Lesson: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Packages are arriving in a timely fashion (2 weeks for 1st package), customer service responded quickly/politely to request for tracking numbers, but based on other reviews, I will watch shipping time carefully and file a complaint w/PayPal if necessary. Shirts are true to size. Dress is not even close, and looks like it was sewn by a five-year old. Quality of all items, disappointing. The website says chiffon, but expect polyester. If it says, cotton, expect polyester. If the shirts were made from chiffon, they would look/fit as cute as photos on website (patterns/size are same as in photos except for the not-even-close-to-catalog-photos dress). Sadly, the material is akin to the cheap polyester used in low-cost Halloween costumes. No tags on anything. Poor stitching on the "dress." False advertising at its finest.
I Placed an order back on November 20,2014. Here it is March 17,2015 and I still have not received anything from this site. I emailed customer service back on 1/21/2015 and was told I had to wait 45 business days from the day it shipped (not 10-25 as the website states) and that one of my packages didn't ship until 12/19/2014, while the other package shipped the next day. I was told I had to wait the full 45 business days and if I still had not received anything, then they would reship it to me and I would have to wait another 45 business days. Well since I ordered a Winter Coat and at this point it would be Summer time here by the time I waited another 45 Business days, I asked for a refund. I was told they could refund me an amount less than what I paid. That even tho DressLily advertised "free shipping" they would have to deduct the amount they paid for shipping out of what I had paid for items I never received. After going back and forth with customer service, expressing that I have never heard of a company punishing a customer for clearly a shipping error, not a customer error, I gave up on customer service also, and just contacted Paypal. I have ordered hundreds of things from China, and even tho sometimes things take a little longer than most to get, nothing has ever taken 4 months, maybe 1 month at the longest. My 3 sisters and I found this site threw the ads on facebook and fell in love with all the clothing we saw. After reading the reviews (a lot were negative) we decided to just place one small order for now, just to see if the reviews were true or not. How thankful I am now that we didn't place the multiply massive order that we stated to place, Seeing how you never receive anything from them and cant seem to get your money back either.

Don't order from this site! The shirts they sent had tags cut out and are like 3 times too small. They refuse to give me my money back! They said it will cost them to much to ship it out of China, and to just keep them., why would I do that if they are like 3 sizes to small. Makes me mad!
I want to return some items (I'm paying for the return shipping), but they refuse to give me the return address.

They keep offering to refund 85%, 90% of the products cost instead of 100%, or even offering me coupons. They DID NOT provide the return address yet, because I did not accept their terms (to refund less than what I paid - basically stealing from me).
AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!
Whatever you do DO NOT order anything from this website. They're honestly thieves. I ordered an item January 28,2014 and it STILL IS NOT HERE on March 16,2015. Every time I try and correspond about where my package is I am given nothing but the run around and they REFUSE to refund my money back! I have never dealt with on-line theft before, but this company is the epitome of fraud! I urge you again DO NO purchase any merchandise from this company. They will do nothing except take your payment, email you a bogus picture of a "package allegedly being shipped to you" and you will receive NOTHING from them! Please learn from my mistake!

I absolutely love this site, free shipping. This particular bath suit i bought, its a must have, definitely a true fit. As well as the other items purchased. To all who have a passion for fashion and they won't kill your pocket fibers. I most definitely recommend Dresslily:-)
This Dress was already on the foto very nice, so I ordered it. The shipping was fast and I got the dress in about 15 days.
At the moment it is a bit cold, but I hope soon the weather is better, so I can wear the dress. It fits good and the material is very light. It is a beautiful summer dress.
I am very happy with the order and surely will order again.
I have no problem ordering goods from China, after all most goods come from there when you buy from the High Street, Sadly Dresslily is not a good example of a Chinese company. I ordered in good faith + was told up to 20 days for delivery. I paid extra for tracking info. I waited and waited for this info + kept checking my account but it still showed "processing". After weeks I raised a "ticket" which they guaranteed would receive a response within 1 working day. Weeks later, after no response I raised a dispute with the credit card company. They immediately refunded + vowed to take this up with Dresslily. Surprise, surprise, the next day they contacted me. All my items were "out-of-stock" + did I want to exchange for others? As if. I will never deal with these "scammers" again + I suggest everyone else does likewise.

I was VERY hesitant to order given the overwhelming negative reviews but the items I wanted were so cheap I thought I'd take the risk. You do get what you pay for is the bottom line. For those who pay Walmart prices for products and expect Nordstrom quality for them is delusional. I ordered 5 items, got a confirmation email of shipping the day after and got 4 out 5 products within 6 days. I was shocked since I braced myself for a few months wait given the reviews ( though I am not sure how long the 5th item will take). The coat I ordered was not the exact same color as what was shown nor did it come with a belt as shown on the website. Quality such as stitching and symmetry are a bit off (a bit worse than qualities found at discounted places like Ross or Marshalls for the price $40) The brand label inside was also cut out. But I can live with what I got. Knowing returns exchanges would be a pain, I emailed the company asking for the belt only. The communication was good and timely via email, but I was told that coat did not come with a belt even though the website clearly shows a picture of coat with belt and my coat had a belt loop. Since when are coats sold with a belt loop yet without a matching belt? Anyway, it is a crap shoot ordering from this site. I unlike will order again.

So, I thought that my attempt and getting my money back from dresslilly.com might be tricky.
I've been told that I have to ship the cheaply made items back to China and then they'll pay for the refund.
Lesson to self. Don't buy direct from China!
Just wanted to share with anybody that might feel the same way.
Dresslilly is a one stop online store where you can find anything you want. I bought some dresses recently and i was so so impressed. First i got my orders earlier than expected on less than two weeks, though the site said between 20-30days. Also the quality of my dresses were amazing. I would definitely recommend the website to anyone who loves great quality. Shop on dresslilly

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM- no phone number to call, live chat claims there is nobody online in the middle of a business day, and submitting an inquiry guarantees a 24 hour response; it has been over a week with no reply. Don't ever expect to receive your order or a refund after submitting request. I submitted my order on 2/21/15. My card was charged the same day, but I still haven't received my order three weeks later. I submitted an inquiry a week ago that guaranteed a 24 hour response, but have not had a reply. I submitted another request today (the order still shows unshipped) threatening that if I do not hear back within 24 hours I will contact my credit card to dispute the charges. STAY AWAY FROM DRESSLILLY UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO SOME SCAMMER IN THAILAND OR SOME CRAP LIKE THAT!

"I love Dresslily.com. At first I was a bit skeptical beacuse the prices are real cheap and free shipping but I took the risk and tried it once and now can't stop buying from them. I wish I had read these reviews. These people are thieves. Basically they stole my money. No product. Excuses. They blame customs. They blame the mail. They blame me. I have ordered from China many times without a problem. I have ordered from far less industrialized countries without any problems. Only DressLily is a problem.
They gave me two options: Offered to send again at cost to me; Offered to refund some of the money (cost to me).
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
It is clear that anyone giving this "company" multiple stars and praise is from the company. (If you have received an email from the company you can tell by the use of the English language.)

I ordered some shirts in the very beginning of January and I just got them a couple days ago. They look and feel so cheap. The stitching is off on one of the shirts, the seams on the side are so far forward it's almost uncomfortable to wear because if you move your arms back and forth it pulls on the breast area. I will NEVER buy from this site again, and I'm an avid online shopper for cheap clothes. You get what you pay for ladies. Beware!
