Very Disappointed
September 27, 2022

Beware! I do NOT recommend the Winston-Salem Silas Creek location. My delivery compared to what's advertised on the site was completely different. Called the location, but they blamed everything on Corporate. Called Corporate, they made excuses. No surprise there. Back to the traditional florist!

I placed an order on 12/21/2023 to be delivered on 12/24/2023. My family never got it, and when I called customer service, a guy from Pakistan answered the phone who barely was helpful. They got the money but claimed they didn't receive the money.

Placed an order for flowers, some cookies, & pecans. Flowers were less than expected as my wife had to fix the arrangement and no help from them. Called multiple times and sent emails to get support. Manager suppose to call back, but never called.

Best experience with corporate rep Ali

I ordered edible arrangements 2 weeks ago and it was not delivered as what it looks like on website and when i called the Store, they were not accepting. I was so unhappy but when i called corporate office, The representative name Ali escalated the matter for me and connected me with the store and ordered them to get me a fresh arrangements asap and whatever resolution i want. And after that i got the fresh arrangements. He is one of the best rep i've ever seen. So polite, so humble and i wish edible arrangements could hire all employees like him. Best wishes for edible arrangements

Horrible product

They sent me a horrible arrangement, the fruits were damaged, the balloons were deflated, they left the package in a public place, the cake was ruined, and they did not respond for anything. This is the third time this has happened. I do not recommend edible and the customer service is terrible

Horrible follow up

I made a purchase for my daughter. The strawberries Molded within one day. I tried contacting them via email and they said the store would contact me within 48 hours. The store never contacted me. I tried calling them and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I sent him another email and still nothing. Don't waste your time or money.

A basket was ordered for a sick health care hero. The delivery guy left the fruit on the ground on a 90 degree day and by time it was recieved it was covered in ants. When we called to complain they were rude and sent 6 chocolate covered strawberries to replace an $80 basket. Completely unacceptable. Will never order from them again. Poor customer service for over priced fruit baskets.

Do not believe the photo of the set
Ordered Delicious Fruit Design as a birthday present. In the picture, the fruits looked beautiful and varied.
The birthday boy received a very modest set that was far from the set on the store's website.

I ordered this to bring as a contribution to a Thanksgiving dinner this year and was so disappointed by the poor execution that I bought something else from a different company. The design as implemented was nowhere near the quality advertised, and I was too embarrassed to bring this with me as a gift.

TERRIBLE

Like honestly, how are yaw even still in business? This is the most bull$#*! corporation ever used in the U.S. Same day service is horrific, presentation is awful, what the hell happened to EA. Oh my God I literally want to start a boycott because of this terrible, disturbing, and awful $#*! company? Is management going through something? How the $#*! are yaw this bad smh. I will never order from yaw again.

I recently order a strawberry platter and a flowers for my anniversary. So thinking if I order by 530am my wife would receive it early right nope that's not the case she receive flowers at 735 pm. Flowers where flat and strawberry's melting well need less to say was not happy at all that was last time I would ever order from there. P.S. If your going to order make sure you say your home is a business so you can get order early since they do business first I learn my lesson.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend to be delivered next day at her job. I told them the delivery has to be made that day cause she will be on vacation the day after the delivery was suppose to happen. They assured me it will get there the following day. Well she never got it! They said they delivered to her office at 6:13 pm! I told them it was a business that closes at 5! It was such a waist of money! Buyers beware! I'll let you know the outcome.

Called to place an order - the lady was so rude. I asked if I could make an order with no pineapple because of an allergy she told me she would have to charge me extra to remove it, even if i didn't want it replaced with anything else. Then she told me the price was $25 more than the online price because it had chocolate strawberries in it which is what it is advertised with. This company's policies are ridiculous. I will never order from them.

Lazy workers

I called customer service trying to correct a problem with my account The workers that I encountered were extremely lazy and refuse to help me with my issue which was changing my email address that is incorrect in their system. They continue to tell me I needed to send an email to change my email address. I'm sorry how can I send you an email when the email address that you have under my name is incorrect. This customer service team was very lazy and refused to help a customer. I can't tell you how to run your business but in order to stay afloat I suggest you hire people that are not lazy, and would be more than happy to help your customers.

Never Again

I'd give zero if I could. Order not delivered TWICE. Horrible customer service. Hung up on me. Still waiting for the callback from a supervisor, who I asked for after being told I would need to call the store? To figure it out! Also still waiting for my refund. Never Again

Non edible arrangement

Fruit was hard and no real flavor and a few pieces hidden down in the greenery were starting to rot, this was sent to my wife for her birthday. A real supprise, came from store in Johnson City Tennessee.

Upset Customer!

I place an order 3 weeks in advance for my mom to receive a special arrangements for Valentines day, i particularly like the cup holder that the arrangement was in, they sent the order out looking any kind of way in a white container, i call to speak with someone at corporate office that were not concerned at all... Birthday gift
May 23, 2023

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my son sweet 16th and I asked and called ahead of time to make sure they would arrive to school on time during his lunch time. Infact they arrived after the bell went off at the end of the school day. So not only did he have to go back into school but he was late for an event after school. So he was frustrated. I was hoping to help his day out and make it extra sweet but instead it didn't turn out that way. The business advised me that it would be there top priority. Never again will I ever order anything from this business again. Just a total bummer. Disappointed mama! O should of just made them myself.

A few years ago I was searching around for a gift to send to a friend. My friend is always reading labels when buying things at the store. He is always buying things with little to no sugar and loves health foods. As we all love fruit I happened onto this site and sent him a beautiful fruit arrangement. The fruit they used to make this arrangement where so fresh. The really neat thing was that they cut the fruits and made them look like flowers. It was really a great gift. He called me and said he loved it. He was so happy about it that he sent me a card and told me that he will never forget how much he enjoyed his gift. Amazing Experience
July 10, 2023

Today July 10th, 2023 I went in to pick up my free birthday celebration box and was greeted with open arms by an employee named Carrie in their location in Miami Gardens. I felt very celebrated and welcomed and she wished me a Happy Birthday multiple times. She made my experience amazing and definitely made me smile on my birthday. I would a hundred percent come back thanks to her!
