Door-dash is the best ever food ordering platform. Compared to their competitors they have more restaurants listed and have better customer service. They give good offers too. I got my services fees reduced and got discount too (attached picture) Recommended
DoorDash = Cold Food The weather hasn't even gotten really cold yet. But since DoorDash drivers don't use thermal bags properly for most of the deliveries I have received, I get cold food. I've seen, on multiple occasions, the driver will take my pizza off the back seat of his car and put it in a thermal bag to bring it up to the door. Too often I get the pizza handed to me in the pizza box after having never been in a thermal bag. I've stopped ordering online for some restaurants because they use DoorDash. All this and you tip before delivery, so you are tipping for cold food.
Delivery service is good, but they tend to take advantage on pricing delivery. Showed special, but when delivered charged full price. When questioned tried to insert old standing ad. Watch the deception on advertising fees.

Ordered breakfast from McDonald thru Doordash. Waited and waited nothing... finally contacted Doordash. Said I refused to answer driver's request to leave order at door, so therefore they were not refunding any money $16. Plus. I have not seen nor heard from their driver. What a SCAM! No delivery no food. NEVER AGAIN

Door dash is a joke. You only get Spanish speaking dashers that can't and won't communicate with you. This is so frustrating as my pin is off. I have tried numerous times to fix it to no avail. If your order is wrong, expect to go through a long investigation process before you get your money credited back to you. BEWARE!

I have ordered 3 days in a row now. First day took much longer than expected. You leave delivery notes for driver but drivers have told me they aren't provided with the notes. Now 2 days in a row it keeps pushing back delivery times. After around a hour it finally canceled the order. I will never use this service again.

I used them for the first time the other day and after I submitted my order for $9.71 I received a receipt for $21! They added all head hidden fees and delivery charges, forced a tip and added service fees. Then when I complained, they told me it was MY fault for not reading my receipt. My receipt showed only my food order NOT these hidden charges

I am a VIP customer (as DoorDash mentioned). Recently, each time that I placed an order, I received wrong items or late delivery like 1 hr late. Each time I need to call over there and the only answer that workers can gave it to me is, " sorry for it" " do you want cancel your order". When I asked for the manager, " half of managers are busy with other customers and the other half are in the meeting!"
I placed an order in the front, like 1 hr in front, it was the same situation, the order arrived 45 min later than the time that I set it up.
DoorDash try hard so that people have to pay extra to have priority and get better service.
DoorDash forced you to pay tip that they choose for you and if you want to cancel the tip, it's website does not allow you to it.

Doordash will say they will deliver your food keep waiting you never get it y and then when you call customer service they want to give you a credit which to apply to next order after all the fees its useless bad service never again you order from this app the driver was dirty car dirty and smell like weed as well as it being completely burnt and cold unable to eat so I called them for a refund they offered me a credit for 4$ out of the 20$ spent.
Don't use this app they out to take your money. And after taking it you might don't get your food insted a useless credit.

I received a promo code to use for my first order. Today was the last day. I tried using it, and it was not valid. I contacted customer service, and they said the order had expired. I said the promo said through today. They still would not honor it and offered $10 off my next order if I placed this one. No thanks. Steer clear of these liars.

My first time to use Door Dash today and I was extremely disappointed I got charged $4.99 for delivery and 15% tip only to get my orders short of 2 items. Don't trust or use DoorDash use other delivery service they sucked big time.

Doordash has messed up several orders now due to my "account history" they refuse to fix any mistakes on their end. That is fine though I refuse to ever use doordash again. I will be telling my friends and clients not to use them.

I ordered Covid rapid test kits from a drugstore. After "rescheduling" the delivery twice, the package had not come. I called Door Dash. They said this was the driver's first delivery and she had the wrong address. My copy of the order clearly had the right address. Door Dash told me the driver had returned the items to the drugstore. I called the drugstore and found out the driver had attempted to return the test kits for a refund and had not left the package there. Two days and numerous phone calls later, I'm expecting a refund and do have a reference number for it, but I suspect drivers are not adequately vetted nor trained and I will never again request delivery from a merchant who uses Door Dash.

I tried using this service a couple times, but never again. The first time I ordered, waited almost 3 hours, only to find out order apparently was never received. Second time waited 2 hours, found out my food order was passed off to 3 different drivers…. Never got food!? Too much drama for all the hype.

Think twice before using this service. Twice we have placed sizable orders only to find that they are careless with the care that they give the food to be delivered. Sauces are always in the bottom of the bag or overturned rendering the food much less palatable. When called upon to give account for this kind of service, they seem to not be willing to give a fair refund without hassles. I will not be using them again nor recommending them either.

I just had a soup and 2 sandwiches delivered and the dasher was swinging my bag around like an idiot as he walked up. The soup spilled and the sandwiches were completely soaked. I messaged Doordash and they offered me 15.00 dollars credit for a 40 dollar order?!?! Just kept messaging there was nothing she could do. She even requested I produce a photo of the food which was now in the trash before she could do anything. I have the dasher on video swinging my bag around and she wants me to produce a photo of the food!?!?
I stopped the messaging and just called them. I was issued an immediate refund and 10 dollars credit. Yeah, I gave them hell but they were asking for it. Trying to issue a partial refund in this case is bizarre. They expect me to have no food to eat and pay 25 dollars. Crazy!

I placed an order and received a text message stating that it was delivered. I sat by the window waiting and never saw a car pass by so I check both doors and there's nothing. I texted the dasher back stating that I didn't receive my order. The driver said that they delivered it. The picture attached shows the delivery picture! The dasher stops texting me so I contact support and they offered zero compensation whatsoever. So they basically took my money and gave me nothing in return! Horrible company and I'm constantly having issues but this is the last straw. I'll NEVER do business with this fraudulent company ever again.

Never got my order even though it said "order complete." My driver never showed up, I couldn't cancel my tip nor was there a way to contact him or her. I'm a healthcare worker who just got off an 11 hr shift, I was SO hungry.

Hard to imagine that with these reviews anyone would still order through this place. DoorDash is joke. The last time I ordered I swore I would never order from door dash again. This time, I did not see that my delivery order was through door dash until my order was complete. The restaurant website just said delivery. I assumed it was through them. The delivery person left my food on my porch without ringing the bell or knocking. I did not get the drink I ordered. The 2 sides I ordered were stale and cold. Obviously sitting around for a while. From now on, I'm calling the joint to make certain it is not through door dash.

I would say that 60% of the time I was satisfied, the problem is the other 40% has been disastrous. I believe that dashers are being hired for no other reason than they have a car. They do not read instructions from the client, they get lost easily even when they are only meters from their destination. They do not seem to be able to read or follow directions. Sadly no matter how bad the outcome for the customer, Doordash will not reimburse you even when your order is so cold it is impossible to eat. Myself I feel like I pay good money for good food, the merchant is not at fault, they send me what I order in good faith thinking it will be delivered in a timely fashion so that I can enjoy my dinner.

BIG NO to the Papa John's/Door Dash Partnership Delivery Service!
As long as we've been ordering Papa John's Pizza and using their in-house deliverers, things were great. The Door Dash Driver (Mr. Luis B) did not deliver my complete order and denied those items were part of my order, even though the items were listed on the receipt and the Pizza Box Tag. Plus, in Tracking the order, it took a 5–10-minute drive over 45 minutes. What kind of GPS are they using? Bad partnership choice; Papa John's using Door Dash.
From now on, I will either pick up my order, or use another Pizza Place. Plus, how many good workers have lost their jobs to irresponsible delivery drivers?

Doordash is a half-$#*! ran company they overcharged my account by over $30 each time I use it! This happened to me twice now! The second time I ordered their food half of the food I ordered never showed up and they refused to bring it to me! I spent $106 for me and I never received the real price the meal was $55! Never use this company it will be a big mistake You will end up regretting it! They didn't even deserve the one star I had to give them!

Horrible service the app froze and said my order was canceled which it ended up coming after I already did a second order so I had two of the same orders. Never got a notification that the food was on its way, just received a text of my food at my door. I reached out on the chat help and the person took forever to understand what I was saying then told me to hold on to finally tell me they would not refund either order. I feel as tho the customer service was not good at all and the app froze and messed up so this was not my fault but their fault but they did not even try or want to fix the issue to satisfy the customer. I will not be using door dash again I will use grub hub which I haven't had any issues with.

Whatever you do not order from doordash no matter what they will steal your money not bring your food on time bring you cold food and then try to keep your money acting like you're trying to steal from them. I have tried to order from them four times in the last 24 hours two orders were canceled one time they brought someone else's order and the other time they brought us cold food missing most of the ingredients and refused to compensate us. You'd have better luck throwing your money in the street and expecting to get something back.

I have had so many bad experiences with Door Dash canceling my order or delivering cold food. They cancelled my order and instead of refunding my money to my card, they issued a credit to my Door Dash account for the next time I order with them. I will not be using their service again!
