“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I ordered the same parts twice the first order was never processed the second order was recieved then canceled apparently by my request>>>>> My truck has been waiting for 7 Days for these parts in a repair shop i didnt cancel my order.
Then I called to get my order straightened out couldn't get any help that was worth trying to talk to. No wonder orders are canceled and unprocessed I don't recommend this company by from someone that is family owned with customer service.

I purchased a Bull Bar online for my Toyota FJ, pay for it and then I am advised there was a mistake on the website with pricing not the part number just pricing. The Rep admits the fault sends my an email confirming their mistake and honoring the purchase. Next thing I know I get a bunch of emails saying they are retracting their offer? Poorest customer service ever. Spend a little more and deal with a company that backs their business practises these guys really do not care about doing the right thing. My next step is BBB and a few other Goverment Agencies, people need to know aboiut these guys.

Ordered an 800.00 part from this place.Part was for a 2016 mazda. Variator for cvt transmission. I recieved a completely wrong part.Sent the part back expecting a refund.No luck. Part was used to begin with.Which wasnt my complaint. Complaint was it wasnt the correct part. Their claiming my original call and complaint wasnt worded correctly.Just bs. I called the place and it sounds like an india chop shop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I ordered 3sdm rims from carid. They had me waiting for months. When I called they told me the order was not processed. They remember to take my money but forget to process my order? I canceled my order because they didn't communicate this to me until I had to call. I waited almost an hour to get connected to a subpar rep. I won't be ordering from this website.

I ordered a trailer hitch for my 2021 Mazda 3 hatchback. Carid shipped it quickly. But the hitch is supposed to include installation hardware specific to this hitch. I emailed Carid support on June 21. They responded that I needed to give them the VIN for my car and pictures of any labels on the shipment.

Within an hour, I provided pictures of the VIN and shipping label. The next day, Carid replied that they apologize for the inconvenience and that "We will forward these information to the manufacturer." (sic) and to allow 3-5 business days. I responded that I needed the hitch installed by the weekend and I was very disappointed.

Carid responded "I regret that you have to wait. We will do our best to speed up the process. The missing hardware is expected to be shipped out within the next 24-48 business hours.

On July 6, I emailed again writing, "So, ten days ago you wrote that my hardware would be shipped in a day or two. Since then I have heard nothing and received nothing. C'mon man!"

Their response? Here it is: "My sincere apologies for the delay with your order. I have already submitted the shipping status updates from the manufacturer for the missing items. Please kindly allow us 24-72 business hours to work on the issue and write you back with the updates."

That was last Friday. Today is Wednesday and no response. So, I write this instead.

Tip for consumers:
If Carid ships everything, you might be okay. If you need customer support. Forget it!

My sales person found me the item I wanted for my Ram Promaster City SLT. Hard to find any aftermarket items for this thing, They had the items and a link was sent for me to look at and buy. Simple, Fast and very professional.

I live in Australia and the shipping standard is $130 us and that converts to round about 300 au so if I want to buy a $30 item it cost me 400 dollars and that's not even with garrented fitment and there are no other sites I can use that sells named brands non in Australia no no where it's bull sh*t

I was promised by the rep that my parts that I ordered were take 4 business days to be delivered. It is six days and counting and I don't have a track number yet. When I called back I asked to talk to the supervisor. I got a person named Lia who was rude and unprofessional. She threatened that if I cancel the order I will not get my money back. As of right now I'm with out the car. I will try to get my bank to do something. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a broad feet bull bar that was delivered with no instructions and the wrong hardware the bolts they sent were 2 inches short. I called them and they were contacting broad feet to rectify the problem. When i called broad feet they insisted they sent me the right bolts like i was a idiot, then finally i went to another website fx and they sent me the right hardware since the brackets were from fx. Till this day which has been 5 months car id has not sent me the hardware because the idiots at braodfeet said i had the right ones. When i was able to look online and find out the bolts needed were 70 to 80mm wiich is about 4 1/2 inches they only sent 2 1/2 very disappointed in the service they are idiots and so are the people at broad feet i will never use them for anything not even car wipes. I must add till this day 4 months later still no hardware kit received. My thanks to Raphael at fx

I ordered a pair of Spyder headlights for my Lexus GS400. I recieved and installed them. They worked fine for a few months and one of the halo lights failed. These Halo lights cost proportional to the cost of the headlight. I contacted spyder because they have a 1 year replacement warranty. They said I had to contact their vendor CarId to file claim. I provided them with everything they ask for and it took awhile (3 to 4 weeks) but they sent a package of regular bulbs. I immediately contacted them (carid) and asked if they wanted me to send back or what that I need the halo light and not a bulb. It took weeks for them to respond after I threatened to file a complaint with BBB. Then they want me to resubmit all the paper work I already did and seems like they want to start a new claim. I have all email correspondence saved with time and date stamps.

Bought a power steering part on eBay from this company for a project car. It was defective had a crack in it. I contacted them & told them about it and needed the part as soon as possible because the car had to be at a car show in a few days that said i had to wait 3days for a response on what they were going to do. I told them I could not wait if they could send me one ASAP they say no i had to wait. I took the part to have it repaired & made it to the show. 4days later still no response i had to reach out to them told them i couldn't wait & i spent $80 to get there part repaired they would not reimburse me
They offered me $10 & to go kick rocks. Never again will i buy parts from them

I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a refund from carid I canceled an order on Sept 23,2020. It is now Oct 9th, and I have yet to receive an email issuing a refund nor any help from the "customer service" representatives. When I found out that the aux battery I ordered couldn't be shipped to me I was transferred to Kimberly who I talked to about my refund to my debit card. She offered to see if there was another way I could receive an aux battery for my 2015 Chevy Malibu. She put me on hold then told me that it wasn't possible so she processed my refund and told me all I needed to know about their refund policy. I received my refund soon after. Because of their professional staff I'll be shopping on CARiD in the future.

I was send a go rhino bumper that I ordered for my ram 3500. I sent it to dodge for the install. Unfortunately they sent the mounting bracket for a chev.

I am out $400 for labor to take off and reinstall my bumper

DO NOT purchase anything...

I purchased one time by using visa they took my money and they asked for verification number.

I had to go to the bank to get it

I sent the verification to them.

2 days latef they canceled my order

+ they tried to start a new order by taking more money from my visa, but my bank stopped them and blocked they.

When i emailed them, they lied and said they didn't try to do that, and for the cancellation they said because i didn't send the verification code, but i did 2 days before,

I said to them ok i don't want to buy anything but give my money back, they didn't reply to me after that, and i didn't got my money back

Please everyone be careful and don't buy anything from then

I recently purchased some struts from CARiD. The customer service representative I talked to was wonderful and was even able to get me a 5% discount. The struts arrived quickly and well packaged and were exactly what I was expecting thanks again CARiD.

I ordered caulk for my RV on July 5,2015 and on July 14th still no caulk. I called them to check on my order and got ahold of a person I could hardly understand, he checked, then put me on hold to follow up to see why my order had not been shipped. Upon returning he said there had been a paperwork problem and they would ship my products ASAP. In the afternoon of the 14th (same day I called) I get an email stating they would not be able to fill my order and would refund my money, even though the products show in stock on their site. Wonder if I will get my refund... what do you think! Poor company to do business with.

Worst experiance ever. Parts were damaged and didnt fit the car.

Worst experience ever. Parts were damaged and didnt even fit the car. They refused to give my money back and wanted to blame the shipping company because the parts didnt fit correctly. Never buy here, run away as fast as you can.

Carid does not stock parts. I just take orders and the manufacturer ships it. Return are a head pain get a service that reads a script and you have pay to ship it back. Never orders from this place.

DO NOT! Make business with this $#*!ass!
First promise me to give 3 to 5 business days delivery! But it takes almost a month of waiting! Then when arrived it ended up a $#*!ing wrong parts! And i ask a refund and return the parts! They said it will take 5 business days to get the mailed check, but HELLO! Its 2 months now! I keep contacted them they said the void the first check and now they give me new one again and this time they said they gonne proritize and expedited the mail! Hello its been a week now again! I try to go to there 24/7 live chat we just make conversation a while then they will hang up on you! And now they said he requested a tracking number and said wait untill 48 hours again! I check there ratings, it lower than i expected! Im not surprise! This $#*!ass keep promissing you and give you headache! I regret doing business with this type of company!

As another reviewer wrote... salesperson led me to believe I couldt have my part when I needed it. Needed a part quickly for a racing event and we were counting on them... 5 days later I find out the manufacturer had not even sent it... meanwhile I had explained that I needed it fast and would pay for expedited shipping. When I called the manufacturer they told me it was going to go out by regular shipping. If I wanted it expedited I would have to call CARID and get them to OK that... so I tried to call 4 times... 3 hours later we have missed the shipping deadline time at the manufacturer and we will not be racing... too bad I will also lose a 500$ deposit for the weekend long endurance race. THEY SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK>>>>

Worst customer service I have ever delt with. Ordered a resonator assembly a month ago they after over a week they sent me one of the two pieces of the assembly. Now weeks of calling them later and they insisted I reorder so they could send me the exact same thing parts ( and missing parts) that they sent me the first time. I have sent full documentation still no customer support! This is why I should have delt with a brick and mortar store. NEVER again this company is TERIBBLE
