Cleartrip

I did my flight booking through cleartrip for Dec 19,2020. Flight got rescheduled and from flight authority i got mail that i can get full refund if i am not willing to travel due to reschedule. I followed up with flight agency they informed as i have booked from 3rd party i need to co-ordinate with cleartrip to get full refund. I followed up cleartrip from Nov 26 to Dec 19. There was no proper reply from cleartrip other than asking for 24hr time to confirm me. Finally there was Rs. 400 got as refund, whereas as per flight rules and mail confirmation i suppose to get full refund. This amount also i got as I cancelled from my end as cleartrip didn't update any status on this even didn't cancelled from there end too. Pls note that they are not capable of getting refund when it comes to refund. I suggest use these website only to verify rates of different airlines but booking only do it with concern airline booking site not with 3rd party website like cleartrip.com.

I booked a flight through them in an emergency and I had to cancel because they booked a flight which required transit visa and did not even tell me about it. At the last moment, they told me about it and I had to cancel it. It has been more than 3 weeks now and I'm still struggling to get a refund. This is one of the worst places to book a flight or book anything from. I would never recommend this agency to anyone ever. Please do not make the mistake of booking from here. EVER>

One of the very bad experience in clear trip,they are not even bothered to take responsibility of flight booking what we book.Very bad. Supervisor what I spoke with just tells us it's not our responsibility.once you book it's just airline responsibility and we just taking bookings of flight.its complete bul$#*!
They are provide the wrong information about the flight
Not mention in the booking flight will go third transit country
All mention on the booking but this flight go to Sydney via Auckland

Now they are Delaying my refund
Don't trust this company otherwise you will cry stuck my 3 lakh

Guys, the rate at this site looks cheap at cleartrip but once you are done booking you dont even get a ticket if you have a ticket they cancel it saying sold out blocks money and leave the customer with a sorry and ask to rebook, its a total waste site better visit trustworthy sites for booking.

I booked my ticket through the EzCancel policy which clearly states that refund will be given if cancelled 72hrs before the date of departure, i cancelled and they deducted an amount in the name of 'insurance amount'. The customer care doesn't have a response and they cleared cut the call when asked. Worst experience!

Its been 80 days and unable to returning the money back, not answering the phone, same emails are repeating again and again which has no meaning. And main point not returning the money back.
So bad service. They even not deserve single star that much bad quality of service. They are playing with my money.
Every 60 days they are saying another 60 days, is this such king of drama.

Company should not do with customer's money. If you are not able to provide the flight ticket service than pay back.

Don't ever book with cleartrip.

It is a fraud company.

If any cancellation done by ( even if it is not by you), To get the refund you need to call them for months and they will keep pushing you.

They are only after your money.

Once they gets it, they don't give a damn.

Cleartrip.com is a cheat and fraud company.

And keep avoiding and making all the promises and never fulfill.

They keep asking me to call back tomorrow, after 12, after 2, after 4 and promise me they will call me and TOO MANY PROMISES.
Not even once they called me or reply to my mails.

Please do not use cleartrip.com
Unless you have lots of money to drain into to the toilet..
