Did 2 business class tickets through cleartrip, airlines cancelled the return journey. Had to purchase new ticket for return. Cleartrip not working on refund for cancelled ticket. Cleartrip sending a mail to us saying talk to airlines for refund. Pathetic company, worst experience never work with them.
Cleartrip is one of the worst ticket booking portal. Our tickets we're cancelled due to lockdown and there is no response or help. They in turn message us that we talk to the airlines.(Swissair in this case).
The airlines tell us to talk to our booking agents(Cleartrip). Please avoid Cleartrip at all account. Basically they feel they have no responsibility at all to solve our problems. I must tell you it's not a small amount as it was an international flight.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD... cleartrip is looting with both hands. I recieved my refund after 70 days... And got only 382 dirhams out of 3198... However airline confirms the full amount is refunded to cleartrip... Whenever i raise a question on any forum the standard reply i get is that please allow us some time... Its not only me... I have evidence of such cheating in more than 20 cases
The airlines refunded the money 3 months ago and they hold on the money, they keep promising next weak, the finance will release the money in few days and until now nothing refunded, it looks like a fraud
The most unreliable service and stealing people's money. I had purchased a return ticket for Rs 13,400.00 and now they send me an email that they would refund me Only Rs 482.00. I am never ever going to deal with Cleartrip again and so I would ask everyone please do not deal with these people. They are cheaters, they just loot your money.
I booked a ticket for my son, from Manchester-UK to Bahrain via Abo Dhabi on 20 March. After four days, the airlines, Etihad, cancelled the flight.
Since then, after more than 90 days, I am struggling with ClearTrip to get back my money.
Clear trip give very narrow channel to complain, they didn't updated me on the status except once for message from "no-reply" email. They are not cooperative and not doing any effort in recovering my money from the airlines. After complain to my credit card issuer, I got my money back after sixty days, but clear trip get it back after thirty days which makes me unhappy at all. Fight is going on.
I am not going to use Clear Trip any more, I have a very bad experience with them. I rate them zero, if this is the minimum, because they are careless and don't have appropriate customer care.

I did my booking through cleartrip in an emergency situation. Flight got cancelled due to pandemic and today I got happy news from cleartrip saying that Rs. 0 got it as refund. Pls note that they are not capable of getting refund when it comes to refund. I suggest use these website only to verify rates of different airlines but booking only do it with concern airline booking site not with 3rd party website like cleartrip.com.
Worst travel agent you can get, highly un responsible. Support agents over the call are lying about my refunds. Web site says call the contact center, when you call its says go visit web site.

We have been very patient owing to the pandemic outburst with all airline companies and aggregator site like MMT cleartrip etc. But the way cleartrip.ae has dealt with the situation is far from professional. For three months they shut down all their email iDs and phone lines leaving their customers totally high and dry. Secondly they sent an email today about my refund- where they have deducted aed 526 - our of which Aed 106 is their charges (don't know for which service) -and Aed 420 they said are airline charges. The airline has refunded them full cost and I have a confirmation from them in March. They are lying about he airline charges and trying to take advantage of the situation. Beware of these fraudsters. Such businesses should not be allowed to operate.
Cleartrip made many promises to refund the cancelled trips cost however it is over 70 days from the cancellation and the money is not received yet.
I have not got refund of my international ticket cancelled in March 2020, before lockdown. More than 3 months now and I have not got the money back yet. I looked up and found they have this track records for years now. This company is founded by a brit name Stuart Crighton. I have been writing to him as well as their head of customer service Nikhil Godbole since March 2020. However there is no result. British folks have the habit of robbing India and the world and it continues. Shame on you Stuart Crighton, sitting on my hard earned money. Wish your company close down and you get COVID19 & suffer.
I have booked ticket later cancelled due to personal emergency. Airline have returned the money, but clear trip is holding it since last 3-months. They are not responding at all.
I am trying to redeem my credit shell amount to book the flight again since morning. But unable to use the credit shell amount. This is rediculous nobody is here to help me in this. Cleartrip is a company of criminals. Due to the lockdown in India I had converted my IndiGo ticket to a credit shell. However, Cleartrip is refusing to honor their commitment to redeem the credit shell. They even extracted an additional amount from me under the pretext of fare difference but then did not book the ticket! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE SCOUNDRELS!
I made a booking through this idiotic site, and when In checked with the airline they told me that booking was never made and this stupid people never informed me. Such a worst experience. I recommend everyone to spend double money but never ever make any booking through cleartrip. Shut your company you idiots!

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
