I ordered my product a month and a half ago and have yet to recieve it. I sent many e-mails asking about my order status with no reply. You may look up your order status online. My status has been on printing label for two 1/2 weeks. Must be an empressive label. Expected time is one to two business days. Its frustrating I wouldn't recommend buying anything form the goto websites.

When I presented my cc info they charged me 36.00 I got back in touch with them and asked them why I was charged this amount. I asked for a refund and gladly did so with out any hesitation
Very professional. Will do business with them anytime.

I have been trying to contact customer service for four days now with no avail. I have emailed and called constantly. I am not happy with this site and with their "money back guarantee " I would like the money back that was wasted on this site!

I have won many items so far. I have found the items are of superior quality. Happy so far. If you bid only what you can afford, then you will be okay. I would recommend this site to my friends and family.

As a first time user, I had no luck bidding. The completed auctions show people winning for very few dollars... however, when I have bid on some of the same items the bid got way out of range and I had to drop out, you did give me back my first bid pak... but I've had no luck in winning anything at a low price. Even the real cheap items have gone over retail inmany cases. This makes no sense at all. Why would someone pay more that the item is worth just to win a bid?
I guess if I had won a bid I would feel differently. Ot sure if im goilg to continue after I use up my remaining bids.

Hi Rick, sorry to hear you have not had any luck winning auctions. Most people do not over bid and pay more than the item is worth. One of the best strategies customers share with us is to calculate in advance how many bids it makes sense to use in the auction when comparing to the Buy it Now price. Keep to that budget and book your BidBuddy. Hopefully you will win the auction with much less bids however if you don't, simply Buy it Now to get your item plus all the bids used in the auction. Remember many people value their bids differently as they may have won bids or received free bids through a promotion. Out of stock on item won

I had a item that was out of stock and Deal Dash tech support was happy to exchange the items purchase price for a gift card from any one of the major retailers. It was simple and smooth thanks for the help..

Receiving the Wrong Item Was a Disappointment
September 21, 2020

Purchased a Buy Now item for a lot of money. Received the wrong item. Was told my situation would not be corrected until I sent the wrong item back. I had to stand in line at FedEx to return the wrong item, then report this back to support so I could have my correct item sent. I was pissed that as a long time customer I had to jump through hoops to get my stuff. Then as a thank you I received 100 bids. I would appreciate more compensation in bids. I spend a lot of money with Deal Dash.

Deal Dash offers excellent support. Shipping is free and very fast.
I have won a lot and I have won more than I have spent.
What I don't like is the auctioning of large bid pks. When people win them
They immediately go into ongoing auctions. This makes it very unfair.
If you do try DD just beware of the winners of large bid pks.

I like it, but I don't have enough money to buy a lot of bids to keep bidding on items. Most of the time I run out of bids, so I have to quit. The only reason I received more bids and a $25 KMart gift card was because I bought them. I can't say if it's worth it yet or not, since I haven't won an auction yet.

I tried this program out, but was very confused as to how it worked. I thought if you didn't win the auction you didn't lose anything. I of course wrote a nasty letter as I thought I had just spent all my money for nothing. I was wrong, (this time), but I don't think it will happen again. I do feel that everyone should know if they bid than that bid is lost forever, unless of course you win. Then you get what you wanted. This program is paid for by the people that bid and don't win. So, if you play play to win because what ever you bid with is gone you don't get it back. Unless of course you pay the MSP for what ever item you are bidding for. Just remember, only people with money to burn pay MSP for anything. Go to Walmart.

Thouht I would try it and if it was a scam, definitely inform my friends and family not to trust the site. To my surprise, Dealdash is actually a good site. The shipping is kind of slow but they actual tell you it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. First bid package, won 6 prizes worth $375 retail in stores. Got them all for $. 66 cents. Site does have some bugs to fix when auctions are going bids may jump rapidly but overall very pleased with Dealdash. Now working on my second set of bids package now and struggling but it's my bad bidding and not the site scamming me. Have recommended this site to 6 friends and 5 family members and would recommend it to others as well.
