I booked flight from Mumbai to Varanasi for 22nd April for family. While booking I searched and find prices were same onClear trip and Indigo, same time I received call from clear trip and she suggested it's ease for you you book with clear trip and I do same. After some time I booked one more ticket for me through Indigo site at same amount. Due to the COVID I cancelled All tickets and got full refund of ticket which I booked through Indigo site but when I connected with clear trip they said Indigo is not giving refund to us. I connected to indigo customer care and they said they refund full amount to clear trip. Still my conversation is going on but their response is pathetic. I suggest please don't book any ticket through these cheaters. Always prefer airline sites..
I did not receive the correct refund amount. I had booked a round trip journey from Mumbai to Bangalore through Cleartrip.com but unfortunately, the onward journey got cancelled by the airlines. I had booked the entire trip for two passengers at *******/- excluding the cashback and hence the refund amount for a single journey comes to 11,027/-
The refund amount that was initiated to me was 9,798/- in which they deducted 500/- as conveyance fee and additional 2000/- as cash back.

A few month ago I booked a ticket from dubai to Faisalabad on that time i was just made ticket by mistake wrong date then I asked to this unprofessional team they are not responsible they will not give you refund, What the hell how you can do this your customer, I asked many to give my refund back 2000 AED but they always blamed to Airline.
I booked flights with the different destination but unfortunately I couldn't travel due to COVID-19 pandemic. I booked a return flight Mumbai to Bangkok on April 2020, but Air India rescheduled the flight which was overlapping our another trip. So I called cleartrip customer care support & told them to cancelled my booking. That time staff of cleartrip told me that they will already talked to airlines and will be refund all the money. I received the mail that my booking was cancelled and money will be refund within 6-8 days. But now after 7 months they don't answer any calls or mails. I spoke to Air India customer care support, they ready to refund our money but they told that request from cleartrip has to raised to airlines.
I have all the proofs & mails which was sent by cleartrip, where they said customer will get back money within 6-8 working days. I have booked three trips from cleartrip but no refund has been given till now.
This site is fraud, I request all the other customers not to book any service from this site.
I booked flight for delhi to leh, with trip id *******324, when I checked the price it was showing *******rs but when I started paying they increased the price to ******* rs. After paying, I checked other sites which were charging much cheaper atleast by 7000 rs. I contacted their customer care and they doesn't know anything. They told that rate changes every second&They advised me to send and email to them. I also e ticket direct from air line which is much less than what cleartrip has charged and clear trip has adjusted excess charge as ' other charge' in their invoice.
I have sent them the no. Of complaints email and awaiting their reply.

The worst company ever, I booked 5 refundable air tickets from Abu Dhabi to amman from cleartrip and they bought a non refundable tickets from the airlines without my information and when the COVID pandemic happened I have been forced to deal with the non refundable air tickets and they provided me with a sharp date 14 feb 2021 to travel in order to avoid losing the tickets and due to the current situation I'm not gonna travel and will be forced to lose my tickets. The airlines confirmed that if I bought the tickets from them I'm gonna have open tickets with the same amount valid for 2 years from the trip cancellation date.
I suffered a lot with their bad, unprofessional, and un respectful team in India where all my calls were forwarded to the Indian family in cleartrip and they never attended any of my requests.
My advise to all of you, don't deal with them and pay extra a bit and buy your tickets from the airlines directly.

Any news about my refund money. Since March 21 almost 2 months already. Everytime I will call mr. Rohan the supervisor told me he will call me back within 48 hours. But he did not call me back. And then I called again he told me that he will call me back that day and again I didn't receive any call even to any agent. I dont know if they playing only the customer. They said binayak told me Rohan is there after he hold the call he told me Rohan left already and then he hold me again he said Rohan is busy. All of your agent are lying really they dont know how to handle the customer complain especially the supervisor name Rohan. They can't give me any manager on duty or any supervisor this is the first time that I encounter the company without manager or supervisor on duty. Maybe it's better to post this feedback to the Google or to your Facebook account. Now I believe now to the people that posting bad feedback in your company. Just tell me only If i will received my money or not. You told me me that you will get back to me but you didn't give any answer. Same only the call center. I hope this message you gonna take action. This is the first time that I book in cleartrip but maybe the last it's a very bad service bad management. Poor management

We have booked our ticket from Coimbatore to Toronto via cleartrip and all of a sudden the airline have cancelled our ticket. When we call customer care they are all bunch of fools who have very different answer to each other... they were suppose to get back to us within 2 days but all in vain... we have waited but no calls came back. Asking for refund they say it will come after 07 days. That means after my travel date... This way they are just making fool of us and making people forced to book ticket urgently at a high price.
I would never suggest anyone to use Clear trip neither will i ever use clear trip again. WORST TRAVEL WEBSITE EVER!

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
