This is the most bad, worst customer service ever! I mean, there are some others but this company's customer service is 10x worst! My call took almost 45mins, 2 mins spoke to an agent and 43 minutes they put me on freaking hold! Then no one solves my issue. Don't ever use this site dude! Man, they sucks! Star rating -1.
My flight was cancelled due to the nCovid pandemic, my family supposedly will return to Philippines for reunion but was then cancelled. My sibling were able to get their refund fast.in my case, I had requested for open ticket or to credit to my wallet unfortunately after 8 months they informed that they refunded to the original mode of payment. Seems like they dont understand or inconsiderate.
Worst travel agent you can get, highly un responsible. Support agents over the call are lying about my refunds. Web site says call the contact center, when you call its says go visit web site.

Some one has misused used my card, and transfered money to clear trip mumbai. I am sending several compliant to clear trip. Customer representative couldn't able to understand the problem. Very worst experience.

Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get in touch for weeks now! My flights have been cancelled due to coronavirus and there is no option of a refund for my flights on your website. If the airlines are refunding then why is Cleartrip not allowing a refund?! No calls are being answered and no emails are being responded to! This is extremely upsetting and disappointing! Worst customer service I have ever come across!
Up until today, March 11th 2020, I am still waiting for that refund from Cleartrip. I have followed-up a lot of times and still I wasn't able to get it for 3 weeks now. It's just a shame that they don't seem to take this matter seriously? This is money of a customer that they should return.
I had booked a flight in April and it was cancelled by vistara due to lockdown. Vistara paid full refund to Cleartrip and has even provided mail confirmation for it to me. But held back refund and is not ready to refund my money. Nobody picks call on customer care number. On support mail if they give standard repeated response to allow them 72 hours. On grievance cell they mention my query as resolve which is not yet. Would suggest to not book through cleartrip
We have been very patient owing to the pandemic outburst with all airline companies and aggregator site like MMT cleartrip etc. But the way cleartrip.ae has dealt with the situation is far from professional. For three months they shut down all their email iDs and phone lines leaving their customers totally high and dry. Secondly they sent an email today about my refund- where they have deducted aed 526 - our of which Aed 106 is their charges (don't know for which service) -and Aed 420 they said are airline charges. The airline has refunded them full cost and I have a confirmation from them in March. They are lying about he airline charges and trying to take advantage of the situation. Beware of these fraudsters. Such businesses should not be allowed to operate.

Cleartrip people are completely denying that they have received the refund. Its been 7 days they have not given any refund. Ever pathetic service came across. Please do not go for any bookings through cleartrip ever again

Contacted so many times for refund but all the times CSFF support is not supporting, my bank require simple letter for the cancellation of transaction but this cheaters of csff refused to provide. Friends never use this service. Due to cleartrip mistake transaction was cancel, 35 days finish but yet i haven't got refund,.

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
