“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

They're going to treat you like corporate treats everyone, like you don't mean $#*! to them. Ordered diablo comp 3 weeks ago and hasn't even shipped yet. When I called to ask bout it, their $#*!ty customer service rep hung up cus I was "frustrated" lol $#*!in $#*!.

I bought a catalytic converter from them. After a few days, it started rattling and car was low on power. Weeks later, after jumping through all their warranty hoops, I'm still waiting on warranty approval. Their conveter was replaced by a local shop, problem fixed and car runs great. If you buy from CARiD, be aware you have no warranty on their parts.

I contacted CARiD and spoke with Tracy regarding a price match. Although I was not as prepared as I could have been prior to making the call, Tracy took the time and made the effort to validate the information needed to allow me to make the purchase using the price match guarantee. I felt appreciated as a customer. It is uncommon to experience this level of customer service.

I love this site. They have some of the cheapest prices and the live inventory is amazing. They even have a military discount. Most of my car parts ship from turn 14 anyway, so I always just look for the cheapest price and they usually have it.

I ordered a much needed part for my son-in-laws father for his Cadillac. A O2 sensor which is hard to find at a reasonable price. My son-in-law found the CARiD site on in mobile phone and I searched it on my home computer. We found the exact part we needed and the price was reasonable. I ordered it and CARiD stated it would be here on March 14 2016 by the end of the day. And they were true to their word! The part was great and it worked great! My son-in-law's father was very happy! Thank you CARiD!

The customer service is amazing. They are very helpful and know what they are looking for. The answers were fast. I was treated like a member of their team and/or family. Not only was the customer service amazing but the gear is making my vehicle look better.

Shipped wrong headlights. Terrible description. China made. Ordered 4-15-18. Got in 2 days from 200 miles away. Shipped back 18th. Had to call them many times. Finally got parts on 5-8-18. Wouldn't ship new ones out till I sent back wrong ones even if I paid for them. Said it would be a quick turnaround. Everyone I talked to spoke real poor english. I'm done with them!

Tip for consumers:
Worst company period!!!!! Stay away if you have a brain

I made a purchase and decided I didn't want it. Called them up and cancelled my order. I had a great customer service rep named Joshua. He was very helpful and courteous and refunded my money with no hassles. I will be doing business with them again.

I had a question with one of the products I bought and you had great service. I was able to get my product and get my shipping expedited. Car id has a lot of great products and Im glad to keep shopping there. You are able to enter your car model and get specific parts as well as getting universal parts of all different brands. You can also get deals for buying multiple things

I ordered Carbon fiber hood for my genesis coupe, the item was defective in that it wont close! The sides are several inches from the car, gap about an inch from fender
I took photos and emailed them to customer service, they asked for photo of the box and my car vin, i sent them that, they came back asking me to take it to autoshop!
Which is ridiculous.
I talked to them over the phone they said we can offer you $30!
I paid $500 for this useless thing, its a safety issue when hood doesn't close completely, if something happened i'm suing these people.
I wish i can upload the photos the part is defective i think its bend forward more than it should be, it would close in the front and keeps the sides from closing

Ridiculously bad customer experience for an online platform; Started with a phone order riddled with typos for the delivery address, spoke with sales associate who suggested that address would be updated by billing. After no updates/ corrections for the day, I came across the slew of negative experiences/ reviews and canceled the order online & on phone. There too, no updates or confirmation after 4 business days and 3 calls to customer service. Now speaking with my financial institution to cancel the transaction... havent had such an experience in the past decade... Stay away/ run the other way from Carid.com

Connor at carid was able to work with me on pricing because I was upset over the delivery fee that came in at the end. It showed free delivery until I was checking out. Connor discounted my purchase to make more affordable

So called technicians installed TPMS sensors without removing protective tape resulting in false pressure reading and warning light in my car. Carid told me it was likely manufacturer defect with TPMS sensors they purchased from Mercedes Dealer and told me to take it there under warranty. Dealer corrected the issue and removed protection tape from sensors and all works fine now. Unfortunately I had to pay $260 to the dealer for Carid installer failure to remove protective tape from sensors once they were installed. Not getting any response from Carid customer service about reimbursement for the fee I had to pay the dealer. I guess opening a dispute with my credit card bank will be my next step.

What a joke these folks are... I made two orders and both were messed up
The real rating is OOOOO!
Could not get any satisfaction from the idiots that I spoke with...
Sorry for my attitude but I think that they do not understand basic business practices should not be trying to sell things to the public while being so non efficient.
IDIOTS!

This is my third time writing about the Company, Carid.com Auto Parts website. I ordered a set of rims and lug nuts, I was promised 2-3 day delivery and it took 3 weeks to get the rims and over a month to get the lug nuts. I was charged for pack of 40 lug nuts the price was 98.00 and when the box arrived today there was only 16 lug nuts in the box. I have filed complaint after complaint with the customer service and nothing ever happens.
It has been a nightmare.

Stay away from Carid.com

Rims were mounted on my vehicle, I had to buy lug nuts from a local shop.

I ordered my items mid day and a few hrs later I received an email saying my item shipped. The next day my order was at my door. Now this is what I call service. I will defiantly order from CariD again!

400 Dollars for a damaged product and all they can do is a 50 dollar refund and 25 dollar gift card?!?! What kind of business is this? Smh im deeply dissatisfied. This was for my mothers vehicle and it was her money.

Dont buy major and expensive parts from this site.

I returned two mirrors to CARID by UPS and they claim only one was in the box. I spoke to Wagner on the phone a few days ago and he said they were received and I would get my refund. Days went by and no refund but they send me another return label. I have the UPS receipt showing the weight and that both were in one box! They called me a liar by saying as soon as I returned the other mirror I would get my money. I will never use them again and I will let everyone know that I returned their merchandise and they kept my money! Shame on them! Don't use them unless you want to risk losing your money should you need to make a return.

I've purchased in channel wind deflectors from AVS that didn't stick very well. So I called CARiD's 800 number to notify them of this problem. I got a message to just leave a call back number due to heavy volume. It took about 4 hours for someone named Diego to call back. He was very patience and took the time to explain how I should prepare the area for reapplication. Then send replacement tapes that I actually received the next day. That was a nice surprise over the long wait to get thru their phone system. Thanks!

I recently had the wrong spark plugs shipped and was a bit frustrated as I wanted them for my next track day.
