“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I just recently made two purchases over two days and was very pleased with the experience. All of the customer service representatives have been very professional and understanding of all my questions. I will definitely be using CARid again.

I was promised a $25 gift card for writing a review and I never received it. I emailed the company. Hopefully they will honor it. I did order somethings for my truck. They arrived in time with no problems

Pretty much took about 810 dollars from me. They refuse to answer my call (kept getting voicemail even during working hours) and when they finally do answer i tell them its to cancel an order they say ask for my order number and then put me on hold only to hang up on me. I placed my order may 15th and they have been playing games since i ordered my rims and tires... i wish i would of read reviews before i bought from there. The worst place ever bunch of $#*!s who think it is ok to just take money from anyone and everyone.

Ordered a set of seat covers and supposedly was to take 7 to 10 business days, the next week I get a email that said my order had been processed, just like I had just placed the order. Called customer service and complained that it would now take another week. They offered me a 25% inconvince coupon. I told them that if thats the way they were going to treat me, that there's no way I would order from them again and they could keep there coupon. Have been told that they offer coupons and discounts for people giving them positive reviews. Stay away.

Ordered two cabin filters for 2012 camry; was sent two for 00-08 honda S2000. When called to notify had to jump thru several hoops to get them to even agree to return. I now have to drive round trip to a UPS location to drop off; If I could have used post office it is much closer but NO. The service sales is okay but if they generate the problem it SUCKS. In addition they would send me a $25 gift card for next purchase ( which won't happen) but could not write off a 7-8 dollar purchase. Well fool me once shame on them; fool me twice shame on me.

I dealt with a customer service rep named Alex who was extremely courteous, and had plenty of knowledge of his products and their stock of said products. I highly recommend CarID to anyone looking for additions to their car!

I ordered a pair of headlights from them they didn't fit. They said they should fit and told me I had to take pictures to show what was wrong before they could refund my shipping and restock fee. They wanted me to take the bumper and old headlights back out to take pictures. Never again will I shop with these scammers

Ordered a power steering assist. Site said it would be delivered in 2 days. It wasn't, called to hear it will be delivered today. It wasn't. Went on live chat and they disconnected me. Calling bank to stop payment

Sold me a steering wheel they didn't even stock then lied to me for 3 months in a row about how "the ship date was pushed back" you sold me a wheel you didn't even have! Stop lying! Stop selling parts you dont even have! A waste of time and money even dealing with this company, and the customer service is trash i was on hold 3 times for more than an hour and they couldn't do anything but repeat the bull$#*! email about pushing the ship date back.

I paid for a full set of rear brake parts, pads, rotors, calipers. I was charged a core fee for the calipers. All of the charges and fees were paid with my credit card directly to CarID. No other company. I was promised a prepaid shipping label to return my core, and get my refund. Not only are they refusing to give me this, but they are trying to pawn me off to another company to pay for shipping and return the core to them. Shipping on 2 20lb parts will cost me as much as the core fee I'm due for refund, on top of the fact that it won't be to my original form of payment... instead they want to issue me a check. Why would this company think I'd be happy to eat the shipping cost, and send it to some other random place to get a check instead of my return on my credit card. Awful awful shady company.

I was a returning customer of CARID for 4 years. I bought a total of 4 sets of rims and tires. I live in Curacao, my orders usually take like 6 to 8 weeks before arriving at my home. My last sets were delivered without the center cap. As I was rebuilding a car from copart only, now 5 months later, my bad, as the car was done I opened I got the surprise. The biggest surprise I got was that CARID was not going to help me out due to their 30 days policy. They could trace back when and were the wheels were delivered. And if everything was there. But the policy my friend, that is the policy. Was great will it lasted. Don't worry, I will buy the caps from an other seller. But I will not be returning to CARID.

Horrible experience with Carid. Ordered parts online, received confirmation email and two days latter received email that order was voided. Called customer service to inquire why order was voided, had to leave message. Did not receive promised call back. Called later to sales because customer service closes at 6, but sales is open until 11. Sales representative could not determine why order was voided, but promised someone would call me following day. No call from Carid. Ordered parts from PartsGeek for same price and parts shipped next day. Would never order from Carid again!

I completed all the details to identify my 2014 Ram limited 1500 and needed to replace both headlights and taillights. Those suggested did not work because they only had one wiring harries and the OEM part has two. All I asked was to send back and replace with the more expensive OEM product. I would have had to pay to ship back, pay more to order the new parts and they refused.

This place is a flat out scam. The parts they suggest are wrong and they make it impossible to get the right parts. Do yourself a favor and dont try at all.

I will never again do business with CariD. The first part I ordered (headlights) was on back order and wasn't going to ship out until 2 months after I placed my order so I cancelled that one and picked out a different set that were cheaper and was refunded my money a week later. Placed that second order on 5/4/15 and was TOLD they were to ship out 5/6/15. I called today (5/9/15) to see if they had been shipped and was told my second set of headlights are also on back order and won't ship out until 7/8/15. Wish I would have been told that in the first place I would have just asked for a full refund and ordered them somewhere else. I will never again buy anything from CariD!

Wish I had seen this site before I placed an order with this dishonest company. Both products that I ordered were listed as in stock. A couple days after ordering I received an email saying the first product was back-ordered and gave me the option to cancel. I did, and this was handled promptly, however the product is STILL listed as in-stock on their site. This is just plain dishonest.

The second product I ordered was also listed as in-stock, and they sent me a shipped email with a UPS tracking code. However, accordinging to UPS, the product was never delivered to them. All I get from the company is email run around, and no refund as of yet.

Take your business elsewhere...

I've just recently stumbled upon CARiD a few months ago and have used them multiple times, for multiple vehicles since. I saved thousands of dollars buying from CARiD and they've gotten my parts order correct EVERY TIME! Some items even have free shipping. Great job CARiD. I've found my one stop shop for car parts. I will definitely recommend them. I've purchased parts for foreign and domestic cars and haven't been disappointed yet.

I purchased the incorrect rain gaurds for my son's 2007 F150 and call customer service to get help returning them. My customer rep. Juniper was very helpful and got me taken care of quickly. Always easy to deal with Carid.

Still after receiving two damaged bumpers, have still not received a call from management. Have been put off for over than two weeks saying that they never received the photos that I sent. But I followed all their guidelines, still no calls from management that I requested. Can't get any answers on what is being done. Only thing is, the account that was used, has charged a interest fee. So I tell them I need pmt of the interest fee since u can't get a refund, and they said they can't do this. So apparently it's ok to handle others money as it belongs to them, but when they can't do their job it's a different situation.

Now I was beginning to think they were respectful, since I finally received an email. But they end up giving me a 80.00 discount on a purchase, then I decided to cancel that order just within an hour, and once it was canceled that discount was no longer available for any other use. Even though it was a discount applied from customer relations, not a coupon.
So another reason not use this company.

Tip for consumers:
Not recommend. AND I WILL LET THE CHEVROLET DEALERS BE AWARE, AND SO MANY OTHERS. Will not stand behind their word. They will cut you off on chat sessions. Will not price match with their competitors. Charge for shipping, and sometimes double charge. Not honest at all.

I haven't purchased anything on this site and I don't think that I will be. I've been wanting to buy some rims and tires for my car. I come upon this site that tells me that a 20in rim will fit on my car. After crunching the numbers and doing measurements on my car, I don't see how what they suggested will fit on my car. So I try to live chat and guess what, no one there to answer my question. Shocking right? So I've emailed them because as a working man I can't call them during the hours they suggest because I work during those hours. Still no response. I'll try this again I'm thinking. If I buy rims and tires separate instead of a package like they give you, I can buy a lower profile tire and they will fit. UMM WRONG. They won't let you choose your size tire yourself. No thanks.

These guys suck! Customer service is non existent! Purchased step rails for my tundra. After a year they were rusted and falling apart. They have a three year warranty. I've been trying to get them replaced for three months. They keep saying they are on the way... Three months... WTF!

Tip for consumers:
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Good service is hard to find. I liked the look of your website, it's easy to navigate. But, it was my first order and I was worried. I knew the Bestop was what I wanted.
Surprise came by UPS in 4 days. That's good service.
