lift a finger to help you. No replies from website calls after calls and emails. No one ever replies. Hold times wrong. Chat system bugged, you wait forever. The manager doesn't have an extension I think the people are just refusing to give it out. They even said he will call me he never did. Called at least 5 people in the company and was emailed not acting mad but they sure know how to make me mad. Fact that they caused hostility with my garage and called them on knowing a thing or two makes me think this site isn't legit. You place an order you are doomed. And you want a refund be very careful. It may take up to 2 additional weeks or lo get to recieve it.

What is wrong with this company...Still waiting on a return!? Wrote a jab on this site, and that even said they would get back to me... It took them 4 days. Everything they say is a lie. Does anyone know any action that would rectify getting my refund quicker. Perhaps a fradulant claim or criminal action, because I ofcourse have not gotten it and has been well over the timeframe given. Secondly maybe a class action suit should be set up for this kinda crap!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT GALORE!

I contacted CARiD and spoke with Tracy regarding a price match. Although I was not as prepared as I could have been prior to making the call, Tracy took the time and made the effort to validate the information needed to allow me to make the purchase using the price match guarantee. I felt appreciated as a customer. It is uncommon to experience this level of customer service.

Esteban made my ordering very easy. He knew all the answers to the questions I asked him. I wanted the grille in chrome, he checked and I was able to get it for the same price. I wish I can come in contact with all customer service reps like Him.

They're going to treat you like corporate treats everyone, like you don't mean $#*! to them. Ordered diablo comp 3 weeks ago and hasn't even shipped yet. When I called to ask bout it, their $#*!ty customer service rep hung up cus I was "frustrated" lol $#*!in $#*!.
