Do not trust this website. They attract customers through nice offers but do not follow through their offer. They had an offer of buy 1 and get 2 free, the price being the one with the highest one. I added in cart 3 items that were $101, $184 & $192. According to the offer I should get all 3 things for $192 but the price showed to me was $323 at the checkout + individual stitching and taxes and other fees. The offer never really applied and when I tried contacting their customer service, my query wouldn't go through and when it did, I was never replied back to.

Worst customer service ever! I tried getting in contact with them for weeks; several emails, phone calls, left voice messages with no response back... I wanted to make some changes to an order pertaining to my bridesmaid dresses so it was stressful and they were impossible to get in contact with. Their live help people kept telling me someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. Not even one email. So if you want good customer service I do not recommend this site at all.
I have purchased three pieces on Cbazaar. Two of them were outstanding! Beautiful, flowing tops that I love. The third did not work out as well, but the issue was probably mine in measuring. Cbazaar did try to rectify this for me by recommending that I use a local tailor and submit for payment. I would definitely order from them again.

I site is total rip off. The product is nothing to what you would expect, I have a piece of crap sitting in my closet because these stupid rip off people for Cbazzar cannot take responsibility for their mistake. Customer service is a computer (an old record) you cannot get any satisfaction from. This company should lite a match and burn it down as there is no words to describe how terrible the product are.
I got a really cool long jacket with high quality golden fabric, and they absolutely nailed it! Also were responsive to customer service emails regarding timing, and were able to get her the jacket ahead of my event... thank you!

This was my first time ordering from cbazaar. I've never ordered my indian clothes online in the past. I cannot believe how cool this is. All the measurements were online. Their clothes fit like a dream. All 4 outfits were beautiful, actually better than what they looked like on the website. The tailors did a great job. Staff was very helpful and readily available via email/ messages. Getting great fitting Indian clothes sitting here in the US is awesome and I will recommend this site to anyone interested in buying pretty Indian wear.

This is the worst experience of online purchase. I have been buying stuff from this site but I was shocked to see the poor quality of the items not only the drastic change in the color shocked me but the customer service was hopeless too. Above that, the clothes tear apart by just keeping as it is, Poor and Old threads i guess. I asked them to help and they said they cannot help or do anything. I was surprise to know that even writing the bad review would not affect them. This shows they are confidently making fools of everyone. They are making business by looting our money. Be Aware Buyers! Please Do Not Shop here. Else, be prepared to get regret later. I wanted to give zero star rating but they did not let me submit hence giving 1 star.
