“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I have placed multiple orders of many different products from CarID.com and the products have always been just as described and shipped quickly. One product arrived damaged from manufacturer and I was quickly given an exchange. I will definitely continue to order from CarID.com.

Ordered and lot of front end parts for ford f350 was promised they were in stock and would ship our the next day. Saw notice but I did not check thoughtfully the email and when arrived found half of the items were not shipped. When I call was told they were to busy to ship them. I had truck apart and asked that they expatiate the shipment and they refused. They promised a full refund but will not give confirmation for 48 hours. I will not order from them again.

When looking for the lights, we were unsure of what we needed. The customer service rep helped us find the exact parts needed for the job, the lights worked perfectly and the entire transaction was smooth. Delivery was faster than expected as well. If you plan on buying wheels and tires. Don't do it if you want them in a timely matter. I ordered mine 3 weeks ago! 3 weeks! When I first saw the wheels on the iron website they said, ships in 2-3 days. I then purchased them along with new tires. Well after the transaction had been complete I look at the confirmation which said"expected delivery date Aug 3rd. This was on July 13th. Well I contact them on the 1st to get some kind of assurance that I would be getting my stuff that I paid over 1300 bucks for when they said I would. Well they answer me after a few days which is after the "expected shipping date, and tell me that they havent even got them yet and when they receive them the still had to mount and balance them! Give me a break I've ordered stuff from China and got it sooner than these clowns can produce. Never again will I shop here.

I purchased some coilovers from this site and they got them to me quickly. However, for my application they just wouldn't coexist with my upper and lower control arms so I took them off and went back to stock. I requested an a return label on 4 different occasions. I would always get a return email saying they were going to get me a return label and I never received one. Each of the hour times I requested a return label I would then get the run around stating it was always someone else's problem and not theirs. Now I have 700$ paperweights that I have zero use for. I will never accept this as acceptable in regards to honest business practice. I haven't heard back from the company after my last email 3 weeks ago. No return label, no email back or any type of phone call. I would think some type of professional response would be more beneficial then leaving me out to dry on a purchase.

The sales rep I spoke with was very helpful! I did not feel pressured to buy anything... he was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. I needed a bike rack for my car and he explained all the options for my price range!

Ordered parts on June 9th with expected ship date of June 12th. By June 17th when parts had not shipped, called CARiD to cancel my order. The service rep hung up on me! Now that is what I call customer service... Not. I will never use them again. Poor communication and extremely poor training of reps in customer service 101. "

I called and spoke to Konrad and he searched for the part I needed and swore he found it, that wasn't the case. Now here I am almost 1 months later still trying to get me money back, even though they have the part back! Never do business with these people

Shipping went from free to $201. Immediately tried to cancel, but they advised they may not be able to. The would ship and I could get a refund. Considering it was for a $7 purchase, and the shipping is subtracted from the refund, that is not exactly helpful.

The shipping fees are defined by the shipping carrier and cannot be affected by CARiD. The shipping cost is reflected on our website at the checkout stage, after the shipping address and zip code information is filled out.

Cancellation is a two-step process and requires confirmation on the manufacturer's end in order to avoid any further complications. As the normal turnaround time for cancellation is 3-5 business days, we are unable to guarantee cancellation if the product's shipping date is set on the same day or the following one as sometimes products are shipped faster than expected. However, we are always ready to assist and provide the return documents to return the product back for refund or offer compensation if the client will decide to keep the product.

I was doing research to find the best price and had put the carid listing beside an ebay one and went with the carid because it listed the shipping as 0.00 which was not the case as listed on the order page displayed. I'm sticking to ebay from now on.

First off I made a large order, I paid $856 I believe to be correct. The shocks do not fit my vehicle, the headlights the fog lights the other good to go. When I called in to return a few items so I could decide what else I wanted to get do to the front left being the wrong lift the suspension on the rear end being in incorrect size and wanting to return the LED lights to make further purchases. It was in issue all the sudden there's all these fees that go into it and I'm going to have to pay all the shipping cost. I don't see why anybody would use his company, all I was trying to do was returned them and make another purchase, but was told I'm going to have fees on top of it. Why would I want to be a returning customer to a company to be misled by customer service? This is not a good idea to purchase anything for this business.

I ordered wheels and tires and it clearly read "Free shipping on this item" for both... but I was charged $160 additional to the total amount for shipping... I'm disputing the charge to my card due to fraud and they can keep the wheels and tires... buy elsewhere

I looked around for a ford focus regulator but I needed it with in 4 to 5 days. I looked all over and the best everyone could do is a week then I called Car ID they said it would come with in 4 days and it arrived around 7 am after the 4 days. The part was identical to the other one and work flawlessly. I would recommend them to everyone.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. The parts came quickly except they sent me the wrong MAF adapter and refuse to either refund my money or send the correct part. This is my first and last time ordering from these crooks, and I buy lots of parts weekly...

This is the worst company I have ever dealth with. I ordered my wheels with them and they called back after 3 months of not knowing a ship date or anything to tell me that it was special order and if I can consider picking another wheels.So after another another 3 months ( they already charged me for the whole order) they come with the same bs... It took me 10 months to get my money back after talking with unprofessional staff!

I read some of the bad reviews below and I have to say I agree with a lot of them. They are a middleman which means if there is a problem, it's a lot of work getting that problem fixed. I wanted to return an item and they bent over backwards to try and get me to keep the item which immediately drew some red flags - this goes back to them being a middleman, they have no control over what the manufacturer does, or if they are going to refund, which means you or carid are out the money pending this is the case and most likely it will be you. Make sure what you buy from them is the right item, do research, because "easy returns" as stated on the home page of the carid webstie will not be the case.

I ordered a pair of mirrors for my car 2 months ago and i just got another e-mail that my product was going to be on back order for another couple months. I called and demanded why i can't receive my product in a reasonable timeframe and all they did was tell me that they can upsell me he carbon fiber ones that i do not want. I demanded that i wanted them ONLY if i was not going to pay a penny more. The website still lists it as in-stock. That is false advertising. I filed a report with the BBB and will let yelp also know of your shady business methods

They wanted me to reinstall a defective strut (with the wrong spring) on the car and take more pictures for a refund. There tune changed when I contacted the credit card company. Lowlife company and parts.

Requested return of fog light online for Car ID on 8/6/17. Followed up with call on 8/7/17. Told would receive return shipping label in 24-72 hours. 8/10/17 still no label and run around when I call. Company will not allow me to speak to a manager and is aksing for additional time to just email a freakin shipping label. Would NEVER purchase from this company again.

I used their systems to find the correct seat covers (for the 6th time). The system has an error in it and the seats do not fit. They wouldn't just accept them back. I had to take a picture of them not fitting and a photo of my vin. I took a photo of the covers next to the seats (they won't go on). They said I should have known they would not fit (I used their system to determine they worked fit which also says covers may not match those shown). They still wouldn't budge. Never deal with a company that has such bad customer service,

I needed 2 factory OEM quality replacement steel wheels for a 2009 Hyundai Sanota. Needed to be same specs so factory hubcaps would fit. Found great quality and a price 1/3rd the cost of OE. Fast shipping and good customer service

I looked up a variety of websites last week and gave several a call. I checked a DashMat on the phone from CARiD.com(I presume after looking at pics of you)a young lady named Lisa whom was very helpful, patient, pleasing to work with, and had good product knowledge. I also needed more info on seat covers to investigate and review. Once I have digested and checked other reviews, I'll call back (probably this P.M.) and order the items I need. It's very important to me to have the proper info as I hate the process of sending things back and I want a good product and working relationship with as few places to deal with as possible and a continued relationship with a representative that is familiar with me, my auto, and my circumstances as to not repeat myself and expedite the sale not only for myself but for Lisa also as I'm not the only customer out there. I'm an older guy who hasn't bought a new car for a long time. I have very limited knowledge, so I need people like Lisa... Thanks!

I ordered a set of tires/wheels 1200 bucks. They didnt update order progress. 1st rep. Lied and said the items would be shipped within two days. 5 days later receive email that my order would be delayed another two weeks. 2nd rep. Refused to cancel the order and provide refund, which is illegal (even in NJ). Filed a merchant dispute with my bank to get my money back in 10-30 days.
