“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Order *******.
Here it is, customer service, I guess Carid will tell me I'll get it next year?
This is the order that I ordered on April 19th 2017, still have not received my order from Carid.com, every month they tell me it will be shipped the following month, I think they screwed up on the shipping cost and keep telling me it's the manufacturers fault, they keep offering to cancel the order for me but not to give me a solution

We ordered a $30 part and was charged $115 for shipping. Not a heavy item- it was plastic and light.
Had to return the item because it was not as described in the information provided - and got NO shipping amount refunded.

I ordered some wheels on the 21st of February, they were suppose to be shipped on the 2nd of March. To date I haven't received any information about the status of my order. I have tried calling, no luck. I have tried emailing, no luck. I have tried using the live chat feature on the website, no luck. Then I log into my account on the website today only to not be presented with my order history, shady to say the least. A process that I anticipated being smooth, has turned into an effort in futility to obtain my funds as I'm no longer interested in the goods. My advice to anyone don't purchase from this company, as it's very frustrating and a waste of time.

I purchased a set of wheels and tires from them and they were mounted and balanced. When they were installed on the truck the truck couldn't be driven over 50 mph. I took it to a tire shop and not a single tire was balanced. After several e-mails with Carid customer service they told me the tires we within spec. When I asked how it could be in spec and not drive over 50 mph without shaking they stopped responding to my e-mails.

Recently was looking for an A/C pump and found it for a good price on Carid. Looked threw to see what the warranty was and did not see it. Contacted the online service and Amanda, tech support, helped me find what I was looking for. She was very quick and very courteous for what I was looking for. Thank you very much and I will tell other people about Carid.

I ordered four rims, when the website said there were four in stock. After a week, I'm told they aren't in stock and will be shipped in another 2 weeks. On the ship date, they are still out of stock. A week later, they are in stock but have not shipped. A week after that and still no shipping, I cancel the order. It has now been a week since cancelling and it is still "cancellation requested". Every time you call customer service, you are told all they can do is email the manufacturer and "wait 3-5 business days for a response". In the month+ process, I have sent 4 requests to the manufacturer and have not heard a single one back. Horrible service, they are just a middle man who have no control over the products they sell. I would say go literally anywhere else for parts and services.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. Use Tire Rack.

I paid for a spoiler, $250 two months ago, it was backordered, I have called them 3 times asking the status of my order. Today I called and they said, oh, yeah, the manufacturer cancelled the order due to it being backordered. I asked them when they were going to let me know that the order was cancelled and got no response. Crap company, I hope my review is seen by people and that they don't use them.

I ordered a hood for my challenger took about 2 weeks to get and it ended up broken and some cracks on it also the quality wasn't really perfect made had big gaps. Called them the first day I got it they told they can only discount 50 bucks, and I had to take it to a professional shop where they can send it down and make it fit in right. How bad the hood was I had to throw it away, even if I installed it It the hood would've came flying off because how bad the quality was. Not cool at all.

I order a spoiler (came damaged and didn't even fit) and a sway bar (was sent to neihbors that had opened it) I requested a refund and they asked me to take pictures of the product which I sent. And after that they just ghosted me. I still havent gotten my refund for these products that I can't even use. Avoid these guys. Customer service here is terrible.

Just avoid this site.

Sadly I had to cancel part of my order at the last minute, but the guy who helped me was great. He did the impossible and got the my order canceled, even though others said it was too late. Thank you Sergio for all of your help. I am going to re-order the part I canceled soon.

Purchased wheel to replce original. Stayed in ad that it was direct fit for my vehicle. It was not. It was wider than the original wheel and they refused to let me return it. I will never do business with them again. My credit card company is on my side.

I asked more than twice if they had the 2 rims on hand ready to ship. I explained I say on hand because that finish was cancelled and no longer available and had found 2 others at another place that had them on hand. Every time I was told yes they were on hand. Turns out they were not on hand. So I have 2 rims dropped off from the other site... that same day I get a call from carid. He was laughing about how I must have gotten my 2 ordered from their supplier. Really it would be $90 for me to ship those back take a $125 restock fee plus the shipping to have had them shipped to me... which would cost me $275 for them long to me. They tried to make it sound like they were doing me a favor by canceling and refunding the money from the order they can't fill... what a joke

My husband had searched through every company for shocks for his Jeep. When you live in Hawaii, you definitely cost-compare to find the company that will give you the best deal on shipping. I had placed the items in my shopping cart in order to make sure that they were in fact the best price. However, when it came to shipping, their prices were about the same. I customer service rep contacted via telephone and asked me why I hadnt placed the order. I explained my issue of the shipping costs and told him I was not paying the exorbitant amount per shock in shipping costs. He not only gave us a discount on the shipping costs to get the shocks here via UPS, but he gave us an additional discount for being military. It is hard to find companies that honor our military any more and we truly appreciate that recognition. That type of service is what we look for in order to get our parts to Hawaii! We will be ordering through CARiD again.

Sent me a $300 part in place of the $900 part I ordered. Additionally, I didn't get everything I ordered. They said they couldn't help because the vendor was refusing. They offered a $50 gift certificate (for my inconvenience) to the same website that had screwed me. Total BS company.

In case the wrong item was shipped to you, you should have had us contacted with this within 30 days from the delivery, so we could process an exchange or refund. The package was delivered to you on 06/07/2018. And you have contacted us with the issue on 10/31.

$2000 order for a retractable tonneau cover that accommodates racks; they send the wrong product and tell me it will take 30 days to exchange for the correct parts. Online and sales staff state they have the correct item in stock, ready to ship within two days, but they refuse to do so. Also refuse to explain why and tell me I have to pay for a pick up tag.

Tip for consumers:
This company does not stock any products and Had my order sent from a third party, not the manufacturer. Zero accountability and no way to correct mistakes.

I bought a set of tires and didn't like them so I called and asked to return them. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. After being put on hold multiple time and arguments with customer service they finnaly said it was cost me $200 to return them and I still might not get my money back.

Beware of shipping charges appearing to be $ 0 and changing at the moment order is placed to $15. They would not let me cancel order 30 secs after placing it or all the next day. I called repeatedly to try to reach someone in person since they were in CA supposedly I eventually reached someone I believe on the east coast first thing in the morning. Yet they said they didn't have time to cancel the order. The name of the site and the email addresses kept changing. I ordered a mop on the site ToolsID but have had to deal with this company. CarsID. When they finally agreed to let me return the order they only sent one UPS return form although they sent it in 2 packages and I told them that. My guess is now they will say it is too late anc I have missed a window.

Ad said guranteed to fit, ordered two quick struts for Caddy SRX, after several weeks, and three returns they still sent the wrong ones, then the 30 day return policy was long done. So we paid poatage to Canada three times and now have two useless struts. Never will deal with CariD again.

I purchased a set of wheels, only to get an email almost 2 weeks later saying my order has been canceled. I called asking why and nobody could give me an answer. Here I am waiting on my wheels to arrive any day now just to find it has been canceled. Whatever right? We figured it out and went ahead with the order. I finally got my wheels in almost 15 days later! I could finally install my lift, but one problem. They didn't even drill the holes in the wheel right, not once but twice! Then he tried to tell me its because I gave him the wrong truck model (although the truck I gave him was wrote on the receipt I received with the wheels.) After doing this two times, plus the cancelation, I refuse to do business with them again and just asked for a refund and Joe, who was extremely rude about the situation and said its my fault, refuses to refund the money and let me buy from a different company

Ordered a part from them part was $35.00. Shipping was $70.00. Put in order anyway, because I live in Alaska and shipping is part of life. Sold truck and I immediately went on and cancel part. Never received a cancel notice. Part showed up 3 days later. Called them and arraigned a return. They said they can't reimburse shipping but they pay return shipping and refund my 35. I received there email with info on returning. Went to take it to UPS and they said I had to pay shipping. I called Carid and they said that they never agreed to that, but they did offer me a 25 dollar gift card. I lost it and told him were to put the gift card. I will NEVER buy parts from them again!

Don't use them. I have had better luck with others

Ordered wheels and lug nuts. They sent the wrong lugnuts and I have been a week waiting on the correct ones. They told me today they are not sure if the lug nuts have been shipped to me or not. I said can you tell me when they will arrive! Their Response "I don't have that information" What kind of operation is this... I should send this stuff back...

I ordered middle and rear mufflers for Mercedes from Carid. I received just the rear one. They didn't send middle muffler to me but charge me for it (shipping and taxes total for both mufflers $180). Moreover they refused refund for absent muffler ($130) and shipping cost and offered just a partial (about 50%) compensation. After PayPal dispute Carid agreed return money if I return the item(s) associated with this transaction. It means I have to return both mufflers(The mufflers are already installed. The middle muffler I bought from CarPartsDiscount.) Beware this company and it's service. Never Carid, never Again!

I made a mistake on my order and called to change it. Customer service person got upset and said I was wasting everyone's time. I asked to then cancel my order. I was then transferred and the call was disconnected. I had to call back to cancel the order and later received an email that my original order was shipped. I will never buy anything from this company ever.
