“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I recently had the wrong spark plugs shipped and was a bit frustrated as I wanted them for my next track day. To my luck I was able to get Daniela, who was very help in making the exchange process a breeze. Been ordering form CarID for a few months now and love the selection and prices. And the shipping is lightning fast! Highly recommended.

I have been ordering from CARID.com for a couple years now and they have not only sent me quality parts, they have also provided me with great customer service. I have returned a couple products to them and there was always someone available to help me process my returns. They have an excellent customer service staff who have always been willing to assist me. I would recommend CARID to anyone.

We purchased a truck bed liner from CarID. They shipped it to us, but it never arrived. As we tried to track down what was happening, the shipper provided us more accurate information than CarID. Eventually, CarID tols the shipper to return the liner to them, denied that they had done so, told us that it was still scheduled to be delivered. We checked back with the shipper, who gave us the name of the CarID employee who signed for the return. When we took that back to them, they just cancelled the order. They said they would refund our money, but it hasn't happened yet, so I had to stop payment with my credit card company. I don't care what their prices are. We will NEVER buy from them again. Terrible customer service!

This company has the worst customer service and second sources all their parts! It is just a bunch of people sitting behind computers ordering from other sites. THEY HAVE NO WAREHOUSE OF THEIR OWN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered over 2,000.00 worth of tool boxes that came damaged. I am a business and I rejected the load and was sent back on the same truck it came on. It took over 30 phone calls, 6 diff supervisors, and over 60 days and never got my money back. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get it back! Customer Service is horrendous if you can even talk to someone no one has a clue! I reordered the tool boxes from the same company they did and saved over 400.00 from their markup on the boxes! What a joke! Stay away from this company they are fraudulent in their claims of saying in stock when they don't even stock the products they sell! Do your homework about this company before you even think of ordering from them and see how many bad reviews they have!

Long story. I bought 4 tpms sensors and one came defective. Four emails and four phone calls later, no resolution. Hold times on phone are 20-50 minutes. Annoying "be positive chatter while on hold. Got through once and agent couldn't hear me because of noise in call center and hung up on me. They asked me to go to website and order another, their FAST return option. They charged me for replacement and shipping for two orders, but won't give me an authorization to send the defective product back for a refund.

Purchased over 4K in aftermarket parts. My shop had trouble installing head lights and waited on hold for over an hour. I called in for a return. Sales picked up the phone in 30sec. Support!? Still on hold... I think it's been 2 days now. If you want to save 5 bucks go for it. CARID is the ticket. If your time is worth more than $20 and hour stay far far away! Would use a local after market shop moving forward.

If you have an trouble with your order you receive no help and are given the run around.
You will be told that they will get back to you with an answer in 24-48 hours and nothing. In my case a full month of no answers and still going... They can care less about any fustrations they cause you. With so many other options out there for ordeing car/truck parts think twice before ordering from CAR ID

Tip for consumers:
Avoid using CAR ID. They assume no sense of responsibility with their parts.

My husband and I called to get some information on a product and was helped by Jorgio. Not only did he answer our questions but placed our order for us and was able to give us a discount on shipping. Would not have any hesitations on purchasing from this company in the future!

Bought shock and strut set, received 3 on time and the last one was 2 days later and I had to drive 20 miles to pick it up from UPS store. Next purchased set of coil springs Tuesday and had them expedited for Friday so I can have them before Sunday. I received all but one, they called me Thursday after I received package and said the other is being shipped ground and I will have Monday. Had to pay mechanic more.

First read what they sent me in an email...

"Dear Mike,
My name is Amalia and I am from the Voice Of Client department at CARiD.com. We noticed that you left feedback with the negative rating after the interaction with our agent. It is really important and helpful for us.

I am extremely sorry to know that you were not provided with the proper level of customer service assistance. Please accept my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience it caused to you..."

Now, after 20 e-mails plus as many phone calls, it very easy to hate this company. They are a bunch of liars and will tell you anything. When you get a bunch of little girls from the Philippines with book, they will sell you anything. Problems here when you need to send the product back. After, 3 weeks of calling and e-mails I will get my shocks next week. Why, because I was promised air UPS shipping but they used ground shipping. Amelia and Jena.ra you can keep your $25 coupon. Your company is a bulls__t company.

I placed an order on May 04,2020 for a total of around $225. After numerous "shipping delays" Between June and July, I decided to switch to a different product as this was supposed to be a Father's Day gift for my husband. I spent 48 minutes on hold before I was able to speak with an agent (Mike Roa) who "assisted" me in the item change request and assured me that the item I was switching to was in stock. There was a slight price increase for the new product so I was emailed a PayPal invoice for the difference. I paid immediately (within an hour of receiving). It's now been 4 days since I paid the difference so I called for an update. The new item is now showing out of stock and I'm $300 and 3 months in with no item, no resolution and no refund. Absolute WORST car part website and customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered Nerf Bars for my 2016 Jeep Renegade. My Mechanic tried for 6 hours to install (with a couple calls to the manufacturer as well) He showed me what was happening and it didn't seem like I would ever have a secure fit. The only other option would be welding them to my car! Not an Option!

No question asked Return Policy was a joke! Customer service was ridiculous asking for pictures of why the part wouldn't fit! I was on the phone with them twice both time's for an Hour. I finally got them to send me a return slip! We'll see if it ever shows up!

I will NEVER use this company again!

Ordered an in stock item dash cam. They didnt ship it even though they stated it was in stock. I requested a refund, which CarID agreed to then never sent it. Filed a complaint with my CC company and they lied and refused to refund. This company is just full of liars and cheats. Avoid at all costs.

I had to contact CarID.com to ask a question about the dash board cover I wanted to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when Art answered my call. He was very helpful and accommodating. Dealing with Art was a pleasure and I intend to order other items for my Ridgeline due in large part because of Arts customer service.

I received a email that my order shipped. I called after 5 days and it never actually shipped. They said it would ship that day. It didn't ship for another 2 days which put it over a weekend and made the shipping go from 5 days to 7. I buy Jeep accessories all the time and I now go somewhere else.

The worst online experience I have ever had... I will go on every review site and warn customers to never purchase from this site. I called three times and painstakingly ordered my headlights over the phone. Paid extra for express shipping because the part needed to go to New York to be carried to me in Jamaica. When the part got to me in Jamaica it was an entirely different part. I called them back with my issue and with my tracking information. I was told because I did not have the UPS packaging I am screwed. The manager Joseph was an $#*! and now I have a part I can't use and I am out over $500 and still will have to purchase the part. I repeat never order from this site ever!

I filled out a application with Carid and ordered bumper mounts and they sent them to Alabama instead of my home address in Pa. Then they charged me for their mistake so i had to pay shipping two times for the same parts, i will never use these folks again, they put all the blame on me and if it were my falt i wouldn't be losing and wasting my time on writing this, dont do your shopping here

I recently ordered a product that said in stock when It was ordered, one month later I was informed it was on back order... one week later I received an email saying it was discontinued. I called customer service and the curious continued. I was emailed a list of brake lights, none of them matched the one I ordered but I picked a set from the list through email. And of course no reply back for another month. I called customer service again because they used my credit card without even telling me first. Hear my words DONT buy anything from Carid, your first order might go fine but they will get you eventually...

Don't believe Google reviews on this site. As a company, you can apparently pay India/Indonesa 50 cents per positive review. That is the only reason I can think of why this company has a 4/5 rating.

They are basically corrupt. I tried to return a shipped item. Before they processed my RMA, they demanded they had to have the tracking number... even though I included the proper paperwork on the outside and inside of package.

Then they denied my $350 return because of missing parts. I unpacked and packed all the items (3 total... box of nuts bolts, 2 running boards).

THis company is untrustworthy.

I ordered a pair of headlights from them they didn't fit. They said they should fit and told me I had to take pictures to show what was wrong before they could refund my shipping and restock fee. They wanted me to take the bumper and old headlights back out to take pictures. Never again will I shop with these scammers
