“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I was interested in purchasing mats for my Escalade, but was concerned about the proper fit and cutouts. I called and spoke with Edward who assured me that the mats would be compatible with my existing trim. And, if not, then a return would be available. This solidified my decision to purchase from CARiD. I liked the knowledge and customer service. The mats are great.

For any of you car enthusiasts out there... avoid purchasing from CARID.COM.
They advertised a part for my car, i bought it and took it to my mechanic to install. Guess what... doesn't fit. Wrong info on their website states that it fits my 2019 CRV. Digging a bit, the manufacturer website shows that it doesn't fit... they don't even make this part for my car. CARID has SO VERY GENEROUSLY offered me a $50 gift card towards future purchases but refuses to refund the $600 in mechanics charges for install/remove/reinstall original parts. Their response "guess you'll have to take it to court"... yes, really

This company has the worst customer service! I made a complaint about the missing rear window deflectors and have tried calling their customer support, status and emails and none resulted in positive response. Do NOT buy any products from this company -- I won't!

Super aggravated with this company. Ordered a set of headlights on Oct 17, and have yet to recieve them. It is January 23. Contacted them twice and they keep pushing back the shipping date. Needed them to get my car inspected and thought they would be here 4 months later! They are supposed to be shipped now on the 26th of this month so we shall see

Don't unless you wanna wait 6 months for your parts.

Make sure rims fit before you buy. Do your own research and do not rely on their fitment system. I have been shopping one rim in particular. MRR HR9. For months it said that the rim is guaranteed to fit my car. Go back a week or so ago and all of a sudden the rims do not fit. The funny thing is I'm also speaking with a MRR representative and they say the rim fits. What to do? Who's right?

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Need a credit for $80 for a part that did not work. Was past the 30 days, but was hopeful they would work with me. They weren't. I've alerted BBB, fed trade commission, New Jersey dept of consumer affairs, attorney generals office, fraud.org, and local consumer help TV stations. Do NOT do business with this company. Period.

Love this company I would recommend this company to all my friends. They have all the parts that you are looking for, price are great get your product in a reasonable time you also can track your product. I had a problem with my order call customer service they call the company that made my product while they put me on hold and in less than a minute I had a answer they also gave me a 25$ gift card towards my next purchase thanks Carid. I placed a 7K order with Issac yesterday and went to check and they never shipped then they sent an email requesting a form being sent to them when I called to check on my order. I asked the sales rep if the stuff was even in stock and he said of course however Issac said it had to be dropped shipped yesterday. This proves that this company has pure liars handling their customer service. They must train the employees there to lie. Stay away from this SCAM company.

I ordered a wheel and on Thursday morning they said that the wheel will ship the same day so I over night the wheel. On Friday it still did not ship so I called and they said that it will be delivered on sat morning and it still did not ship so the next time to get the order will be Friday and when I called to complain about this they transferred me to 6 different departments. This is the worse customer service that I have seen. I have no plans to ever do business with this company again. They said that they will credit the over night charge but that does not make up the wages I am losing due to the wheel not coming on time. When you are told twice that this will ship and arrive on a certain day they should make sure that it happens.

They take your money but never live up to all the promises they make. Promise delivery with in a week, but 3 weeks out no wheels. Won't cancel the order nor will they refund your money. YOU ARE STUCK!

(1/23/15) This is an update to my previous review:
Ordered on 1/13/15 and was told by phone sales rep and email confirmation the est. Ship date was 1/15 and when I called to get tracking in on 1/15, I was told that this item is a "Manufactured Item" and it always take 5 to 7 days to ship out and ship out date was changed to 1/21. I called on 1/21 to get tracking info and the est. Shipping date was changed again to 2/9/15. I don't understand how these people stay in business... probably launch a new website whenever business stops receiving orders. By the way, ONYX Enterprises (www.onyxenterprises.com) is the main company.
Do not spend your hard earned money with these idiots!

I can only assume the parts are coming from China and they pretty much lie to every single customer about the ship date.

Lied to twice trying to get a ski rack for my car.

Bought a rack and a ski holder at the same time, get an email that they both ship. Rack shows up but no ski holder. Call up Carid and they say oops its backordered. They never informed me or let me know that. I even called UPS to see if they messed up delivery. So I talk to the representative and agree to buy a different, more expensive rack that he promises will ship the next day so I can still make my trip. 24 hours pass and I get am email stating that it will ship 5 days later. Even though I was promised that it was in stock and ready to go. Come to find out, they ship direct from manufacturer so they have no idea if they can actually ship you the item they just sold you.

Buyer beware they are liars and poor communicators.

I was needing to get two new tires and my size is very hard to find. The tires I am using now are not sold anymore. I had no idea on the other names of tires so being unsure and looking around I was lucky enough to go to CARiD and talk to Frank. He was wonderful he talked with me and told me a lot of information and when I looked on line to double check he was correct. He seemed to really understand me and when I told him kind of what I was doing he actually got it so well that he could tell me what I was doing before I could so I knew that his info was spot on. He also worked with me on the shipping and getting me in on a sale before it went up. He sent me an email so that I could finish my order. The only reason I would give four stars was because when he sent me more info he wrote down the wrong year on my car but that did not cause a problem this time because it was tires. But for this review it is five.

Have them send y0u an email with your car year and make and any extras sent to you and double check that it is correct.

Ordered a rim and they said the manufacturer didn't have it in stock and it was an inventory error and then I requested refund multiple times and then they still shipped a rim from a different manufacturer when I had already requested the refund I would NOT recommend this company for anything. They lie and steal! I had to request a chargeback

The tail light trim that I ordered for my 2010 Charger did not fit. I had to pay the shipping charges to return the product in order to get a refund. I also had paid the original shipping charge. I should add that the man I spoke to on the phone didn't believe me... I had to send photos showing the problem. A lot of effort which resulted in a hefty bill and no product.

The first impression is the one that count most. For me it'd been great. No waiting time to chat with me, associate Bryan knew the product and specs. Wich is important cuz with some other sellers they say I think so or maybe wich is not a good answer for a customer. The delivery of my product had been really fast. So for me Carid is an excellent seller. And they have parts for my old mercury grand marquis ls 86. Most of the sellers dont have parts and accs. For it, so Im very happy that finally I found where to upgrade my car.

My husband purchased rain guards as a gift for Christmas for my new truck. Unfortunately, due to Covid and Mfg, we were unable to receive the truck until February. We waited for the cold weather to pass before installing the rain guards. Upon opening them in April, the 2 front guards were broken. We called CarID immediately. They said it was past the return date and refused to do anything. We managed to speak with a reasonable Supervisor, Fannie, who left a voice mail stating as a courtesy, the front guards would be replaced. They now refuse to replace the guards. So we will be taking the voice-mail to small claims court against this horrible company.

I bought a pair of headlights, which did not fit. I finally got through to a person who told me to take pics of the lights installed and send them to them. I couldn't install completely as (like I told them) they did not fit. A week goes by and all I can get from them is "the manufacturer is reviewing this to see if it's an installation problem." Really? My installer has been doing this for years and had never seen non-fit this bad. After that, they take another week to decide if they will allow a return. A total of three weeks has past and still no return. Apparently its quite an effort to generate and e-mail a shipping return label. So I'm out over $200 and this still isn't over! Avoid this company if you can!

I bought headlights from you guys and not even the first day one of the lenses burn from the inside and the seals aren't even glued right. Then I try to get a replacement and you say you cant give me a replacement because it's my fault. I have replaced my headlights twice and had no problems until i bought my third pair from you guys. I loved going to your site but this was so bad I'm taking this to a legal team.

I needed a right front door actuator for my ford explorer sport trac. Keep in mind I am as dumb as a rock when it comes to these things. I found CARiD online and called. I spoke with Winfield. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he took my information and looked up the correct part for me and also expedited the shipping so I could get my part in two days. In time for my mechanic to install it.
I have told my friends about CARiD and will be a repeat customer for life.

Order wheels & tires in October. I received the tires, but 4 months later im told they can not fulfill my wheel order. Now i have $1000 worth of useless tires that they did not want to return. After debating it with them, they told me to send the tires back and they will refund me. They received the tires i returned 5+ weeks ago and i am still waiting for the refund to be processed. Apparently the return warehouse hasnt processed the return yet. Again, 5+ weeks ago they received them. How long does it take to scan the return and process a return? This has been a nightmare in every phase.

The website was very user friendly. I found the product I was searching for, but still had a few questions. I called and spoke to Oscar in customer service who patiently answered all of my questions and verified the product was in stock and ready to ship. He answered all of my questions regarding returning the item if it did not fit. The item was a perfect match and was excellent quality. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again.

On May 27,2017 I ordered rims from CariD. Shipment was promised on May 30, then on June 2, then on June 5 and on June 6. By this time I attempted to cancel the order.
They refused to cancel the order, even though their site claims you can, but there is the feature do do so does not work. Feel robbed.

I worked with Elliot a few days ago thru the chat and was able to make some changes to the order last minute. Although the changes were not caught in time by the vendor Im still very pleased with the level of professionalism I experienced. I never felt like I was a bother. I truly felt like I received white glove service. My issue was met with concern as well as appreciation for me being a customer. I ended up purchasing a separate order for a set of Toyo Tires. Thank you Elliot for making Customer Service a priority in a World that is much about selfishness rather than Service!

I purchased some coilovers from this site and they got them to me quickly. However, for my application they just wouldn't coexist with my upper and lower control arms so I took them off and went back to stock. I requested an a return label on 4 different occasions. I would always get a return email saying they were going to get me a return label and I never received one. Each of the hour times I requested a return label I would then get the run around stating it was always someone else's problem and not theirs. Now I have 700$ paperweights that I have zero use for. I will never accept this as acceptable in regards to honest business practice. I haven't heard back from the company after my last email 3 weeks ago. No return label, no email back or any type of phone call. I would think some type of professional response would be more beneficial then leaving me out to dry on a purchase.
