Worst booking service
Not yet refund the ticket amount we booked and got canceled due to COVID pandemic.
Everyone is suffering from lot of financial crisis during that time, cleartrip is earning money. They are not bothered to release the refund even though flight companies refund the amount to cleartrip.

I book ticket from cleartrip because of pandemic flight cancel I ask for my refund. Its been more than 7 month now still they give not my refund. They did not pick a call. Worst experience...… don't book ticket from cleartrip.

Extremely disappointed with Cleartrip. First they are not providing voice support for flight cancelation issues eventhough flight being canceled by airlines. Moreover, they are not respecting credit shell utilization request to rebook ticket with clear details being sent over email.
I have sent my itinerary 4 times requesting to book tickets utilizing credit shell, but till now they have not booked tickets and flight fare continues to increase with each passing day.
I will never use this fraud company's app or website again. I've been waiting since June for my refund of three flights still there is one refund pending even the airline has refunded the money to them. Flights cancelled due to Covid, which is understandable (Trip ID **************). Was told that I now have to wait 12 months for a refund which is unacceptable. Cleartrip are quick to take your money, however do not want to refund. Cleartrip - my contract is with you, not the airline, hence you are liable for a prompt refund. I have received refunds from other airlines within 45 days of flight cancellation, however you, as an agent, are stating 12 months. To hold that large sum of money for 12 months is unethical. I will be advising all who I come into contact with, about my experience and to not use Cleartrip.

Ive been following up thru phone calls with regards to my refund for more than 6 months now. This is my Trip ID # ************** and **************. And im getting same feedback from the agent saying your refund request has been escalated and we will get back to you after 48 hrs. Next after 78 hrs, and so on so forth but until now im still waiting. I need to get my refund cause i need to go back to the Philippines next month so i can booked ticket going back home i desperately need my refund please give concrete feedback when i can get my refund. Too much already i gave time with this matter..
This looks like fake site because the support system is totally disgusting. Nobody want to support you or answer your query.
I had booked a ticket before lockdown I wanted to refund my money because the travel was restricted that time, so when I asked for refund they processed zero refund.
How can you charge for the things or services, which was not even used or not tried to use. Even though your terms and conditions can not bother. Because it was not the consumer decision it was government decision.
I am very disappointed from cleartrip experience. I have contacted many times with their staff for my ticket cancellation and they were very friendly at the beginning. One of your members Raju did the cancellation and reassured me that my tickets were canceled and can be refunded within 5 to 7 days.
I did follow up to check my refund status and they send me a quotation from the airline on September 22, with some charges, but I agreed just to get my money back.
Even today that I'm writing my review I haven't receive anything and now I'm getting some repeated emails direct from the computer.
When I checked with the airline, they told me that the PNR number I have from the agency is fake and doesn't exist with them.
Something suspicious is going on here and don't believe any promirse I hear from them anymore.
I have requested to contact your manager or supervisor and the staff was very rude, she shouted at me 'not allowed to talk to manager' and she hang up the call.
I am repeating this is the worst agency to deal with. Big group of liars.
If they read this review I am repeating again I need a call from their manager to solve this issue as it was promised to me on the email I received on September 22.

My flight was cancelled by airline due to Covid in March. In June, i cancelled the ticket on their website, but did not receive any confirmation of cancellation and the amount to be refunded. I have been following up with cleartrip since and not even received confirmation of cancellation. Shakir shaikh from cleartrip says that the airline will refund money after expiry of the ticket. It does not make sense that the airline will wait for the return of money till the expiration of the ticket for a flight that they have cancelled. I believe that the airline has already refunded money to Cleartrip and they are not making customer payment.
They didn't refund me for 3 months. Now they reply me it's in credit shell and with a validity less than a year.
As per govt. Guideline all ticket should be refundable where flight got cancelled during lockdown between march to june 2020. But Cleartrip had not yet refunded my fund yet. I am chasing since july but always getting same automailer and this is nonsense. I checked with AirIndia also and they said they had refunded to cleartrip. But cleartrip not yet refunded us back.
Contacted so many times for refund but all the times CSFF support is not supporting, my bank require simple letter for the cancellation of transaction but this cheaters of csff refused to provide. Friends never use this service. Due to cleartrip mistake transaction was cancel, 35 days finish but yet i haven't got refund,.
Booked an all inclusive night in Fairmont Ajman. On arrival there was no record of my booking. Tried to call the customer service number on my receipt, the number is not an actual number. Emailed the address on the receipt, email returned as not a correct email. Finally got a number that worked, after numerous calls over a 7hr period, they never called me back after promising they would call back in 20 minutes after each call.
6hrs after arrival I received a call that booking was confirmed and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Only as I tried to check in did I discover they changed my booking from all inclusive to half board (fraud). Then when I contacted them again asking for them to correct or full refund they said if I cancel I have to pay cancellation fee! They haven't even made my booking as I paid for and want a cancellation fee!
Anyway, 8hrs after arriving at the hotel I need to travel home without my booking, an apology, a confirmation off refund or any offer of compensation, not even a phone call. They still offer the same deal on their website as well.

I was frequent user of #cleartrip.com and relied extensively on them for all my personal and business travels. I used to love their great customer service which has now completely failed.
1. online chat no available now
2. The phone lines are totally dead, no one wants to come and no phone call from cleartrip
3 if you write the mail or refund request we get very standard answers from them ‘we are into process'
4 the automatic has been designed in such a way, that normal person may suicide.
5. I paid hard earned money to book this ticket and also paid to credit card authority to avoid the credit card interest

Due to wrong message from Cleartrip, "your payment is unsuccessful" following a booking, I re-booked my flight. On asking for clarification from them, they said that booking was confirmed. Hence I ended up paying twice for the same booking and they denied to refund the amount lost in 1st booking.
I consider this a highly irresponsible behavior and lack of accountability.
In addition, they are not reachable on phone as customer care no is invalid and their email reply seems to be auto-generated. They did not seem to bother for complaints of their customers.
I booked return ticket Trip id#*******406 kuwait to udr, due to COVID the ticket got cancelled and i was promised to get full refund, it was in march and now its sep, nothing has been done and no response from the cleartrip support, they are simply ignoring my emails.

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
