My experience with dresslily was absolutely terrible. First they took a month to send out my order and when I checked the tracking info it kept saying that it was dalayed by the postal strike (that wasn't actually happening) and when I contacted them to find out why they never answered my emails properly. They would say things that didn't apply to the questions I was asking. Then when my ordered did arrive 2 months after my original order was placed it was the wrong one. They said that they Were sold out of the one that I ordered. However their website said that they had one left. I took a screenshot of this and sent it to the person I was corresponding with. And she said that they didn't have one. When I told her that either she was lying or their website was falsely advertising she ignored me. Then they refused to refund me my full payment even though it was their screw up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was ignored and they just processed the return with the partial amount. I will NEVER use this site again. They are incredibly unprofessional and misleading. Terrible company.
When I saw several shirts that I purchased through Amazon.com 50% less at Dresslily.CON, I was excited. I've seen many clothes that Dresslily.CON advertises at Venus.com and Amazon.com but priced 50% less, so I selected items to purchase. However, I began to suspect that Dresslily.CON is a scam because, 1) there wasn't a number for customer service or other contact information, 2) there wasn't a size chart, 3) one-size-fits-all on items that appeared small (I thought, how could that be?), 4) the prices are extremely low which made me think that Dresslily.CON is too good to be true, 5) the prices are odd like $10.03. I decided to check the reviews before I purchased the cute items that I liked because I suspected that I would not receive them after my purchase, or I would not receive what I wanted, and the reviews confirmed my suspicions.
I would contact my credit card company if I was frauded by DBA Dresslily.CON; the Federal Trade Commission, or a Consumer Fraud Protection agency.
Lastly, you'll find some clothes seen at Dresslily.CON legitimately sold at Venus.com and Amazon.com (of course, the prices are higher), and Macy's has cute clothes that are often marked down 50% or more when clothes are on sale. I've never had such a frustrating and terrible online shipping experience until I bought from DressLily. Three of the items that I ordered had quality-related issues yet they are refusing to take the items back and refund me; furthermore, they said that if I wanted to return the items I'd have to pay for the shipping myself which is absolutely ridiculous considering the deformed products weren't even my fault. I have been talking to customer service for WEEKS yet they still refuse to do anything. ALSO I had to contact them THREE more times because they forgot to ship half my order - half of it came in the mail and when I waited for weeks for the other half to come, it never did until I bugged them for it. They never apologized or admitted that the problem was on their end, yet they have no problem crediting my money at the speed of lightning. Please DO NOT shop here unless you're willing to deal with dead-end customer service, the probability of your items never making it to your doorstep, or receiving quality defunct items that DressLily will refuse to take back. One last note - not all of their pictures match up with the real item, so I'd measure yourself against the clothing descriptions very carefully. The pictures can be very deceiving.
Ordered back in September the order was being processed September 23rd supposedly shipped out September 25th and I've tried to email them multiple times their site will not let me submit the email I have yet to receive anything and the money came off my card immediatelyat this point I just want my money back

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM dresslily.com DressLily. It is a $#*!ING fraudulent online store. They have poor quality clothes. You never receive your full order. So many missing items without any notices.
Omg I'm freakin out nice after reading all these reviews I have ordered couple dresses from here couple weeks ago and haven't got it yet the trackin number they gave me is not workin I tried and it says they can't identify the trackin number I really hope they didn't rip me off and if they did I will take legal actions against them since my brother is a lawyer never again I will order from them again

I placed an order in Nov. And never received my order. They sent me an email letting me know when it was shipped. It never arrived. I called and emailed for over a month. No response. When I called I got an unprofessional voice mail that didn't identify as a business. Finally I called my credit card company and my bank and they did a payment reversal to my credit card. Then Dress lily contacted me by email wanting to resolve the issue. They wanted me to send money and they would send my order. I told them to send the coat then I would send money. Then they offered to refund me 85% of my purchase price. I told them I sent them 100% of my money and wouldn't settle for anything less. My bank has already did the reversal to my acct. As you've probably noticed all the people praising the company works for them. The administrator that responded to me after the reversal was named Jeremy. When I told them I wouldn't settle for 85% I never heard from them again. Bogus company. If I could rate the less than 1 or 0 I would. They are just taking people's money.
Scammers. Any positive reviews are paid for. Products are nothing like the pictures. Unwearable and awful looking; sizes are not accurate at all! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Was so excited to try on my dresses that I had my husband order from Dresslily for Christmas. First one I unpacked had stains all over the front of the dress. SOME SORT OF BLACK SPLUGE. I was so disgusted it took a lot of guts to even try on the others but I did. Black lace dress backing is so see thru that if I were a lady of the night it might work but I'm going for elegance not cheap s____. The bathing suit, supposedly a small is about 3X too wide and the straps super long, a joke. Other dress would be fine if I wanted to wear a potato sack to a gig. All material is so thin that goosebumps would show making you look trashy. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP. I tried to contact customer service but got hung up on. Feeling like a loser because I didn't check the reviews. DON'T GET BURNED LIKE I DID. They should be made to close.

All of the items that I ordered from them I had also found on Amazon, but for almost twice as much as they were on Dress Lily. My order came in two different shipments, one from the US and one from China, but I was aware of that when I ordered and expected the order from China to take a bit longer. When I received my items I was very happy with the quality of them for the price I paid. One item was a little deformed from the shipping and another had a slight imperfection on it, but it wasn't anything I couldn't fix myself. It honestly wasn't even something worth contacting the company about, so I didn't. A few weeks after I received all of my items Dress Lily contacted me asking how I liked all of the items I ordered and asked if there were any issues with my order. I told them about the issues that I did have, and they immediately gave me a partial refund for the items. Their customer service is exceptional, and their selection and prices are even better! I will definitely be ordering from Dress Lily again!

Placed an order a year ago. I never received it. I asked them to resend it (after numerous emails), they never did. Almost a year later I ask again. They inform me they can not refund my money. Only give me a credit with them or resend the order. I ask them to resend it... again. Then they email saying they no longer have some of the items. So they ask me to pick out new items and send the url number. There is no url number next to jewelry items so I write back with the title/description of items and explain this. They say they can not find those items. (I mean really? The items YOU listed... under those names...?) I have now requested the amount to be refunded to my account and I will place a new order. I can only imagine this will take another year. I will never in my life EVER buy, recommend, or utter the name of this horribly ran business again. Also, the one size fits all items for clothing... ended up being WAY too small on a previous order I did receive. I am 5'1" about 120lbs... and the dress ended up being a shirt, which was still too small in the arms/shoulder area. Just a horrible ran business with horrible seamstresses. Too bad the items are cute, but you have no idea what you're doing! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and all the other customers who did not receive their orders should start a lawsuit! Just tell me where to sign!
