Driver indicated they delivered my dinner, and he failed to do so. He never called to say he had a problem finding my location. After I called him. He just said, you need to call Doordash customer service to complain. This is the perfect way (scam) to steal customer's dinner. Bottom line Doordash drivers in Miami are questionable to their honesty.
Zero stars! Doordash is the worst delivery service ever! They lie and say they've completed the order but they don't deliver! Twice, for different deliveries, they have NOT made it to our house with our food/groceries, but they say the order was delivered. They lie and charge us for our order but don't deliver. I've had to call the merchants back and have my order cancelled or re-delivered. Doordash is terrible and hires terrible people that should not be trusted. DO NOT USE DOORDASH EVER FOR ANYTHING! EVER!

Didn't order thr food but driver blocked the street thrn decided to swear an threaten me. Reported to customer service an they didnt care at all! Worst business ever!
I placed an order for 5 items for my coworkers and I through Door Dash. I selected "if sold out, go with merchant recommendation" for each item, since we were hungry. I tipped based on the original total for 5 items. I placed the order, and a couple of minutes later I got 4 separate emails saying "this item is sold out, you are being refunded." The thing is, none of the items they emailed me about were items I ordered. When I got the delivery, I only got 1/5 of the items I ordered. If 4/5 of the items are sold out, and 4/4 of the replacements are sold out, give me a call at that point and tell me what my options are. I called them and no one answered and the message said to "call back." I wasn't given a chance to adjust the tip based on the new total. The next day, I talked to a customer service rep from Door Dash and the only thing they offered me was to give me back my tip, out of the drivers pocket. I was appalled. I will never use Door Dash or go to Einstein Bros Bagels ever again.
I'm very happy with DoorDashes service with a number of restaurants in my area over the last few months and the delivery drivers have been great, and when there have been issues the customer support group has been awesome and helped me resolve the issues right away. Great app and service, and I recommend!
I put in my home for delivery for some reason the website changed my address to somewhere I have never even been(some shopping center). When the service lady called she said they did not deliver to my address (which was 5 miles away). They said I could either cancel and receive no refund or have it delivered to the original address so of course I said deliver it... luckily the driver hid and texted me but it got delivered to a random spot. I understand that they can't just have the delivery person running around but I feel like they need to fix something with their site because my food was delivered to some location I have never been and I know I put in my home address. It was very frustrating to say the least and the service lady didn't even care that I would of been out almost a 100 dollars. To say the least I'll stick with cooking.
If i could I would give them a minus 10. I have never had so many issues with a delivery company. They freaking suck. I have never had such horrible service.
The only reason for one star is a hacking incident. Otherwise they are not a bad service, but they need to check into hackers. My account was used late night and there was food delivery on the way. Luckily I caught it and reported it immediately and cancelled it. I don't know what the point is for the hacker as the food was on its way to my home. I don't know what the resolution was other than getting credited and having the delivery cancelled.
Don't bother with Doordash. I literally can't count the number of times the order is wrong or late or cold or... you get the picture. The last two times we've ordered we had entire meals missing. We're not talking something like the order being wrong, literally entire combos just not there. Do the drivers even bother checking the order or maybe their grabbing some free food... Good luck getting your money back as well. All they'll do is issue credit so you have to use their incredibly horrid service again. Bye bye Doordash. Keep up this level of service and you'll be out of business in no time.
The deliverers took our food to the wrong address and just dropped it off. Never called because they couldn't find our address. They sent a pic of someone else's house with our food and then lied about calling me. DoorDash should have refunded the $80
Company is a JOKE. I placed order through noodles and company app was charged, then shortly thereafter received email saying order failed to communicate to server. I understand technology can at times fail, so I replaced order to only have identical situation occur. I called Noodles and company to inquire on what's going on and that I had almost $120.00 in pending charges and no orders. They indicated this was doordash canceling I chatted with rep from doordash and their issue to amend situation is to refund my money which was take up to 5 business days. I told rep legally they HAVE to return my money since I received nothing for what was paid and they cancelled the orders. No further offer to make amends and no order. Will NEVER be ordering from this crap of a company again
If I could give no stars I would! I ordered food they delivered it to the wrong address not the one I have saved on my account. Wouldn't credit me so I could re-order the food nor give me a refund. Customer service was terrible just a bunch of excuses and blaming me for their mistakes! I will never use them again just awful! Waste of $30 damn dollars!
I was a dasher and I work hours without even a break and I had been having problems with the app it was declining orders on it's own and other problems all the time I called them to let them know I didn't want it to affect my ratings and they said it would be fine then suddenly they just fire me because of something I had no control of and I filed an appeal and they still haven't returned my calls or emails i was a great dasher and they didn't appreciate me! I have proof that I was having problems with the app and they have been so rude to me. I didn't deserve this after all the hours I worked and almost lost my life over once I drive safe but its a risk because not everyone drives safely.
Ordered for first time - scheduled delivery an hour and half out. AT TIME DELIVERY WAS EXPECTED - I received a text saying it wasn't coming. I was charged. I RE-ORDERED - I called the restaurant to verify the 2ND TIME. The restaurant assured me that the order would be delivered.
However, AT THE TIME THE ORDER WAS EXPECTED - AGAIN - ANOTHER TEXT SAYING IT WAS CANCELLED.
Now, DOORDASH CHARGED ME TWICE AND I HAVE HAD TO CALL REPEATEDLY TO GET THE MONEY REFUNDED. WHAT KIND OF SCAM OPERATION ARE THEY RUNNING? I RECEIVED ONLY ONE OF THE TWO REFUNDS. I GET THE SAME STUPID SCRIPT READ TO ME BY FOREIGN PHONE WORKERS THAT IT IS ON ITS WAY -
IT HAS NEVER ARRIVED. DOORDASH OWES ME $54.82.
I have been a frequent user of GrubHub, always on time, always nice, always available. Never had a single problem.
DOORDASH IS A NIGHTMARE
Shake Shack is 5 minutes by bike from my apt. The Shake Shake receipt showed order filled at 747. It was delivered at 820 cold fries, burgers, melted shakes. I called Door Dash and was offered $10 coupon. I said I wanted $41 for the meal. Got nowhere. Asked to speak to supervisor and told one could call me in 24 hours. Useless outfit. Have had trouble in the past as well. Do not recommend them.
I do not even want to give them a star. Absolutely the most WORTHLESS company ever. The customer service is a joke. Second time in a row, no plasticware... so hot food and no way to eat it. Called their useless customer service number. They told my friend that they were sorry and would credit her card back 10.00 (for 40+) dollars worth of food. They told us to contact the restaurant, which the restaurant told us to call them. And no refund. What a suprise to see all these other reviews about what a scam these people are. To anyone else... save your money and go through a different delivery service... hey #doordash
DoorDash unexpectedly terminated my account when to my knowledge I didn't do anything wrong (I was given no explanation as to why). I called customer support and was able to get my account working again but have since deleted the app, there are so many better, quicker, cheaper and more accommodating ones out there so why bother with DoorDash?
Great job Doordash. You guys were a few minutes early and the updates you texted were great. I got downstairs just before you showed up. Simple and fast I could have contactless delivery but I chose to be there for the delivery. Thanks so much for fast delivery.

Answer: They first send you to a robot and then an outsourced person in India I believe. There is no communication between drivers and the customer service so it's unhepful
Answer: First, DoorDash collects a tip BEFORE you get service. I always tip, so should you. Ubereats lets you tip AFTER you get service - better. Caveat - getting your tip back from DoorDash for bad service is almost impossible.
