I received my first purchase today. It is a triple chinoiserie dresser. I paid $650 for an exquisite piece of furniture. It arrived spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The driver, Rod was very nice. I have 4 other pieces coming and I can hardly wait. I could never have found this without Chairish. I plan on selling some pieces, too. Chairish, you make furniture shopping amazing. While others are waiting 3 or months or more for pressed wood from inexpensive furniture stores, I am looking at my beautiful dresser that came in 2 weeks. I would love to keep you as my own secret furniture place, but that would be selfish. I hope everyone keeps up this kind of quality recycling.
Who charges their customers an additional service fee of $14.00 to purchase merchandise from their platform? WTH. A $14 service fee is added to each purchase to support their platform. How is that my responsibility? The fee should be absorbed by Chairish or seller. Such a rip off!
Worst company we have had the displeasure of selling with. Do not waste your time or give them one cent.

Marketing for Chairish is excellent and you believe it is going to be great. In the end I got a lovely piece but the process was horrible. I purchased my fruit wood commode on 5/20/21. Right away they contacted me via email with a shipper. After a couple of weeks past, I contacted the shipper and he had not picked the piece up yet. I began the weekly process of emailing the shipper and asking status. He finally picked up the furniture in Texas. What I have come to realize is the furniture was put in storage until the shipper had enough freight to come out west. The shipper was good about answering my emails and would give me updates. On 8/10/21 I received an email from Chairish stating that a new shipper had been assigned. I emailed Chairish stating I had been working with the previous shipper and was unsure of the reason for a new shipper. No response. Finally, I called the new shipper who did not know what was happening. Interestingly, she had also heard from the seller. She was very good and the next day I got an email from Chairish stating the original shipper was still coming. Finally on 8/25/2021, three months later, a man came to our house with a U-Haul trailer being pulled by a pickup truck. Of little concern after a three month wait, he said he would be at my home at noon or a little before. He arrived at 8pm. The fruitwood commode was in the back of the trailer with a blanket over it. The beautiful piece of furniture had some dings and scratches but I accepted it and have proceeded to fix and clean it up. I contacted the seller and she assures me it was not in that condition when it left her home. The only reason I think this went as well as it did was the seller was legit and she was just as frustrated. I would not use Chairish again.
