“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Ordered a bumper for my truck was sent the wrong one, ordered a Go Rhino BR5.5 and received a BR10 it will not even fit my truck been trying for over a week to get the wrong one sent back and the correct one. Calling customer service is useless at this point not sure if ill just be stuck with the wrong one or not. Will never buy from this site ever again and will spread the word to everyone i know.

Worse place I order from its been a month and a week since I order. Now I ask for my money back and I get the same wait 24 to 48 hours y'all a joke. Y'all should close your doors and stop blaming the covid19 I work with more people then y'all and things get done around here. Never again will I get something from here.

The right part at the right price with the right service. Can it get any better than that. Kudos to Bryan, the customer service rep who helped me make the purchase. He demonstrated what the phrase "customer service" should mean. Bryan had his thinking cap on when we chatted during the purchase process. He had the right answers to my questions, in the right time frame, and with the right attitude to help me make the right choice.:-)

I contacted Card I'd customer service the same day that I realized My shipping address was incorrect. The lady stated that the correction was made. I received an email from UPS that the package was being shipped to my old address. Between Card I'd and UPS, NEITHER company could make the correction as of Jan. 1st. 4 days after I ordered. Terrible service for both companies. Never again will I order anything from Card Id!

1 is being generous. They said that the led lights are fully compatible and they are not. They tell me I have to go to a dealer and disconnect my drl for them to work. Which they don't tell you when you buy them. And once you install them there is no refunds. They said they'll give me $30 BACK ON $350 LIGHTS. Worst service ever.

We placed an ordered for Lights to Canada for our sons Honda Civic, Car ID mixed up and sent the wrong paper work to the shipper and the item never left California, In hearing this, we decided to cancel the order and look for something more local, that was around July 19. To date after several chats and calls to CARID we have not received our credit back to our card. We have also not received any type of documentation related to the cancellation of this order. When I asked if I could receive an email from CARID to confirm the cancelation I was advised that their notification system does not allow for this and again was advised that we should see the refund within the next 2 to 3 business days. I am hoping this happens. Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone as the service is atrocious and non existent. Especially, as we never actually received the product. I would have given them 0 stars if that was permittable. Don't buy from this company.

Cancellation is a two-step process and requires confirmation on the manufacturer's end in order to avoid any further complications. Once the part is shipped out, there is no way to cancel thee order, only return it. However, we are always ready to assist and provide the return documents to return the product back for a refund or offer compensation if the client will decide to keep the product.

As for notifications, our system sends them automatically. You should see the cancelation request notification in your email. Please check that you put the correct email address when placing the order.

I purchased a $400 hood from their site, received it damaged. They admitted that my product was damaged during shipping after i sent them pictures, as a compensation I was told that I would receive half of what the hood costs, after sending them the information they requested I was then told that they only made $26 off of sales from me purchasing the hood & that all they could refund me as a "courtesy" was $25 & a $35 certificate for furture purchases as a compensation for my experience. I will no longer be shopping with this retailer so the certificate will be of no use & the $25 will not even cover half of what the damage repairs will cost! $25 doesn't even fill ones gas tank these days, let alone $200 in repairs. Do not purchase anything from this retailer, they are cheap & do not want what is best for their customers. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

I am terribly sorry you have faced this issue. From what I have understood, if the hood is damaged, you could easily get a full refund. If you have not received it, it is either because the item was not inspected before accepting it, and the invoice was not signed as damaged, as the disclaimer warns you about, or the item was installed, though who would install the item when it is damaged. Order a part for close to 400.00 I was on chat with someone that gave me the link saying it will fit my truck. I didn't do the work to the truck for a few months. Family issues delayed the work. I brought my vehicle to my mechanic. My mechanic took out the old parts and new parts didn't fit. I called carid to order correct parts 900.00 dollars. Only problem now is it's 30 days after I bought first part and they wouldn't take the 400 dollar part back after I ordered a 900 part they could have worked with me. Instead they would rather have lost a 900 dollar sale that I canceled. I bought more then one item from this company never again

I had ordered front grille for my nissan xterra and later on that week, a buddy of mine has one he wanted me to have. I had to cancel the order at Carid. I spoke to Rosa about it and sincerely assured me that I can get my fefund. I was glad everything had worked out but more glad about her professional customer's service skills.

I made an order, I used there self help to check on status, they never contacted me. I used there live chat, they refused to tell me the status of my order then disconnected me. I called their customer service number. Over 2 hours later and was still on hold, that just to find out the status, and just the beginning of the nightmare. I then waited over 1 hour on hold to finally get thru on the refund number #2. I was refused a status update, refused a refund, refused to be given to a supervisor, and refused all corporate information. It was so bad, and with no other recourse, I had to contact and file a complaint with my credit card company, under freud prevention.

Great company and great people who help you find the products you need. This is on a variety of different levels whether it is New wheels or it is a new navigation system and you need parts for it. Best part is you add your car and so many products show up so you can customize your car to your liking.

We ordered 6 van partitions and shelving sets on the JAN 2ND. We were told that the shelves would ship out the next day, and we could will call the partitions from the warehouse that just happened to be 8 miles from us. We went to pick up the items the next day as they told us to do. The supplier never received the order. We had to send multiple emails and called to talk to the people in the office that do not speak very good English. They would not call back, they refused to let me or any of our people to talk to Bryan the sales guy. Meanwhile 5 days later is still has not been resolved and they have $3500 of our money. We will have to file a claim with our credit card. I also called and left 3 messages for Bryan our sale guys and he has not returned our phone calls. We were told on two different calls that he was in the bathroom. Please do not purchase from them you will be let down.

I was in the process of ordering parts from a company car parts.com They did not have a part I needed so I went to this company After speaking with the representative he said he could match all other prices so I placed my order with them one of the items was a front bumper and headlights included $231.99 When I completed my order there was no bumper included I contacted the company Basically said they couldn't do anything Then I asked him to match the price on the headlights that they showed to me Their price $231.14 competitors price $141.91 They wouldn't do it So price matching is not a guarantee

I bought their led taillights for my truck in the beginning of July, now the end of August the driver side taillight caught on fire at a red light. They only offered a 25 dollar refund and a 25 dollar gift card. Just do yourself a favor and don't buy from here.

The most irresponsible auto part sellers. I placed an order on a month ago on July 9, (order number *******). They charged me on the same day. I ordered 5 pcs of brake pads (Acdelco 171-1166). After 2 weeks they sent me 2 brake pads. According to them, they were out of stock of this product. However, I placed this order on the phone and the agent called Robert assured that they have more than 30 pcs in stock. I was told to wait until the product will be in stock. Today is August 9. No email, no calls about my product. But if you look at their website it says if you place order now it will be shipped within 24 hours. Whenever you ask at live chat, agents assure that they have in stock. But when you ask about the status of your order they have a template answer "We will contact the manufacturer and inform you within 24-48 hours". But these 24-48 business hours may last 1 month as in my case. Never buy parts from this seller. All agents are liers.

Ordered floor mats for a truck, received floor mats for a van. The Customer Account Rep told me that I ordered wrong. I pointed out that their website states 100% satisfaction on all orders and requested an exchange for truck mats. They refused stating that floor mats are non-returnable... floor mats? Non-returnable? I have yet to hear from them as to why floor mats that are untouched and still in the original shipping box are "non-returnable". I have made 3 attempts to get resolution and they stonewall each request. As you can tell by the hundreds of other complaints, this company is not customer centric. Once they get the sell, they could care less about fulfilling their 100% customer satisfaction promise. Stay away. These are not good people.

I ordered two parts and I did not receive the correct ones, I contact them and after a month I am still waiting for the paperwork for return and refund, this company is really taking advance of people, if you want waste your time and money order something with them.

I purchased an interior fit that was suppose to work on bmw 335i. I received it and there is no way it will work in my car. I called customer service he was going to send me an email and that i need to take some pictures showing why it want work on my car. In other words they think i am stupid and don't know how to use the product. It willl probably takes if ever to get my refund. There is no way that i would buy something from them ever again

Tip for consumers:
Poor customer service. I tried to explain to the guy that it will not no way no how and then he wants me to take pictures of my car with what they sent me so it will show them why it won't work. They think i am stupid and don't know how to install the product.

I ordered side toolboxes for my truck. They were back ordered 3-4 weeks. Then when I got them I found out they are not weather proof when they had water inside after a rain. I called to get a refund and even told them I would buy another brand from them and they came back with some kind of excuse that they couldn't refund them... the way the refund policy was worded. So now I'm stuck with over $1000 dollars in junk toolboxes. I will never buy from them or tell anyone to. After you buy something good or bad your stuck with it.

They offer parts for other industries other than auto parts for very cheap prices. I ordered various items, which I was told that there was a delay due to manufacturers. Then after waiting 3 weeks I was told the same. Now I have to await a refund with no set timeline
